Opinions de Panino Rustico Brooklyn
Great! Customer service from the gentleman behind the counter. I really enjoyed looking at the products they sale. I ate a delicious eggplant parmesan sandwich and drank 2 refreshing Italian sodas. I definitely will be returning soon.
Very tasty sandwiches. Only order the prosciutto panini if you really love prosciutto. Like any good sandwich shop they lay it on thick but that is not always a good thing as too much of a good thing can be a little rich. Don’t get me wrong it was very tasty just too rich to eat in one seating.
I ordered from them many times to GrubHub really fast delivery and really tasty panini's. Hands down the best! Highly recommend, keep using fresh ingredients and I'll keep coming back. It's expensive but we'll worth it. I still can't believe how fast the delivery is. Thank you guys, this has been a local gem for years! Update* 4 years later, I'm still a regular at this place. No other place around Bensonhurst has topped Panino Rustico. Still fresh ingredients, lightening fast delivery!
Parking is absolutely terrible here, it takes a half hour to park. You’re better off parking at a meter on 86St or on New Utrecht Ave. owner & staff are very nice, food is good! The parking is very hard and my friends have gotten tickets due to the high volume of Traffic Agents in this Area!
I love this place. The food is incredible and so is the staff. Never had a bad experience, and I love bringing visiting friends here too. It can get busy, but that's just a testament to how great of a spot this is.
Excellent sandwiches every item is meticulously matched and ingredients are so harmonious, together. beautiful home feeling. you get greeted by the owner and staff. Super friendly and most importantly excellent food.
Authentic food, good atmosphere, highly recommended. I usually order online from this place and like their food so I figured I'll visit. Seemingly the place is quite popular in the neighborhood, judging by how busy it was during brunch on Saturday and rightfully so, their food is amazing. Keep in mind this is a cash only establishment.
I cannot say enough how much I enjoy Panino Rustico's food. The paninis always fresh and delicious. My order arrives on time when I order through grubhub. Highly recommend the creamy basil dressing.
I really love this place, they have yummy crepes both sweet and savory ones as well as a bunch of panini's that look so delightful, however, I always end up ordering crepes lol. A great place to sit with an Americano and a good book outside on a beautiful day.. Love that they have outdoor seating THATS A HUGE US IN MY BOOK.. And...The wait staff is always super sweet..
My favorite panini spot. Everything on the menu is delicious, not just their paninis. Such a quaint spot in the neighborhood, a must on anyone's list. They also have 2 other locations, one in Mill Basin and in Staten Island. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It's a good place to take a date but also a family oriented place or even with your girlfriends. I love sitting outside when the weather is warmer.
I never go there nor have met anyone there ever but I order from the quote often, always a Chicken Panini with pesto sauce and it's amazing! They're also VERY consistent and never, not once, ever sent me a bad panini. There are, of course, issues but they're unrelated to the restaurant and are exclusive to Seamless and their delivery drivers who deliver late, leave my food on a dirty floor and, despite their best efforts, the restaurant can't do anything about it because they don't work them... I get it! This is why I didn't dock any stars, their chicken panini is still good even when it's cold. Some may argue that ~$30 is a lot of money for a single panini, after all the fees and taxes but, you know, delivery drivers gotta eat too and, with all honesty, I just don't care. The only 'con' that I can think of is that they use different types of panini bread and it isn't always too notch but, even then, the food is more than edible. They're also very polite people and resolve all issues promptly and without fuss. I do enjoy ordering from them very much!
Sitting outside is a little difficult with the sun and one shady side in the afternoon but the wait service sorted things out with us. The food was fantastic and for a good price. There are many options to choose from and the food came out quickly. The espresso was super good and tops anything else I have had outside of NYC. I would definitely return!
Went in to have lunch with a friend of mine, we both had our babies and I had my stroller. We weren’t rushed at all or made to buy anything additional while we were there. The food was also great.
