Faye was amazing great service and flexibility with my order

I just visited about a week ago. I got a comped a salad because I just heard about the reusable bowl promotion. Even though in the moment I wished I had gotten a reusable bowl, the manager was so kind and totally turned it all around. The salad was delicious and everyone is so kind and friendly there. Thank you!!

I have been waiting for Just Salad to open and I've been going to Just Salad on Court St. ever since they've opened. I've been in to buy their salads, bowls and their merchandise. The manager is so pleasant and I love seeing his friendly face. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to eat well with a variety to choose from.

Just want to shout out the top notch customer service I received today during a busy lunch rush. I hope they keep it up past the grand opening! The food was good too, and I like the sustainability focus with the reusable bowls. One small note is that napkins should be available for customers to take (even if this is less sustainable) so we don't have to bother the cashier for extras.

I am extremely satisfied with the costumer service an early today for lunch I went in and was blessed to have the chance to have this wonderful friendly encounter with this cashier Tiffany. She is not only friendly but even suggested ideas when it came to the menu when I was unsure in my decision. She clearly has great knowledge of the menu and good experience. Uri and Geo were awesome at handling the last minute rush on a Thursday night. They were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The food portions were generous and the cafe was very clean.

The portion sizes were great compared to other salad chains I’ve been to, and everything was delicious! But more so, the service was really wonderful… I had to wait a few minutes for the person at the counter to speak to a customer on the phone, and the they apologize for the delay and did not charge me the full price as a way of saying thank you for reading! I did not even say anything and they did that on their own, really incredible! I think their name was Benny or Benji? Really great experience and needed so kindness after a tough week ✨🤗

I came into Just Salad because the storefront looked nice and welcoming. As I came in Hector aka Edgar greeted me and provided the service of preparing my 1st Just Salad, giving me the option to choose a bowl or a wrap. I chose the wrap with my choice of dressing. Ok, Edgar was super cool and let me choose my dressing topping. Omg, when I took 1 bite of that wrap, it was soooo delicious. All of the vegetables were crisp and the corn & onions were roasted to perfection. It was like biting into heaven. So exquisite 👌🏾 I recommend Just Salad on Court St Brooklyn NY. The atmosphere was mellow. It gave the ambience of good reggae music, good vibes plus great salads which set the mood for a quiet time for yourself or with a loved one! Just Salad is not just any salad, it's the best salad in Brooklyn!* Reminder prices are steep but it's worth it! Healthy is always better! I should have taken a photo of my food but it was so good I ate it all!

They just opened so they’re really busy, but everything was very smooth. I was the 30th person on line for a promotion and I was out after 10 minutes. The prices are also reasonable compared to other places, and I like that they have smoothies. I just wish they had a better rewards program because I’ll be here pretty often. But today I felt like this was needed to be out there, today at 2:24 I went to this new just salad because we where around, idk if the man that was there was a “training manager” or a “manager” but whatever person that was needs to know how they threat their employee, I went there for two bowls the boy was super nice taking his time and putting everything that I wanted, the guy was behind him watching him and making faces in front of me, at the end when he was putting the dressing he went and started to talk to him and showing him something that he did wrong, but the way he was talking and doing things where “ disgusting”. I was a manager for 2 years and one thing my boss will always do is threat me with respect even when we do something wrong, he will wait until there is no customer and them he would pull us over and speak, but he would never talk bad in front of a costumer to us because he know that would make it worst. If you there doing a training is because you love what you do but when you call out an employee in front of a customer and star making faces, it just makes me wonder. Why are you even there? in that moment, I felt anger in me because as an customer I saw their faces looking at me and they keep apologizing, when the one that needed to apologize was the man to them for his behavior.

I ordered the Peruvian Chicken Market Plate. The portion is good and the plate is well balanced. You get rice and lentils, chicken, sweet potatoes, corn, pickled onions, and avocado mash, so there’s a nice mix of protein, carbs, and vegetables. The chicken was flavorful and not dry. The green aji sauce added a good kick, and the pickled onions helped balance everything out. Overall, it’s a solid, filling meal if you want something healthier than fast food but still satisfying. The price is reasonable for the quality and variety.

