Ann Marie made today a great one for my family and I. We just got off of the plane from vacation and was tired and hungry. Ann Marie was so helpful and pleasant. We really didn’t have to use our menus. She explained everything to us. I must say, all of her suggestions matches her explanations. The meals were hot, fresh and amazing. Refills came without us asking. Everything was amazing. Thanks so much for a great dining experience 🤗.

For the record, this is the first Outback Steakhouse I’ve ever dined at, and I’m happy to say that the food is just as tasty as the commercials make it look! The staff at this restaurant went above and beyond to make sure that my friend and I had an excellent dining experience. It was clear that the employees care about their level of service. Krystal took excellent care of us throughout the evening, and GG came by to check on us a few times (we saw her making her way around the restaurant chatting with all the diners—we were seriously impressed!) There was another gentleman who popped by a few times while the other servers were busy, and unfortunately we didn’t catch his name but we could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure the restaurant was running smoothly. Overall, I’d be happy to return to this Outback and recommend it to others as well.

We didn't know what to expect for a late lunch on Labor Day. We called and got an automated message saying they were opened, so we went. We got there and it was pretty quiet at around 1:30 pm. We had an awesome waitress that was, unfortunately, stretched thin as the only server for about 10 tables. Gladly, we weren't on a rush. Our food took a good while to come and was mostly delicious. The only thing off was the cook on one of the steaks. The other two were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Sheila Filet for people who like their steak aggressively seasoned and perfectly tender. The "regular" Filet mignon was also delicious and tender but was less seasoned (we actually added a pinch of salt to get to our liking). The wings were recommended by the waitress and were delicious (note: I don't usually go for wings, though hubby loves them. But we asked for the spicy sauce on the side, and it was perfect for us both). Another waitress rec was the sweet potato as a side. Both MIL and I got that, and we both loved it 100%. But, fair warning, it's super sweet! It's a baked sweet potato with butter, honey, and I think it was topped with sugar and cinnamon. It was ultra delicious, and I will come back for more. The cocktails were very reasonably priced at 8 dollars, and I loved the blueberry sangria for a sweet drink. For dessert, we shared a salted caramel cookie skillet that was delicious!

The service today from Taylor was exceptional. He was professional, quick and extremely patient. He got everything out in a timely manner and he was amazing! I was extremely indecisive between entrees and he recommended the filet and lobster tail and it was delicious! Thank you so much Taylor for a wonderful evening and I can’t wait to come back and eat with him! Highly recommend ♥️

We always have a wonderful experience here. The food and service are great. They do get a little busy during dinner time but that's to be expected. The most we've waited was about 10 minutes.

I love coming here for a late dinner, the staff is always super accommodating and always sit my husband and I, even if its near closing time. The food is SPECTACULAR, the wait staff is always so nice and attentive. I literally always consider this restaurant for dinner almost every night.

Honestly idc what anyone says I’ll always come back to the Outback Steakhouse on 86st & 15th. She was so attentive. The parking lot was full, we parked across the street, the place was packed y’all. Alyssa our server was super attentive. I was a little shy because my cousins is one of those complicated people, she asked the girl for like some types of sauce she had with the steak on her last run here. She went and bought out 3 types of sauces. She was too sweet. And we never really had to call her over to us, every time she passed by us she would have us entertained, I think that’s why I’m so appreciative. These days you go out to a restaurant and you can’t even get the wait to engage well. She was so professional! Appreciate you and the rest of the staff, especially given the amount of people being serviced ! Loved everything ! & that rasberry iced tea—- everything !

I am not usually get steak from chain restaurants, however gave this place a shot. I came here with 2 friends to try their fun drinks that I've seen all over social media. They recently added even more options. The manager Adrianna was super friendly and answered all my questions about the drinks and soups. Ryan our server was great and checked up on us the perfect amount of times. The blooming onion is a must get. My favorite drink was the frozen peach cocktail. I will be back to try more drinks!

AnnMarie IS OFFICIALLY my favorite server at this location. The wait was roughly 20 minutes but being served by her made it all worth it. She's attentive and prioritizes customer service satisfaction! I will specifically ask for her the next time I come because YES she is that phenomenon!

