We ordered take out from here at the end of a long day and we're very pleasantly surprised when it arrived quickly! Coming from Chicago, I wasn't sure how we'd feel about this style pizza but it was SO good! I'd skip the garlic knots however - they were chewy and greasy.

I ordered delivery by Slice. Our order was delivered fast, and hot! The Margherita Pizzeta was amazing!! The BBQ chicken wings were delicious and we appreciate that they were on a bed of Romaine lettuce! (good way to make it healthier 😊) And the Canoli for dessert was a perfect choice! 😋

Best lamb gyro in Brooklyn. The lamb is sliced not ground and perfectly marinated and cooked. Knew this place was good when I walked in and saw the fresh little salads and condiments up front.

Solid neighborhood pizza spot! Not quite as good as 3 Luigi's a little farther into Clinton Hill, but ya know...it's not a destination or anything, but it's hard to be mad at a decent slice. Also, the dudes that work here are nice.

Normal slice was a 4/10 at the best wasn't fresh the square slice tho 9/10 something about the sauce and how light and crisp it was mixed with the salty cheese delicious

The pizza wasn't bad, definitely had alot worse, i see alot of ppl complain abt the prices, considering how big each slice is, it's nyc, don't got bred like that, get a better job. The customer service was how I imagined, guy did seemed stressed, but then again he deals with teenagers and the lot, especially in that neighborhood. Overall a 3 outta 5, seems fair, to each there own.

Standard pizza in the style of dollar slice pizza. Pricey for what it is. I got margherita and pepperoni slices for $4 each. The tomato sauce wasn't too sweet and the margherita had fresh basil. Note that there is a 4% charge for paying by card. People working there were nice.

I ordered garlic nuts and fries, they told me to wait 7 minutes. Turns out it took 20 minutes. Garlic nuts were decent but it had so much oil. Fries were so bad, honestly they weren't even fries. They were practically soggy, unsalted potato slices.

The prices are outrageous!! My friend and I each payed $6.25 per pepperoni mushroom slice!! Not to mention the pizza didn’t even taste any good, and I’ve had pizza in many other places where it’s consistently half the price. Don’t get pizza from this place. (P.S): They didn’t even accept credit card when we went there because their machine wasn’t working!

I promise this place always have different rules. I come for dinner because I work nights and they never want to fill my order. If you close at 9:45 why cant you make a order and hour before you close

Ordered my pizza 1 hour before I picked it up. When I got to the store to pick it up, it took them 30 minutes to figure out where my pizza pie was and what I ordered. Pure chaos. Customer service was atrocious.

I want to give no stars. Older man didn't want to give me access to restroom when I asked, became abusive and then started to yell at me. He refused to sell me the pizza I had ordered.

Place is horrible I ordered a large pizza and went to pick it up. Upon returning with the pizza I found out that the pizza was old and warmed up with fresh cheese on top and to top it off it wasn't even warm.

Was there the other day. Had the Marguerita pizza. It was horrible. The pizza was very soggy and the crust, which is my favorite part, was as hard as over cooked toast. I also bought a Sicilian. It hardly had cheese on it and besides that, it was just way too thick and doughy. I would never visit this pizza place again.

Unfortunately when I ate there the pizza was soggy and they had no intention to give me a better slice when mine was clearly falling apart, claiming the sauce did that. Now the pizza literally was falling apart and they had no problem trying to excuse it than fix an unappetizing issue. Very bad service. Won’t go there again.

Pizza is decent but oily. Owner is really abusive to his Hispanic staff. He was there saying some horrible things to one of them in terrible Spanish and they were trying to calm him down. Skipping details because I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble but he needs to treat his employees with more respect. Totally abusing his power over vulnerable people.

Loved their pizza but the customer service is horrible. I tried to order food online but couldn’t find a slice and beef Pattie on their delivery sight. So I decided to call them and when I say the rudest man ever at a pizza shop picked up. First call he hung up the phone on me and the 2nd call he basically screamed at me for not knowing where to find those items. He also lied and said they were busy but I called literally at 11am when they opened. Customer service is everything and the rudeness is definitely what made me want to even write a review.

Were it possible, I would give them no stars at all for the utter rip-off I endured earlier this evening. I ordered delivery to my apartment building which never arrived. When I contacted Wilber at the Pizzeria he was rude and dismissive, telling me the delivery was made to the doorman, whom I put on the phone that moment to confirm that no such thing had happened. He then accused me and the doorman of lying and that, in any case, it wasn't his problem. Clearly unhinged this evening, Mr. Wilber seems to have utterly flunked his customer service class at Pizza school. It's no fun to get strung out for two hours for a dumb pizza that never shows up and get called a liar for your troubles.
