A top-notch Blank Street location with one of the best interiors for enjoying your coffee and catching up with friends. The seasonal drinks menu is worth exploring. My favorite they ever had was the Black & White Cookie Latte.
This is such a good coffee shop! The cappuccino tasted excellent. 👌 strong and bitter in taste. Service was perfect and friendly. I had the olive oil loaf and it was delicious. Can definitely recommend that one.
Yummy coffee and great atmosphere. Friendly staff and some delicious banana bread
My favourite blank street in Brooklyn! Very spacious and not too busy. Lovely staff too!
Love this new location! It's located at the corner of Boerum Place and Red Hook Lane. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the coffee was 10/10. Welcome to the neighbourhood!
My absolute favorite matcha place. It's very convenient to order ahead and my current favorite has to be the Spring Special, Strawberry Shortcake Matcha Latte. The new strawberry flavored milk mixes really well with the matcha. I would give it a 4.7/5 for sure. Some places mess up sometimes, but when made right, it tastes amazing. This location also has an awesome interior giving perfect cafe vibes to study in for a long time. I love the couch section especially on a warm spring day when the sun shines in through the window.
I love Blank Street when it comes to a sweet treat drink. They have multiple locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn, but their operation times differ. This location is spacious, bright, and has spots for working! I love their matcha drinks here and get them as the occasional sweet treat. I wouldn't say that their matcha is the best matcha in NYC but I do think that it's fun and I love how they always have seasonal/new flavors. Service is always good.

Everyone here is amazing! Although sometimes the cafe is empty around 6, maybe close earlier?? They are here bright and early with a smile they are the best!
Had the most wonderful experience in Blank Street! The barista Luis was a sweetheart and was giving me so many recommendations to try! Coffee was amazing and atmosphere was top notch, definitely coming back in the future!
The staff were very friendly. I loved the vanilla bean matcha. The bright, open space and no music was a welcome change of pace.
Pretty good for a chain coffee shop! Good service, plenty of light and space, and the matcha lattes are delicious. Shoutout to the barista Adrian for always being super sweet and efficient :)
The staff is an absolute delight every time we come to this location. The orders are always correct and it’s such a nice place to just sit and talk in the afternoon with coffees. Especially Derek makes the experiences amazing, he knows his consistent customers by name and remembers orders and likes and dislikes. My best friend comes every virtually everyday and I come with her when I can even though I live 10 miles away, it’s just so worth it! I love this Blank Street. Please visit and tip well!!
Strawberry matcha latte is always delicious. Nutella banana bread is perfect. Jen is super sweet and exudes positive energy. The staff in general are very friendly Good spot to sit, sip, and work.
Wow the service is amazing! I checked out this shop after one of my buisness meetings and felt at home! The music was very soothing as well as the atmosphere. Matt was very kind And recommended multiple different options for me. During my second visit, I had found out that my ex got engaged and I was distraught. Matt was very sweet and attentive during my time of need. Will make sure that all of my business associates visit this location!! My new comfort spot.
I love coming here, I come every morning and Derek always makes my day. The staff is so friendly and kind and they seem to get along so well. I love this Blank Street!
I decided to be adventurous and try the Strawberries and Crème Latte. I’m a chocolate girl at heart, but since I love strawberry shortcake, I figured why not? It turned out to be the perfect blend of sweet strawberry flavor, smooth cream, and rich coffee. The balance was spot-on—sweet but not over the top. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the flavors came together, and I’d definitely order it again!

One of my favorite blank street locations! Great vibes, wonderful drinks and my favorite barista mart with the red hair!!

Pretty corner location with great seating and great views! The staff is always incredibly sweet and efficient. The coffee is delicious! Jen is super kind and keeps things moving super well at the register even while plugging reviews which is ALWAYS anxiety inducing, but she does it effortlessly and without making you feel pressured to do so. My fav pre-train spot!
the matcha was good (i’ve never had blank street before because i’m not from nyc), but i could hear the baristas complain about my order (strawberry shortcake matcha) and i felt bad :( again i’ve never been here before, it was chill and not really busy at all and i didn’t really understand why it was such a big problem. the second i told him my order he caught an attitude. i really liked the drink but i’m certain i’m never ordering it again because of this experience :(
Very average to bad coffee. It just feels like any other chain. Not very good, just average. Would recommend going elsewhere unless there’s no time.

I came in a while ago to get some morning coffee before work. I got the daydream matcha latte, it was good but tell me why the barista gave me such an attitude when I didn't leave a tip. I didn't order a crazy drink nor did I customize it, all I asked was less ice. And when I didn't click the tip button they were like "awe, and you didn't tip?" Girl what, it's not like you have to take 10 minutes to make my coffee, literally when I'm done paying it was done???
It started out with the wonderful young man who was the cashier. Every question I had he answered and when he didn’t know he asked his female coworker; the question was are there nuts in the banana bread. I almost made it out without incident and then it happened. I asked another young man separating matcha for Raw sugar and a stirrer. He gives me the sugar and then tells me they only have straws. I then ask if the straw is plastic. He tells me that it’s agavetted (not sure of the spelling) instead of giving me a yes or no answer. I then ask is that at type of plastic? He simply repeats the same answer. I ask again is that a plastic, what is agavetted? He then asks me if I’m okay, as if to imply that I’m unwell for trying to get a straight answer to my question. Completely rude and insensitive behavior. Being mindful of waste I didn’t want to open the straw but without a straight answer I had no choice but to open it and it looked plastic to me. I showed the young man the straw that appeared to be plastic. After he looks at it he says that he doesn’t make the straws he just works here. Wrong answer! As an employee there is something called product knowledge and in order to provide basic customer service to your customers you need to know it, especially if you are attempting to give information to them. I informed the young man, AJ or Adrian, whom I was told was the shift lead, that if he didn’t know or was in any way unsure of the answer to my question then he should have said so. You don’t insult a customer because of your lack of knowledge. He needs socialized training at the very least.

does this look like strawberry & cream to anyone? i could’ve got this from the deli it’s just a normal iced coffee lol. pretty shop though. edit: I’m also aware when fully mixed it will not be a pink drink however when I arrived there was no pink in my drink whatsoever. This being my first time here, I decided to trust the barista knew what they were doing.
I usually stop by Blank Coffee for cookies or pastries and have always had great experiences with the staff — everyone’s typically warm, kind, and attentive. Today, though, my visit was really disappointing. I was waiting in line behind three other men, and after they ordered, another man walked in. Even though he pointed out that I had been waiting first, the cashier seemed reluctant to take my order instead When I finally stepped up, I asked (as I always do) about ingredients because I have allergies. The cashier said, “Oh, I don’t know,” and then asked if he could take the other customer’s order while checking on my question — which honestly felt dismissive and inconsiderate. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I know how important it is to make every guest feel seen and respected — especially when they have health-related concerns. This interaction really missed that mark. The cashier was a young white man with longer hair sticking out of his hat, if that helps identify who was working. I’m sharing this because I truly enjoy coming here and hope to see better attentiveness and professionalism going forward.