Let's start, you need to book a table and reserve it, you might not get in, but we did get in and waited for about 40 minutes.We were placed in terrible places despite the woman’s birthday; we didn’t argue and spoil the mood at the very beginning, and agreed. It was noisy and crowded.Thank God the first waitress lifted my spirits, she knew everything beautifully Professional. There was a very tasty warm bread with butter... I was having a Friday night dinner with my hubby that my colleague recommended to me on Aussie 3- Course Meal section why not give it a try price were not bad me and my hubby ate fully we can't even finish some of it we need to leave so space so we can eat our dessert. Ann Marie is a great server. She came to check on our table and how we were doing. She noticed if no one else came to the table and helped us.

Our waitress was Krystal; super friendly, observational, and charismatic. Came by to check on us and was accommodating with our requests. Went as a party of three. Ordered a bloomin’ onion, a chicken tenders meal (mashed potatoes and clam chowder as sides), 5 oz. steak (not sure of the cut - maybe tenderloin? fries and clam chowder as sides), and a chicken on the barbie (seasonal veggies and a house salad as sides). The bloomin’ onion was giant. Essentially just onion rings but in little pieces shaped like a blooming blossom with some bloomin’ sauce at the center. It was tasty but greasy and salty so we got tired of it pretty quick. I had the chicken on the barbie. It was just a piece of grilled chicken with barbecue sauce. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. The sauce was smoky and tangy; delicious. The “seasonal veggies” ended up being just some broccoli with absolutely nothing on it (not even salt). I was disappointed by this. I asked for the house salad with thousand island dressing (nostalgia) and was satisfied with the way it turned out. My friend ordered the steak medium, but it turned out well done and was a little on the dry side. The food wasn’t the greatest but also wasn’t the worst. The service was great. My friend asked for a few pieces of bread to go and Krystal was super accommodating with that. She also noticed that our bloomin’ onion was still on the table and not even 1/3 of the way finished after we had polished our entrees off. She offered to box it up with some additional bloomin’ sauce and sure enough did just that. She was also absolutely willing to help us with splitting the check however we wanted, although we ended up doing so quite simply. Would I come back again? Yep.

Wonderful place to take your family. On weekends waiting time can vary but it's not too bad. The staff is helpful and caring and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend for a family night out. There's parking but not too many spots so you might have to look for street parking. There's also a bar where you can sit and eat and tvs that show sports for the most part.

The food was excellent. However, our table was full of empty plates filled with trash and bones after we finished the apetizers. Then the waiter brought us the main dishes, but no one still tried to clean dirty plates from the overfilled table. While we sat at our dirty table, I noticed the bus boy cleaning the other table after other guests left, instead of taking care of us who are still here and trying to squeeze space on this table. The food was amazing. The place is great. !!!

The rib eye and fried mushroom appetizers were definitely a highlight! Rib eye was tender, moist, and cooked perfectly and the batter for the mushrooms had a lot of good spices. We also ordered chili and potato soup which was WAYYYY too salty and the sirloin was dry and tough. But overall, experience was great. Servers were very nice and attentive. And it was early afternoon on a weekend and was pretty quiet.

Very crowded on a Sunday, should have made reservations. Haven't been here in a few years and thought business had dropped off. Service was good but they forgot one of our parties birthday. The mojito didn't taste like there was much alcohol in it. The food was what you expected. The wings were very good, the blooming onion was a bit over fried. The potatoes that came with our steaks were awesome. The steaks were good though a bit overcooked when I asked for medium well. Sure, I'd go back. The steak is very salty compared to other steak houses.

It was my Birthday March 4th 2024 when we came ... The food is always Great when we come to this location... Only issues I had was that it was so cold in there an we were sat close to the entrance so you could feel the cold air whenever the door opened. Also I had a person in my party that has a food allergy and they kept making mistakes an I will Say that they did handle the situation graciously ... But please pay attention next time CONSEQUENCES COULD BE DEADLY!!!

Very good experience. Had a 40min wait for 3 people but seats opened up at the bar pretty quickly so we snagged those. The bartender was super attentive, even though the bar was full. Food was good, came out hot and exacly as advertised, and decent portions. Would eat here again if in the area.

