Once upon a time, I found a menu for this place on the floor, tucked behind the refrigerator, of the place I moved into. I didn't read any reviews, I just held onto the menu. One day, I was walking in the area and stumbled upon this place. It looked so peaceful from the outside. It was meant to be! When I opened the door, the loud voices from customers, tv and music spilled out. I found myself staring at a hallway with a kitchen at the other end. This place is SMALL and had a full house! The amount of orders being placed over the phone for delivery, blew my mind. This place is BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! The staff behind the counter is very kind and considerate, even during the rush. The food was surprisingly delicious and the portions are a good size. The smoothies are delightfully fresh. There is a sign that tells you that "Fast food is not good and good food is not fast." So expect to wait while your yummy food is prepared. Also, make note that good food is not cheap! I paid $15 for a smoothie and chicken wrap. (This is the price I usually pay for my lunch on the Upper Eastside of Manhattan). I feel this is a little pricey for Brooklyn, but I will pay it (and so will you) because it's fresh...and delicious!

Last night was my first time at Nature's Grill Cafe (Staten Island) and everything was fantastic. Eating healthy is delicious when you eat here!!!!! Everything was bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. We started off with a fresh, crisp salad, followed by a trio of dips and blue corn tortilla chips. The guacamole and the hummus were really good and super packed with flavor. The salsa was terrific as well. We sampled a few wraps, The El Mexicano, the Chicken Lovers, and the Cesar. All were absolutely delicious!!!! Next came out three delicious entrees. Chicken Kabobs, skewered pieces of super moist chicken, with onion, tomato and green bell pepper. Brushed with a light sweet glaze, they were very good. The Taste of China rice bowl was a mixture of chicken, beef and broccoli and prepared with a brown Asian sauce. The flavors were sooooooo good! Next was a teriyaki rice bowl. Brown rice and bison mixed up with assorted veggies in a teriyaki sauce. Everything complimented each other nicely. For dessert we had an assortment of cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake and carrot cake. All three were sugar free and if you didn’t know you would’ve have known. The owners and staff could not have been any nicer Service was very accommodating They even made special dishes for the vegetarian and vegan guests. Overall it was a great meal and I’m looking forward to getting back there very soon.

Excellent customer service. I order the honey dijon chicken wrap, was delicious. They forgot my soda with the initial order, and had it redelivered no more than 10 minutes later.

This place is amazing. The service is great, food is ALWAYS delicious and never have had an issue. I live in Staten island but will eat here when ever in Brooklyn, sometimes I even make a special trip.

My favorite spot to get healthy meal n shakes

I got the lunchbox number 5 which is the teriyaki chicken wrap with the chicken noodle soup and a strawberry smoothie mix with something. This was a really good spot and I enjoy it with my colleague who introduce me to this spot. It’s affordable to a degree. You pay for what you get and the food is fresh/healthy. Good vibes !

I first came here for dinner, and didn't understand what the big deal was about, but after going back several times for lunch, I now understand how great Nature's Grill is. So many options for all dietary preferences, healthy lunches, great juices and smoothies, and good service. I've tried many of their chicken wraps for lunch, each better than the last.

I love this location & the one in Staten Island. Best health conscious option out there by far. I’ve been a customer for the last 8 years and not once have I been dissatisfied. The smoothies & really everything on the menu is awesome. Glazed Salmon Bowl is my favorite!

The food is always fresh, cooked exactly how I like it, and service delivered with both a smile and nice personality. My personal favorite is the spinach wrap. This place is so great and so good, I kind of wandered in here when I was in the neighborhood and I was looking for a vegan restaurant. Everything is priced pretty well and the juices are amazing. The service is fast and there's even a place to eat inside or outside depending on the weather.

We order from here at least once a week. My kids absolutely love their food. Tonight I ordered food and it was delivered in a bag I have never since before everything was wet bags wee ripped. It was absolutely disgusting. The manager called apologized sent new food and gave me a refund. I AppreciateThe manager calling and making it right. I will definitely try again.

This place changed my life! I have been ordering 5 to 4 days a week from them when im at work. The food has been simply put amazing. Something for everyone and most importantly its all savory and juicy full of flavor hitting the taste buds. Dont get me started on their muffins, hands down the best i ever tried so far. Anyone interested in healthy and tasty food ....this is a must stop. Only con is that delivery take about 60-90 minutes and when i order chicken its cold by the time it comes. So i started to order a salad with chicken =] now it makes sense. I wish they had this place near my residence so i can order from them at home also.