Really hope this place never changes! It's delicious, homey, fairly priced and you get that Brooklyn Italian vibe that isn't as prevalent in Bensonhurst anymore. The paninis are sooo good, fresh, filling, and they come with a side salad with this incredible basil dressing. The coffee is very good as well. Polite service too, can't say enough positive things about this place; you just gotta go.
I love this place. Good food, great service! And pet friendly during the warmer weather outdoor seating. My pups love this place too since they get a nice walk, and then a break. They use high quality coffee beans here, and all their paninis are delicious.
I love this place. Everything I have ever had here is super fresh and delicious. They have different homemade soups daily which I have had all of and they are all delicious. I try a different panini every time and I haven't been disappointed yet. My favorite is the P35. I have tried all of their dessert crepes and they are all amazing as well. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming.
Sitting outside in Bensonhurst is no so common. So it was refreshing for us outside. It was a beautiful day. The food was great. I remember the young guy from the staff that came to our table asking how we were doing, how we liked the food. If you like Italian food, try Panino Rustico. We loved it.
This is my favorite local restaurant! I’ve been ordering from this location for the last 3 years from 3 different apartments somehow. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth the cost! The ingredients are fresh and they definitely load up their sandwiches and crepes. I always try new things and am never disappointed. Their salads are also delish. Smoothies and coffee too! The restaurant itself it super cute. The staff friendly! During COVID and the summer they have at least 4/5 tables set up outside, some covered and with fans. They also have the cutest little VW Bug parked out front all of the time. When I order for delivery they are super quick whether it’s around the block or a bit away! I highly recommend Panino Rustico!
The staff is really friendly an service was good...
I fell in love with this place. The staff, the decor, the people around in this area make you feel very welcome. The food is just delicious, Love their daily soups and also what a nice place for a family dinner. What is really appealing is that even the owner of this place pays and extreme attention to their client's satisfaction. This is my new Home LOL. Definitely recommend !
The service is awesome Delicious panini I have eaten in a while, Generous portions, with the salad, served so prettily. Cappuccino was delicious too. Will definitely go back.
Beautiful ambience friendly staff and the sandwiches? Amazing! This is one of those little neighborhood places where the food is exceptional and you feel right at home. I didn't think I was going to get a philly cheesesteak panini but I did. The waitress recommended it and man was it really good!!! Just go, trust me... You'll really like it. : )
Incredible food. Their chicken paninis are so delectable and juicy, the mozzarella cheese just pairs SO well with everything. Its all just melts together into a delicious sandwich of amazing taste. Plus, their delivery is super fast. Use their online ordering, you get points towards free food, which is great! Plus, you're supporting a great resturaunt.
Many great things to say about this place! One that is not mentioned a lot is that the owner Louie who runs the eatery is a true master at his craft. The place runs like clockwork. The ingredients are handpicked by him, the food is delicious, the vibe is positive among the staff and customers. It is not often you meet a master of their craft, so go down to the restaurant and greet, meet, and eat with one!
Place is amazing, really good food and very affordable!
Absolutely excellent panini. I got the P15 panini, and so glad the mozzarella and tomatoes tasted fresh. I am usually very hesitant about getting these items because they are usually never fresh, and/or they are soggy, but I was so happy it was not. Also toasted just the right amount. I also got the smoothie, and smoothies from other delivery places are usually warm or taste bad, but also pleasantly surprised with this one. Definitely recommend!
Possibly the best panini I've ever had, recommended and served by the prettiest girl in Brooklyn. Little Cannoli and an iced Manhattan Special to balance it out? You better believe it, pal. But are they legit Italian? Absolutely. The owner was there making the paninis himself, like a master forger working on a samurai sword in the back. Oh but do they deliver? Yes, my friend... they do. And by the way, there's an ATM machine that works, so next time you need to make a withdraw, do it at Panino Rustico. It's where I plan to do as much of my future banking as possible. I have to eat a sandwich so let's wrap this up... how about you do yourself a favor pal, you deserve it... treat yourself to a delicious affordable meal you won't soon forget at Panino Rustico. Best wishes to this place and the people there! :)
A little neighborhood gem! There are so many panini options, and the ingredients are all fresh, authentic, and unique. The atmosphere feels warm, like a locals gathering kind of spot. Servers are friendly and attentive. Paninis run around $9-12 and are warmed/crisped well. Oh and they do cute little decorations!
