Real food from real people! I loved spending time talking to this delightful family and my chicken ramen is fresh and delicious!

Edit: I've been a regular for two years now and I love this cafe so much - Amy is really talented in her craft and creates such a positive vibe here everyday. Original: I walked in here randomly for a bubble tea and I was BLOWN AWAY by all of the flavors and options here! I got a Sakura Rose bubble tea with blueberry bubbles and it was absolutely incredible. I can't wait to come back and try the taro tea, which the barista mentioned is made with actual taro. The variety of other food options available impressive, the atmosphere is great, and the customer service is top notch.

The owner is such a ball of sunshine! I came here for bubble tea and dumplings. It’s definitely on the pricey side. She mixed up my bubble tea order but I love what she gave me instead. Super delicious food and a lovely, cute cafe. I’ll definitely stop by in the future.

Super cute coffee shop with amazing dumplings. I had the wonton soup with pork-shrimp dumplings, and they were the best around. My girlfriend had the beef noodle soup, which was also very good.

I eat lunch here once a week. The beef noodle soup has a lot of depth and the dumpling soup is just like grandma's. It's easy and joyful to support small businesses as wonderful and delicious as Golden Shovel.

I love this new coffee shop. The family who runs it is very nice. The coffee is great and I usually get a bite to eat as well. Great addition to the neighborhood! Update: Order the dumplings, best in the neighborhood!

This is my little spot that you can find me during the hot weather days, just chilling and having a smoothie. It's a cool spot to sit down, grab a tea or smoothie (if you're like me), and read your book in peace. During school seasons, you may run into a teenager or two buying their snacks and hanging out. But for the most part, it is a chill relaxing place with music from the 90s playing on the speaker. Talking about snacks, ask about the special of the day and treat yourself to something delicious that's Chinese. I just like to chill, chat with the owner, and sip my smoothie before heading out to the streets. I highly recommend it!

Great local coffee shop with delicious food options. Don’t skip on the meat bun, it’s a great savory snack! Edited: some of the best dumplings ever too. You can’t miss them, they taste homemade and the flavors are perfect.

Wow this place really surprised me, came in on a quiet Monday afternoon and was not expecting this humble spot to make me so happy! The female worker was cheerful and bouncing around as she made our drinks. It's nice to see happy vibes. We got the Sakura milk tea with tapioca and a lemon peach oolong tea with jelly. Wow I am obsessed with the lemon peach drink, it has these little candied gummy peach pieces and it's sooo yummy. The Sakura milk tea was floral and sweet, really pleasant. Also got a carrot muffin fresh out of the oven and it was soooooo soft with generous bits of carrot. Also got the almond Danish that was flaky crispy and sweet too.

I had dumplings and a latte. The latte was okay, but the dumpling was great. There are a few seats and tables available for dining indoor.

Ordered the chicken & shrimp, came steamed by default, with no mention of frying options. Flavor was decent, portion was fine (10 pieces), but at nearly $19, I expected a bit more depth or uniqueness. Dipping sauces were standard, garnish was a lone pickle slice and some shredded cabbage, a bit random. Staff was efficient, space was clean, and the woman running the place sounded like she knew what she was doing: loud, fast, and all business. Solid, but not crave-worthy. Good in a pinch, but wouldn’t travel for it.

My sister ordered brown sugar boba which was EXTREMELY SWEET. She couldn’t drink it. The teramisu one had a weird aftertaste… overall not good boba(
