The hot food they serve regularly tastes really good but DO NOT ORDER PANCAKES FROM HERE. Im so disappointed because they used to be so good, they were nice and fluffy but now they tastes sour..like they put vinegar in it or something. Syrup or butter doesn't even help. It did not taste anything like pancakes, not even close. The eggs and sausage and ham was fine, just the pancakes were bad. I suggest just sticking to the fresh hot food they serve, because that's what they're known for. Not to mention the delivery person had my address wrong and took forever to come.

I usually get my Spanish food from Belmont but since they closed down I started coming here. Food amazing !!! 🔥🔥 I love their stew chicken and pull pork. The only thing I would love to see is better customer service. They will let you stand there and pick any one they get they eye on first. Greeting customers in a way where you can see who comes into your establishment first is the proper way. Fix that then you guys deserve a 5!

Placed an order through postmates that was obviously packed and never double checked. No beans with just chicken and rice is trifling as hell. Nobody wants to eat a dry meal and I ordered it for my whole family then the store closed. If yall didn’t have it then maybe reach out and not take the order smh Open yall bag as soon as yall get the meal or don’t even place an order through any apps.

I just walked in to order and was indecisive. So I proceed to ask one of the lady about food items. She told me what things were because I couldn't really tell what was what. So she sees a mixed girl walk in and stops helping me (BLACK GIRL) to take her order. Another lady walked over to take the other girls order originally, so I said to the lady taking my order that she was rude and I'm not wasting my money here. It was honestly ugly. I HATE bad customer service or special favoritism

The lasagna was terrible thus time whi ever prepared it needs to be taken out if the kitchen. They did not season or grind the meat it looked like chunks of old frozen hamburger patties. I have eaten the lasagna there on another occasion it was better.ew...take time to prepare

Very disappointing experience !!! I ordered from this place because it got really good reviews on Google. I'm posting this so it may help others. Food was ok, nothing special! Chicken was dry and needed a sauce...I asked and was told it didn't come with any. The meat itself had no flavor. I've ordered chicken from other Spanish places that was flavorful to the bone. They have no prices listed on the menu....something I'm never comfortable with. I heard a server tell a woman ahead of me that the salmon portion was $5 each, the woman serving me told me $8 for the same thing. I paid $10 for 1/2 chicken with some chunky veggies in the small size container....while another customer had recommended i try the 1/2 chicken with beans, rice and veg. That she normally gets for $11. Go figure!

The food at Lomas is bad ,the meat be dry and hard .You buy food and take it home than be MAD as hell. It's the 2nd time this happened, never again cause I won't be buy anything else from them....😡🤬😤

Terrible experience. No organization when trying to order. The workers are slow and show no respect for the paying customers. During the visit a panhandler was harassing customers inwhich the management ignored and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Food was lukewarm when brought home. Would never order from here and would never recommend.

I ordered via delivery. Salmon, rice, avocado salad n ginger ale. The salmon was dry looking on top. Willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Tasted it n it was disgusting old and probably left from another day. Loma is “usually” on top of their foot n delivery game. Today “no pass.” What prompted me to review was when I phoned to pull their coat on their misstep with my delivery food order; they passed the phone to three peopl and the last person was a gaslighter from hell. Such a disgrace. LOMA is not the only food game In this town. Later for that noise. Yikes!

Horrible service. Receptionist who answers the phone is very rude likes to hang up the phone. I placed an order over 2 hours ago for two sandwiches. While placing an order over the phone, the female whom I was speaking with kept telling to hold on while she joking around with other workers. After I recieved my food I seen that they screwed up my order. When I called back to have my order corrected she spoke to the owner and he said that next time I order I will be credited. This place has no organization, no customer service, no respect for customers. This restaurant is a disgrace to the Hispanic heritage.