My husband & I had the spinach wrap grilled steak and veggies with mozzarella Parking is extremely difficult so we took it home. Sandwiches come with blue chips that are delicious. When I've eaten there I like the Salmon bowl or, the Salmon sandwich. I've had the grilled chicken & veggies grilled veggies sandwich great Pear salad as well

My friend/roommate goes here often for their peanut butter smoothie that she loves. I've not tried their other foods, but they have a pretty eclectic and varied menu. I always see a lot of deliveries going in and out, and they look like the service has always been good.

The food here is so clean and delicious! I’ve been coming here for a while now and never disappointed. Their fresh smoothies and juices are so good! I always get the one with beets and ginger! Yummmm. I’m always craving one! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. The tall girl that makes the juices is so sweet and makes the best juices! If you want a casual spot for healthy good quality decent priced food and juices, this is the place for you!

I love the food from here, I order from them at least twice a week because of how good thier wraps are, not going to lie it is a little bit more pricey than your regular neighborhoor spot that offers healthy food but the quality of food and flavors are unmatched here.. Definitely hit them up if you're in the neighborhood.

Had some lunch at Nature's Grill and it is one of the better restaurants in Bay Ridge. I like going here, even though the items are a little pricier, because they truly taste better and fresher. Not sure how much of that is the marketing or the way they present themselves, but the food definitely tastes healthier! I ordered the El Mexicano wrap, which is more of a burrito. It tastes better than most of the burritos you can get from any Mexican restaurant. I always order this item, since it hits the spot of being filling without feeling fast food-y. The wraps come with a side of bluecorn tortilla chips and a grapefruit slice, which also feel last fast food-y. The meal is pretty filling and with some hot sauce, the flavor is delicious. They also have a nice kids menu offering of a chicken and cheese wrap, that comes with the same sides and a fruit smoothie. The smoothie is a big hit with my family and the chicken and cheese wrap is simple, but delicious. I recommend coming here if you want something above the normal fast casual fare.

Awesome place!! I was walking on 4th Ave - between 74 st and Bay Ridge hungry and was going towards a coffee shop, and came across this gem. I was quickly greeted, friendly staff. Looked at their menu on the wall I knew this place was the perfect fit for me…. Key words that pop out “Organic” “Vegan” I ordered the Black Bean burger with sweet potato fries- absolutely delicious. While waiting for my food I was giving a sample of Peanut blast smoothie. Do try it! It’s soooooo good. Thank you so much for your hospitality, great service and amazing food. I will definitely be coming back.

Healthy foods selection not drowned in salt and oil. Bison bowl is quite filling. I prefer the bigger location on Court Street.

The only place in Bay Ridge to get a healthy salad that you create. Don't waste your money on the Portobello add in...had a strange unpleasant flavor to it, possibly not so fresh, the black olives tasted like the can, but the other salad ingredients I choose were very fresh. The staff is great and you can see they are efficient and hard working. 10 orders went out in a matter of minutes. A little pricey, much like Manhattan prices, but that really depends what you choose on your salad.

This is on the top of my list of healthy food options in Bay Ridge. The wraps are really good. The service is very good too.

I have been here 3 times so far and I love the place. Everything is fresh and prepared great. Just because its healthy doesn't mean you have to compromise taste. The burgers, wraps and salads are all great choices you can't go wrong with. The only thing I can say is eating there is a little annoying there isn't much room in between tables. So I suggest taking out is a better option.

Quality food, with an array of healthy, and organic options - while still quite tasty and delicious. There are offerings available for different diets, and always good about allergies/food preparation. Mostly okay delivery, sometimes it can take a while. Dining in is pretty bare - a few tables, more of a cafe setting, with food prep taking up a lot of space.

Food is spot on. Place gets very busy at times and area is difficult to find parking. Though should not be a reason not to try the food. As for the smoothies they are so flavorful! The sliders are nice change with sweet potato fries if want to feel you are indulging but without the guilt.

Delivery takes over an hour, the prices are extremely high in relation to the portion size they give you, but the food tastes very good. It's better to eat there.

Their food is good and I love the salad but they are sooo overpriced I wish we could go more often but I can't justify spending so much on a salad!! Lol

It's ok. My hubby likes the food here, I wouldn't have to go back again. Also, one time, he ordered a banana peanut butter smoothie for me, to go. Got home and they gave him, I guess, a strawberry something? Anyway,, it was TERRIBLE!! Neither of us liked it,, so, down the drain it went,, such a waste of money!!

The food is great! But two days in a row now I've been sitting for 20 minutes without anyone taking my ordered both days I had to flag the waitress down in order to finally place an order! TWO DAYS IN A ROW! And it was the same waitress both days! She's sweet once you wave her down but I just don't get why both times she informed me.