The salad is amazing, I go at least 3 times a week because I work nearby. My bad experience is with one of the employees, I started going to this location since it opened and was told by one of the employees who saw me in scrubs that I get a discount for working in healthcare, I just need to let them know. After this I began letting them know every time I came but one of the higher ups with a navy shirt, always questioned me or had the employee do it, he always gave me a dirty look when I told them I was in healthcare, even when i was in full scrubs. In one incident he asked the girl who was ringing me up if I provided ID to which she responded “shes in full figs scrubs” because why would I really buy $100 scrubs for a $2 discount. Since then I started coming in with my badge and he still hovers over to see my badge or gives me a dirty look. Its very sad that the discount is offered to appreciate health workers yet this is how im being treated, dont know if its because i look young or what. But I do continue to come to this location because i like the salad & none of the other employees ever treated me like this.

The cashier here (white appearing woman, blond hair, tattoos) is a manipulative, unfriendly person. I ordered my food online, she had the receipt with my warm bowl that shows the chips I also ordered online. She asked me if I just wanted to purchase the chips, and I said, "Yes, I ordered online" and pointed to the receipt. She said, "oh!" then proceeded with some fast, nonsensical explanation and ended with, "Sorry if you misunderstood me." EXCUSE ME?!!! The kind man who prepared my order handed her the receipt prior to placing the bowl and the dressing on the counter, and before I placed my chips on top of the bowl. Sorry she didn't think to read the receipt before asking questions! It wasn't even a big deal; but, she made it a big deal by choosing to project HER misunderstanding, that never should've been when she had the receipt, on to me. That's insane. If I see her at the register again then I'll just grab lunch somewhere else. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone except her was friendly and provided wonderful customer service, and my food was delicious.

I ordered two salads. I asked for chicken on both. The poblano salad came void of any traces of chicken. My wife got age supreme Japanese salad. There was maybe 1 tablespoon of chicken on it. I asked for dressing on the side and when I got home and unpackaged everything, there was no dressing.

Be aware they charge you extra for arugula lettuce but they mix it with regular lettuce.it was the guy with the box braid bob. So watch out

Yeah sorry, gotta give the 1 star for the guy who served me. Had a goatee, Hispanic male (not the one with glasses) I was waiting for someone to take my order and he came over and stared at me? Like, didn’t even say hi or anything just literally stared at me for a whole 10 seconds. I didn’t even notice him until I noticed someone in the corner of my eye just standing like a cardboard figure. And then when I look at him to see what’s going on he gets all annoyingly passive aggressive with the “I’ve been waiting for you” look and attitude, when he didn’t even say anything to indicate that he was there. Foods food though. Sorry that this one worker had to bring it down for the other workers, they seem hardworking.

I normally love just salad and sucks I have to write this. I got food poisoning from this place. The salad was the only thing I had and after an hour from eating it. My stomach hurt so much! I wanted to cry. I was nauseous. I had to run home and went to the bathroom a lot . My stomach was still a little sore the next day.

Avoid this place if you don't want food poisoning. Today while I was waiting to be serviced by Edgar, the manager, I saw Edgar use his bare hand to grab a dirty mob bucket and then proceed, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, to put gloves on to make my food. I asked him "Aren't you going to wash your hands before you make my food?" I saw you grab that mop. I let Edgar know that I've worked in restaurants and I know food safety standards. I don't want my food to be contaminated by bacteria, etc from the mop bucket. Edgar lies and says I was going to do that, despite me watching him come to the counter and start to put on a glove. The other workers saw Edgar do this as well. When my friend and I went to scan the QR code by the register to leave a review. Edgar came over and asked what's going on? A worker told Edgar that my friend and I wanted to leave a review. My head was down, but my friend told me that she saw Edgar shrug his shoulders and walk away. The worker was very apologetic. Even though it wasn't her fault. All the workers, besides Edgar, were very sweet and professional. It's crazy that they appeared more concerned about food safety guidelines being followed, than the restaurant manager! I should also note that this is my 2nd visit here. The first time I came to this Just Salad, was to treat my friend and myself to lunch. We both had stomach pains after eating here, my friend in particular was really sick. At first I thought it was because I hadn't eaten all day and my stomach was just unsettled because of the sudden food. Now I'm thinking that the food was cross contaminated and my friend and I got food poisoning. Hopefully I don't get sick again this time around. I'll never come back to this place again