Despite seeming quite crowded by how many cars were parked outside, there was a booth for us that the staff found right away. They gave us a few different menus to browse and we could also choose to order on a tablet. However, the tablet also kept showing us games and asking us to pay for them. I find that to be disturbing because when I used to come here as a kid they would give us coloring pages and crayons, not another screen to stare at. If they removed the games and paid features I'd think tablet ordering is a great option. They did have an amazing deal though. I was able to get a burger, fries, french onion soup, and a brownie with ice cream for 15 bucks (and the free bread!). It was extremely filling with generous portions for the price. The bread was warm and soft and came with butter. The soup came out at just the right temperature where I wouldn't burn myself by eating it. It had a giant piece of cheese covered bread floating in it that I wasn't super fond of because eating a giant glob of cheese isn't exactly pleasant, it would have been better if it had actually melted into the soup. It also came in this really cozy looking pot. My burger and fries were great. The burger was huge and filled with toppings. Notably, no mayonaise or ketchup but it had lettuce, fried onions, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles. I'm not sure why they don't have condiments on the table but if you ask for them they'll provide it! The fries were crispy and the perfect thickness. Lastly, the dessert itself was good. I always enjoy the contrast of a warm brownie with cold ice cream, with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top. However, the dish my dessert came out on had a really bad smell and did not seem clean. The dessert tasted fine but I found this to be really disturbing and hope I don't get sick from it. Please do a better job at washing your dishes, the offputting smell made me feel ill. Lastly, the service was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, attentive, and kind.

The Enigma

Pretty crowded, but the food is about what you'd expect from a fast casual place. The Bloomin' Onion is really good and that's probably the reason why you're here. As with most fast casual places, the food isn't too thoroughly seasoned since they also have to cater to an older audience. Just add a little bit of salt yourself and you can walk it off.

First time at the Outback in Brooklyn. They advertise a salad with mixed greens when actually it’s iceberg lettuce and the steak is skimpy looking compared to what the picture shows. The manager came around to tables asked how everything was to the table in front of me, skipped over my table and went to the one behind me, ok whatever, that’s the attitude of a manager, nice customer service. Also took almost 20 minutes sitting there already done with lunch for the waitress to come over and see if we needed anything else, asked for the check. Went here with my mom to try the new dishes. The host was courteous and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The music wasn't too loud and there were monitors showing various sport games around the bar area. Our server, Vianca, was great. She was attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and fast. The food was disappointing. Broccoli was obviously frozen (no mistaking the soggy limpness from microwaved frozen veggies) and the steak was tough. The meatloaf and steak were alao poor quality meats. However, the loaded baked potato and mashed potatoes were pretty good. While the Tim Tim cake was flavorful, the presentation didn't look anywhere near as nice as in the promotional picture. If the food was as good as the service I'd give it five stars... but I gave it three... because it wasn't.

The steak was not cook to order. I ordered med well but the steak was well done ,almost burnt. Didn't enjoy it at all. Very disappointed.

I am not a frequent customer, but eventually we came with my family. Today, attention left something to be desired; not only did we have problems with the drinks, but also with the order of the meal. Hopefully it was just a bad day and we can return and feel good attention as usual.

I must say I haven't been here after so many years, and by coming back here to try their steak again their quality has changed. Their famous blooming onions cooked too long and it's not golden crust anymore. Their steak temperature options were not true to the actual product. Most of our medium well steak orders (we were expecting pink center steaks) ended up being well done steaks (all brown no pink at all), while on their menu it said warm brown/pink center. Staff were friendly and attentive, that's the positive side. Went there to celebrate my mom's bday and she got a free ice cream for her bday with a bday song sung by a few staff.

The food was delicious while we’re having it, but in the middle of the meal we already become so full. And before we leave the place, me and my husband were having stomach cramps. I don’t know if it s because of the oil or whatever it is, but it made us having stomach issues. Also the ladies bathroom was extremely dirty and smelly. The waiter was very kind and helpful tho. And the chef was also kind enough to cut our steaks. But something about the foods are definitely need to be taken care of.

