We visited this Thai restaurant for dinner around 5 p.m. It was already quite busy, but luckily we were seated right away. The interior was cozy and slightly dimly lit, with nice décor and a lively atmosphere. Even the restroom was clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. For my entrée, I ordered a stir-fried minced pork dish cooked with basil, garlic, and Thai green chili, served with rice and topped with a fried egg — a classic Thai street-style meal. It was incredibly flavorful, made with fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced in spice and aroma. The portion size was generous — I couldn’t finish it all and ended up taking the leftovers home for another meal. Overall, the food quality was excellent, the service smooth, and the atmosphere pleasant. Definitely a great spot for authentic, flavorful Thai food — highly recommended, and I’d gladly return!

Holic Thai Bistro has the best Pad Thai in NYC hands down. It’s saucy and perfectly cooked. I also love their strawberry bomb cocktail, I get it every time I come. I love Holic Thai!!

Honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve had in New York. We went around 5pm, just after they opened for dinner, and by the time we left at 6, the place was half full. The service was good, food was super flavorful, fresh, and portions were generous. The highlights for us were: • Green Papaya Salad (spice level as it comes) • Drunken Noodles (spicy) • Spicy Udon (Thai spicy) We also got the vegetable rolls & hell wings. The wings were more on the sweet than spicy side, but were still very good! 10/10! Would come back here again or order takeout.

Amazing food and service!! Food came out super quick and we highly recommend the lunch deals. The Thai Iced Tea was amazing and considering that we order only one lunch deal for two people and both were super full, I really like the portion:)

Very nice restaurant, very nice service. I needed a quick bite and decided to give this restaurant a try. I'm so glad I did. I got the papaya salad. Since I did want some protein as well, the woman who served suggested to add mock duck. The salad was good and so was the mock duck. Never had that before added, but I will go back to get it again. It was fresh, light, tasty, and healthy.

Why I love Holic…I come for lunch and dinner so often. The decoration is beautiful. This is my local spot and I am SO lucky. I’ve tried all the Crown Heights spots and this one beats them out of the water. Let me explain…their portions are amazing. Their food is FULL of veggies and meat. THEY DO NOT SKIMP. I love beef but I feel like the Asian spots I go to don’t have amazing beef. Holic has the best beef I’ve ever had at a Thai spot. Their lunch special is an incredible deal. I get a veggie full soup (coconut or tom kha) and a noodle or fried rice dish. Also, I tend to come solo because this is my local spot. They treat me with so much respect. One time I came with some allergies and the owner saw me and brought me a hot tea. Seriously they treat people so well. At night the spot becomes a cute vibey spot with a little bit of a night life flare. I don’t drink much but still love the feeling of being here. I like the staff here, they’re lovely Thai ladies who are great at customer service. They always check on you to make sure you’re satisfied.

If you’re in crown heights and you want some amazing Thai food this is where you want to go!! Not only is amazing, spicy too if that’s your thing, the prices are affordable! There’s lunch special everyday as well as happy hour! Come through 11-7pm happy hour every day!! Including weekends! Listen the drinks are strong so don’t sleep! Plus they have to gos! On top of that the decor and atmosphere is super cute for photos and the music is on point! During the day it’s more Lofi Jazz after 5 there’s some of your favorite songs playing on the speaker. The service here is incredible everyone is helpful and kind and the owners are hands on as well! Tina, Joe, Gain, Book, Addy, Bambi and the whole crew they become your friends and this place is just so welcoming! This is my go to spot in the neighborhood, not to mention the people who come here you meet here are also very amazing and welcoming. If you’re looking for an amazing Thai spot for food drinks and decor here it is!

From the moment we walked in, the entire dining experience was delightful. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like an authentic Thailand/Brooklyn mashup. By far the best curry puffs in town…flaky, flavorful and fresh. Indeed, I’ll return to try other dishes on the menu. And to top it off, lunch specials are offered everyday Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-4pm.

I came here opening day and everything was delicious. The service was perfect and the staff is friendly. The mango salad was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed our entrees crab fried rice and drunken man noodles. The Lily’s cocktail was very refreshing. I love their decor is clean, upscale and sexy. This is the sister restaurant to Thai Holic.

I chose Holic Thai Bistro for a lunch meet up with a friend because of the location. I was delighted that I chose this beautiful restaurant when I walked in! The decor and atmosphere was great. It's a small restaurant but typical for NYC/BK and the layout flowed perfectly! I wanted to try so many things on the menu but decided to get the dumpling soup and a side a fried rice because it was 20 degrees outside! The food was great just the right amount of wontons and bok choy to fill me all the way up! The staff was very attentive gave great feedback and information on menu items. I had a lychee Thai iced tea for the first time which was great and included 2 sweet lychee fruits. My friend has the chive pancakes they were crispy and different from other chive pancakes but the flavor was on point. The green curry was also delicious! Overall I'll definitely go back great staff, very good food and beautiful atmosphere!

Cute atmosphere and amazing service. I went in with a friend and we ordered 4 dishes. Each one was expertly prepared and incredibly flavorful. The spice level was just right for me (not Thai spicy but definitely would be hot for a lot of Western palates).

Holic Thai Bistro in Brooklyn is a hidden gem that's worth discovering. I visited the restaurant during opening hours, which meant it was nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff was friendly and quick to attend to my needs, making the dining experience enjoyable. The drinks were excellent, adding to the overall satisfaction of the meal. I opted for the chicken over rice dish, which was flavorful but a tad dry, hence my four-star rating. However, this minor flaw didn't detract from the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend Holic Thai Bistro to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine in a cozy setting.

During my previous visit with my family, we did not encounter any issues. However, I decided to dine on August 8, 2025. The waitress service was excellent, and the food was satisfactory. Nevertheless, my classic mojito drink, which I ordered, was excessively strong for my preference. The waitress offered to make it over or rectify the situation. After taking a sip of my modified drink, I discovered a small fly. I discreetly informed the waitress, and she offered to provide me with a replacement. Despite my discomfort, I requested my check. Upon receiving my check, she brought another replacement drink, which I took to dispose of in the trash. Regrettably, neither a discount nor any form of compensation was offered. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
