I absolutely refuse to go to any other location besides this one. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome, and amazing energy; Z and Leslie especially have me excited to come back day after day just for the great conversation alone, in addition to their amazing barista skills <3

This is one of my favorite blank street locations & everyone is always nice and respectful. Plus the place is ALWAYS clean!! One of the best workers there is Lesliee! She’s one of the sweetest baristas there and she always puts a smile your face ! Would recommend coming here and definitely getting served by Lesliee :)

I randomly decided to try this place out a year and a half ago on my friend’s birthday. I have never loved a coffee shop the way I love this one. I was greeted with such kindness and positive energy from Zi, and she made my drink perfect. I noticed how she greets customers with such beautiful energy and it really adds depth and warmth to the cafe. Zi and Patty are amazing!! They’re so sweet and make the best lattes ever. I’ve been a regular for over a year now and I bring my friends and family. No other blank street has ever come close to this one, especially with Zi and Pattys energy and how rich the drinks taste. Overall staff, taste, price, and vibe of the cafe is a amazing.

Love this coffee - Hot or iced you can't go wrong. The baked goods are delicious, too. I've been off Starbucks since the two locations by me closed and Blank Street has been a more than pleasant surprise for an alternative.

First time at Blank Street and it did not disappoint! Special shout out to Z. I was stuck deciding between the cookies and cream matcha and the salted pistachio matcha, and she explained the flavor profiles of both so patiently and thoroughly. Z’s energy was so exuberant and contagious and I saw other customers thank her profusely after getting their drinks as well. I ended up getting pistachio which was a yummy and unique lil sweet treat - thanks Alejandro and Patty for concocting it. 🍵 5 stars for genuine and professional service!! 🍵

I love this Blank Street because the staff is amazing! Everyone is always so friendly, warm, and kind! Z is the literal best! She’s always so personable, sweet, and smiley! She was one of the first people I met at this shop and meeting her alone convinced me to come back :) One of my friends told me that he stopped by for the first time and met a lovely woman, and turns out it was Z! She simply has such a positive impact on every single person who visits in an unforgettable way. Thank you to Z and all the staff who make this location the best! Black & White with Oatmilk, the perfect Ebony & Ivory drink with a Tall taste...Mmmmm. The Strawberry and Cream Latte lives up to its name, with creamy goodness in every quiet sip. Friday's mellow marvelous Mocha was delish!! Today, I treated myself to a Mocha/Day dream Latte Super Combo. It tasted like a Mocha Cinnamon! 🍪

The staff here are generally friendly, but they always seem extremely busy whenever I visit in the morning or afternoon. Because of that, they often don’t have the time to greet customers or fully listen to orders. They do try to stay energetic and responsive given the situation, but the kitchen feels too small for the volume of orders they handle. There’s also always a crowd of people waiting for their drinks inside, leaving little room to actually sit and enjoy your coffee. This location could really benefit from a larger space and additional staff.

This location is always super busy but the line moves fast. The matcha can be hit or miss, funny enough I didn’t like their regular matcha latte at all a few months ago, because it was too milky. But lately I tried their flavored matchas which were really good!! Iced Pistachio Matcha Latte: 6.5/10, slightly nutty flavor with a smidge of pistacho cream and creamy pistachio milk. Good matcha flavor, but could be stronger. Iced Banana Bread Matcha Latte: 8/10, really tasted like banana bread without being overly sweet or artificial, I was impressed! Nice hint of banana and spices, decent matcha flavor, but also could be stronger.

I prefer the one on Boreum pl , the staff at this location is not friendly and seem clueless. I placed an online order at a specific time and it was 10 mins late which is strange because the store was not even busy . This location needs to do better I will not be back will just walk over to the other location

Ordered an espresso martini latte today which was missing the syrup so it tasted plain and bitter. When I came back to explain I was met with a hostile barista including Zee who berated me saying ‘ it’s not supposed to taste like an espresso martini!!’. When I tried to explain myself I was met with more dirty looks. I am a tired mom and just wanted to enjoy the one coffee I have a day! Instead of accepting my feedback and apologizing they embarrassed me. The barista begrudgingly remade my drink and handed it to me with another dirty look. I used to come in here every day but won’t be coming here ever again. Extremely poor customer service

As someone who is a regular at blank street, I’m extremely disappointed at the attitude and customer service skills of this particular employee. I asked if she can make the carrot cake matcha in respect to a nut allergy because it has been done at 3 other establishments I’ve been to. She told me that she “will not be cleaning out a whole pitcher to make a drink”. I told her that is not necessary and she can just have the drink mixed in the cup it’s being made in and then her response was “If you have an allergy than don’t get a drink here.” She then proceeded to give me dirty looks while i waited for my friends to finish ordering their drinks. I understand not wanting to take risks of contaminations for allergies but the attitude and disrespect is not an appropriate response for an allergy request.