I was recommended to this location by a friend, food was great, but when I got home and look at my receipt I was charged a POS technology fee. I don’t understand why I was charged that when I paid cash. They charged me $1.36 POS technology fee. I can only imagine how many other customers they did this too. I’ve eaten at numerous restaurants and never had a POS technology fee . That’s not right.

The service was fair and the grilled salmon was just simply Bland and the vegetables allegedly steamed were cold and dry. Simply not worth the price of admission at all.

The food is a 5 but these people don't know how to answer a phone. I can call 17 times and they won't answer. Also they never get the order completely right, there's always something missing. If you go to sit down I'd go here but if your looking to order in don't order from this place they'll never answer the phone and won't get the order correct.

A few years back, Nature's grill was excellent. Their food is good. I ordered a panini last night over the phone. I asked simply that the onions and peppers that come on the panini be cooked instead of raw. The worker went on to tell me that they had no oven. I asked if they would fry the onions and peppers. He told me that they have no fryer. I said .. What do you cook with.. He said a grill.I asked to please grill the onions and peppers along with the beyond meat all together with the same grill. He said. Oh..that we can do. I was very kind and patient the entire time. The panini was over $18.00. I picked up my order, went home. Raw onions and peppers... which I do not like. This very simialar situation.has happened on several occassions. Give me a break. A very simple request. Geesh .

Their food is alright but their delivery time is atrocious. Protein brownies were not fresh and were not wrapped properly. And finally, their smoothies were bland and flavorless. The juice also tasted kinda off.

Disappointed to see a neighborhood place continue to go down on value of food service and price. Taste of China bowl used to be my go to but now they made portions significantly smaller barely any broccoli and meat and as very low quality cuts. Also extremely salty now. The plate of basically just rice for $25 Either charge accordingly or make your portions of value to price not sure what happened to this place but this is probably my last visit

I would have given a 5 for the yummy food but due to the poor service, Ill give a 2. The food is delicious but natures grill gave coupons buy one wrap get the other one free. I told the waiter that I would be using the coupon but he couldn't get the digital coupon voucher to work. He proceed to take my order for 2 wraps. Then when I requested the bill, I was charged for 2 wraps. He tried multiple times to use the coupon and because he didn't know what he was doing accused me of using the coupon for a previous order. Extremely disrespectful to say the least. He asked multiple times "did you use the coupon before? Are you sure? that never happened before!" I GUESS HES NEVER HEARD OF A GLITCH. I felt extremely insulted, but there was an older gentlemen who over heard the conversation and I requested to take just one wrap. He called the owner and the owner accepted the coupon. I had no reason to lie and to be accused of lying infuriated me, I guess I will save my money for a restaurant to actually values its customers.

I placed my order for a bison burger one hour ago and I have just been told that it is on their counter for delivery and will go out for delivery in about 20 minutes. What a horror. Who wants to eat a bison burger after it has been sitting on a counter coagulating for 20 minutes. by the time I get it the burger will be 1/2 hour old. YUCK. I will NEVER order from here again EVER. .

The food is usually quite good but the billing leaves something to be desired. Particularly galling was when I asked for something extra. They charged me for the extra, but did not include what should have come with the order originally. When I ordered it was clear we were talking about EXTRA. I don't much mind paying for the extra, but to not include the first one? There's also a delivery surcharge that no one mentions. I just happened to spot it on the receipt.

Appalling. $17 for a Cesar salad wrap that had unseasoned dry chicken, no cheese, old lettuce, and a nasty vinegar dressing. Seriously, it’s almost criminal that places like this continue to exist. If you work here and are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Very bad experience with delivery, i called 1 hour upfront to ask for the delivery time of my food because im Fasting, so i had to make sure my food will be on table at time or a lil bit earlier, the guy on the phone told me 40 minutes, wich i agreed, 40 minutes for delivery guys. After 1 hour i called and asked what happened with my food, the guy on the phone said “hey dude, we are busy , you have to understand”, of wich i freaked out! I won’t recommend unless you go to the store and pickup! Very bad bad customer service, very bad phone behavior. Couple guys trying to do business and this is not how business is being handled

Their hours say they close at 10pm. I walk in there a little after 9pm and im turned away by a female employee saying they're closed and I was not served. Meanwhile one of the co-workers looked at her funny while she is saying this to me. As I'm walking out, another customer walks in. I watched from outside as the same girl took the customers order and the customer waited for her order. Then another customer walks in...same story. So why wasn't I served? Are they racist? Was it my beard lol? I don't get it and I don't care really. Just wanted to put it out there. That was my first and last time to visit that place.

I had an Angus deluxe. The burger was good but the sweet potato fries were cold. I did not have time to go back. The fries were too cold to eat.