I happened to be in the area, and this establishment popped up on my search. Warm and inviting atmosphere. I ordered an eggplant, red pepper fresh mozzarella panini and arugula salad adding chicken, to go. While waiting had a cappuccino. The cappuccino was delicious, staff friendly, background music added a nice touch. Everything reasonably priced for the quality and size. Only able to finish half of panini for lunch (too full), and for dinner split the salad with half left. Really enjoyed everything and highly recommended. The only drawback is hard to find parking in this neighborhood( everyone knows that), but I got lucky.
I've taken my brother to the Rustico in Bensonhurst several times and every experience was excellent . Today I got to chat with Lou the owner and I can see why this place is Triple A. He cares about his customers his food and his business. Thank you Lou and your most kind staff. Sometimes the little things in life are priceless. God Bless you all. Great service, Great food. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Special thanks to the panino girls-- Brianna, Veronica, Ang and Olivia. thanks They treated us like family.
The owner is great. Stuff is awesome. Food is phenomenal!
I haven’t been to Panini Rustico in a while, but the quality is just as good as I remember. I used to order delivery all the time, but this time I sat down for a meal—and it was great. Fresh food, good vibes, and definitely worth the visit.
Superb coffee. Wish there was more seating
This place serves great food at reasonable prices, and the service is quick
Great place for sandwiches and coffee, coffee choices are solid, strong and tasty. Love this spot highly recommend it, The staffs are amazing people.
I often order delivery from here but have also dined-in a few times with friends. I love the variety of the menu, from breakfast to lunch, sweet to savory. I really enjoy the salads and crepes, really like the fact that you can easily customize a lot of the dishes to get exactly what you want. My husband always gets the P20 panini and says it's perfect every time. Service is always quick and pleasant. Only wish they were open on Sundays because that's usually when I crave their paninis 😅.
This restaurant is the best l come here me and my family and everyone there was so nice and the food is so good I tried the mongo smoothie and it was so good and everything there is so cheap and good amazing place for your kids and family 5 stars .
Cute cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Usually very busy but rarely a wait. The food is always fresh and very tasty. They menu mostly consists of paninis, salads, breakfast crepes, dessert crepes coffees, juices and smoothies. It's nice that they have a kids menu. The servers are pleasant, however since the pandemic there may be a wait to get your food because their delivery business seems to have taken over. The place is well kept and clean. The prices are steep and they only take cash. The serving portions could be larger, especially for the prices they charge, but the food quality and taste keep you coming back. Neighborhood parking can be difficult but public transportation is close by. Good place for a "get to know you" casual date.
This has always been a great little Italian spot . The food is fresh , light and tasty. The workers are all very nice and accommodating. They have about 4 locations I believe , and I have been to all except 1. Each spot tends to have seating outside and a beautiful warm comforting inside. Great place for breakfast, lunch , a first time meetup, or a relaxed time with family or friends .
If I can give this place 10 stars I would I tried this place on a whim and boy am I happy I did Panini’s always come fresh never frozen always hot and always in record time! Today is New Year’s Day and I just ordered and received a piping hot Panini a fresh crêpe and a large cup of their signature fries best addition to the menu they even threw in a magnet thank you you guys you guys are doing a great job
I finally stopped by this spot for a bite (have been planning on it for a while). It's small and it was very busy, but I really liked the atmosphere there. It feels like a great neighborhood spot. I got a cappuccino, and it was probably one of the best cappuccino's I've had. They have quite a selection of panini's, making it difficult to make a choice. I got a panini to go and I was surprised by how quickly it was prepared. It was delicious and huge! Sadly, it's a little out of the way for me, otherwise I'd be here all the time. But I'll be stopping by when I'm in the area.
