Food is excellent and prices are very decent. Now if the staff could be more cordial, be more environmental-conscious as far as packaging is concerned, and finally if the dining room could be a little cleaner, it would make for a five-star eating experience.

Rice was a nice golden brown color as opposed to the pale yellow you find at most Chinese restaurants. Best shrimp fried rice around plus they have a good deal on wings.

Just visited New Fun Sing and had a Great meal. The Brown rice with Roast Pork and vegetables was Great. Also ordered Egg Rolls and Shrimp with Garlic sauce. The food tasted Great, very well cooked. The service very courteous and polite. A clean and friendly place.

I stopped to check them out because I was looking for some authentic actual factual fried rice. Hot darn it! They do! The place seems to be run by men. It's busy, clean, dishes are made to order, takeouts/walk-in are ready fast, they deliver, and yes, the attitude is real. Especially when the menu says four wings combinations and customers keep making Chris Rock orders. How much is three wings, how much is two wings, how much is one wing😭😁🤣 yes, I stood there and listened to the phone order coming in. They have reason to be upset 😃☺️ but I'll check them out a few more times.

Food is inconsistent fresh one day then old the next time. 3/5 Improvements needed are fresh food consistent, fixing restaurant and the service could be improved. Will revaluate in the coming months

The food is fine and better than other places in the area (a lot of Chinese restaurants have closed in the last few years so one of the few still around) but their attitude is atrocious. They have no patience and you can tell they think they can get away with it because most of their business is from Black and Latino residents. Go in person to pick up your order or don’t bother giving them your money. Truly one of the worst delivery experiences from placing it over the phone (first older man hung up on me) to the actual delivery. First time in my life not giving a tip because they were that rude.

They have horrible customer service , it’s only one person who can speak and understand English (that’s not a problem) but he is always on the phone , the food was under cooked and they lo mien was still hard as a rock I do not recommend , if you have another Chinese take out closer go to anyone but this one .

I went down to get my delivery and the person never came and he stopped answering calls. Then when I called to get a re delivery, to come get my food even though the delivery person left and they kept hanging up on me saying to order somewhere else. They are very unprofessional, unorganized and lazy.

Very rude!!!! Love to over charge for any small thing!!!! I asked the guy to add some barbecue sauce to my food and he automatically charged me $.50 they love to over charge people for any small thing.

I usually get food from them and the customer service is good quick and efficient but today was horrible. I’ve been waiting on my food for an hour straight and once I got it, the delivery guy was so rude I gave him $20 and he tried to take the change. I asked for my change back and he said where is his tip. I said you don’t just take the money you should’ve asked me for a tip then he proceeds to get very angry and say that next time he will take two hours talking to me very rudely !!!

I’ve order from them recently and they sent the wrong order. I’ve típ they guy the rest of the change and the cost of the whole order was about 15$ I gave them 20. I ask him to replace the order because they put veggie mind you I told him I’m allergic. He continued to fuss with me saying I was the wrong one, that I was the one who order like that. He finally told me to come to the store to pick up my food if I want a replacement…. Never again I usually order from them after this occasion never will do it again. Professionalism all time low!!! Handel yourself with better.