If you enjoy waiting for eternity and receiving cold, flavorless food, Nature's Grill is your spot. Never again will I subject myself to such a miserable dining ordeal.

I called and ordered a bowl for pick up and asked for dressing on the side. The guy over the phone said yeah it always just comes on the side. I pick up my order , go home. There’s no dressing on the bowl or on the side.. I called and another guy answered to tell me the dressing is on the bowl and if I want dressing on the side I need to ask for it. He went back-and-forth with me and said if I want the dressing, I could come back to the restaurant … they forgot to put any dressing entirely and blamed me for it. Eventually offered to have it delivered to me but lame customer service and lack of accountability.

This place is over priced plus they sell mold muffins. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy nothing from this place. Everything seems to be old.

Paid 20 dollars for the chicken kebab. The utter disrespect to barely give any chicken knowing that I ordered for pick up and would not see it till I got home. Avoid.

My partner ordered the Wild Wild West Wrap through Uber eats, and it stated that the wrap was gluten free! We tried to call 3-4 times too but a robot answered us saying that they were no workers available to pick up the phone. My partner has celiac disease, so she thought it was safe to eat since it says that it’s gluten free. After an hour she started to feel VERY sick, very nauseous and she is in a lot of pain. I normally don’t leave reviews and especially bad review, but this is UNACCEPTABLE. Don’t say that something is gluten free when it’s NOT.

Do not order from this place if you want your order correct. I have ordered from this place at least three times now and every time the order was wrong. One time I asked for no tomatoes or onions and I got a ton of tomatoes and onions all over the salad that even picking them off you could taste the onions. I also asked for extra napkins and ketchup, I got 3 ketchup packets and one napkin (see attached photo for proof). I also walk with a cane, which you can clearly see from the instructions on the attached, and on one delivery the guy made me come down and said he wouldn't come up with the food. So I had to send a coworker down for me. So unprofessional. Also, if you like a variety in your salad this isn't the place for you. 90% of the salad is bean sprouts. Definitely will be trying another place in the area.

The service here used to be pretty good, but tonight they dropped the ball. The woman at the front counter was a total idiot. My sister ordered a wrap, I ordered a turkey burger deluxe. I've really under the weather and when I get home, I open up the bag to find out that a) it's definitely not a turkey burger and b) there's tortilla chips instead of the sweet potatoes fries. Perhaps I should have gone back and told them they messed up, but I was so hungry and I wasn't feeling well that I simply opted to go to the food cart and tossed out whatever the heck it was they gave me.

I ordered a salmon Ceasar salad wrap with regular air baked fries. The salmon wrap came with bacon which is pretty unorthodox for a Ceasar salad and the fries that came were cold & stale and they weren’t even what I ordered. I order regular fries and they sent me sweet potato. I waited for over an hour for good that was way too expensive and poorly made. This place is way over rated and I would not recommend ordering from here. There are better options to order from in the Bay Ridge area.

Food is overpriced for the portions. Kitchen and prep area in basement never clean, bathroom is always dirty, never has soap and is too small. i have been here many many times and i question why i go back every time. Deliveries always take more than an hour and when it does its missing either silverware, dirty soda cans or completely forgotten about. Do Not order from here. Also two people i know used to work here have been refused pay by the owner. Owner is a very mean guy. He will never get my business again.

FOR THE RECORD I normally don’t write reviews, but the experience I had was so disappointing that I felt I had to share. This is the second time I’ve purchased a muffin here, and both times it was rotten with visible fungus.The first time, I had already eaten nearly half before noticing the fungus inside. The second time, I checked right away—and again, it was full of fungus. When I returned it, the employee (I heard others refer to him as Abdul) was extremely rude and unapologetic. Instead of acknowledging the issue, his attitude made the situation even worse. Selling spoiled food is unacceptable, and the lack of customer care only adds to the problem. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control going forward.

When I can to pick up meal prep order meal prep order was told they forgot it. I don’t live in the area, and Am outside of delivery zone, and asked to cancel. They offered to make it up by including an extra meal for pick up the next day. Picked up the order, nothing. No one was apologetic. It’s like they just didn’t care, it takes time to drive places pay for parking, etc..

Whoever cooked tonight must really hate their job because they sent me inedible overcooked and dryed out chicken and salmon $30 of food for the garbage what a shame I loved that meal but after tonight I don’t think I could ever stomach it again. You should be embarrassed that you even let that leave the kitchen.

I ordered chicken soup and a build your own salad. Chicken soup had no any meat in it and salad came with missing ingredients. Who puts spaghetti in a chicken soup? It was very hard to eat and very watery. They charged me extra for stuff like grape leaves but there was no any grape leaves in the salad. Already everything is very pricey and you will see a bad service 👎🏻