My past experiences with this location were fine. Today however completely changed. Ordered right at 11 AM when they opened. Was told it should be ready by 11:40. Rolled in at 11:45 no one was at the pickup counter. Reception area staff said they're busy asked me to wait a bit. Waited 5+ min still no one. The same staff came around again and asked "still no one came?" Then he proceeded to go into the kitchen and asked. Came Out and said again they're busy wait 5 min. Then 20 min later my order was ready. Clearly they never prepared it until I arrived and asked about it. The place was nearly empty how busy can they be? Feels bad for the delivery guy waiting there with me he got hold up by this order as he has another two deliveries to make after it. The staff was completely unapologetic about the delay. They weren't rude but no sorry no nothing. Very disappointed at the service. Likely no more for me.

Ordered the most expensive steak on the menu and it turned out to be one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. Most of it was fat, gristle, and tough connective tissue. I had to cut around large chunks and ended up leaving a lot on the plate. For a steakhouse, this level of quality is unacceptable. A premium steak should not look or taste like this. Very disappointing experience.

Your app is horrible for delivery. I placed an order in the Otback app for delivery at 4:45pm. It's Christmas eve and I've been waiting over 2 hours for the app to assign and add the wrong address and the driver to decline the order. He told me to correct the address in the app, which I could not, then I called Door Dash and they said they couldnt access the order only Outback could. Then Outback said they could not fix it either and this problem has happened numerous times. Then I text the driver again and he was halfway across Brooklyn with another order close to the incorrect address but he would go get it for me. It is now 6:45pm and the drivers eta is still 15- 20 more minutes. This is horrible!!

Ordered to go tonight and was highly disappointed . I haven’t had outback for awhile and was craving their wings . Tonight order was super salty and was not made right . I had asked for unbreaded and wings were overcooked . When I went to pick up my order I waited for over 40 minutes for someone to come out to give me my order . Eventually I got tired of waiting inside my car and went inside . However there was no one working the to go area. I waited a good 6-8 minutes before someone came out to help.

Didn't realize till after I ordered my dinner that there was sewer water about 6 in deep behind the bar bubbling up from the drain smelling of feces and urine. The manager was spraying bug spray on the floor , there were many flys around the bar. The worst part is the poor waiter is forced to work in it and walk into the sewage. This is the last time I will ever visit this location and the board of health really needs to close this place down. This is a health issue now!!! This place should not even be open it is not safe for anyone to be breathing in sewage waste while at dinner. Absolutely disgusting! The board of health really needs to be alerted about this immediately before someone gets very sick.

I ordered a medium rear steak and it was well done. I was supposed to get a double portion of fries, but I got one. The waiter said he could bring more.My steak was like rubber. My wife was supposed to have a less rare steak, but she got almost well done. In short, it's better to buy a steak and make it yourself at home. There was something wrong with the bathroom because it smelled like a cesspool. No one wanted to clean it.

To start no water offer or brought to the table. We placed our order appetizers, and main course. They all came at the same time and to make matters worse they were all cold. Cold steak, cold Mac and cheese and wait for it cold potato soup which I believe is their signature soup (let that go because my wife asked me not to since it was her birthday and she was trying to just enjoy the day). To add salt to the wound we ask for dessert with a very excited 4 year old that was looking forward to some ice cream and brownie and we got the bill at 8:25pm and our ice cream brownie soup came to our table at 8:44pm. I think there’s a new soup on the menu cold soup Gazpacho. Let’s not forget the two unenthusiastic managers Ruth & John that instead of admitting that it was all wrong. They aggressively for lack of a better word pushed their I’m sorry cards for an appetizer and dessert. Which honestly I was not interested in at all. What clearly happened was that our server put in our dessert order and simultaneously brought the bill to us she then got a big table of about 8 along with another table and she was clearly taking care of them as she should but during that whole time our dessert was prepared and never brought out until 20 minutes later and instead of saying this can’t be served brought it out as a soup. I think we both would have appreciated more that ownership was taken and we were approached and told we are so sorry for the delay but we are remaking your dessert because the first one that was made has melted and we wanted to make sure you get a fresh one. No one thought of that which clearly indicates the lack of training and management support that should be given. I can tell you I was not the only unsatisfied customer on 9/6/25 there were several other tables getting im sorry cards around us.