I love this Place. I look forward to coming here when I'm in the area. I get a huge smile and take jobs in the area just to eat here. Owner comes out to greet you as busy as he is. The staff are hard working and always smiling. Clean reputable place. Food is DELICIOUS!! Never had a bad meal here. Nick is Amazing! Plus the remember your order I forgot my order and they helped me out. I placed that order 3 weeks ago. Please give them a try!
I ordered a P36 Panini and my better half ordered an E5 Ensalata custom, let me say places like this are like dinosaurs, meaning they’re impossible to find…. The food, AMAZING, the aura, AMAZING conversation with the owner PRICELESS…. No kidding I’m a better person finding this place!!
A very cute place slightly off the main drag of 86th.... The staff was very helpful in walking me through some of the menu items as I've never been there before... I ended up having a Panino with burrata and prosciutto with a mango smoothie... Everything came out relatively quickly and was super tasty... I really just had no regrets here...
Whenever people ask what's my favorite restaurant in my neighborhood, Panino Rustico is always my answer. It is a casual Italian spot for panini, crepes and coffee. The owner and their staff are super friendly. This is a place that everyone will feel like home *savory crepe w. smoked ham, cherry tomato mozzarella and basil pesto For mains, I really love their savory crepes. The savory crepe I got this time was generously stacked with multiple layers of smoked ham and overflowing amount of cherry tomatoes. While for dessert, don't sleep on their sweet crepes (I like their banana nutella and cinnamon sugar). *bruschetta w. mozzarella, tomato and basil pesto *bruschetta w. asparagus, parmigiano reggiano and truffle oil Our go-to order is their bruschetta with mozzarella and tomatoes for sharing. The sourdough is perfectly crispy. *panini w. smoked salmon, goat cheese, red onion, avocado & truffle oil *panini w. grilled chicken, fontina, bacon, hot pepper, avocado, honey mustard Of course you have to try their signature panini with toppings of your choice! *spring mix with grape tomato, cranberries, walnuts, avocado, balsamic and olive oil Very refreshing. We added grilled chicken for some proteins. *iced mocha w. whipped cream Their iced mocha and iced cappuccino are also very authentic and delectable. Like a liquid tiramisu.
My friend and I came pretty close to closing time but they still took our order and let us sit to eat which was nice. I got the P20 - grilled chicken with mozzarella, roasted red peppers with pesto. The sandwich was huge, definitely filling. I got the creamy basil sauce on the side and I really liked it with the sandwich. If you're in the neighborhood, I would stop by!
omg. I came here with my sister who is from the area & I’ve never had a better little brunch experience. The panini is one of the best I’ve ever had and my toasted marshmallow latte was better than Starbucks. If I could give this place a 100/5 I would. The crepe was also amazing. Ingredients taste so so fresh. THE SERVICE deserves 5 stars on its own. Most considerate staff and I wish I lived here so I could come everyday.
This place exists since 2011 and they actually do the best paninis in NYC. They use super fresh ingredients as tomato, mozzarella and basil for the classic panini. I also tasted the smoke salmon one, it is a little bit salty because they add feta cheese but you are free to add it or not; otherwise for the generous quantilty and quality of salmon, it's worth the price ;) The staff is caring and very friendly. I definitely recommend this place.
The best panini's I've ever had! A very small restaurant in the middle of a residential area. Definitely a hidden gem. Always busy so if you want to try expect to wait during lunch hours and tons of car traffic outside. Double parked cars everywhere! My favorite the porchetta mozzarella broccoli rabe panini! Yum.
Food is always great.. prices are reasonable. They ran out of bread the night we went so the bread choices were not ideal but still good overall. Located on the corner of a very residential block. So the parking can be a little tough sometimes.
Panino Rustico of Bensonhurst was great. This was the first time i was able to sit down and have a meal with my youngest daughter at a restaurant in awhile. The staff was nice and they worked well as a team. Our order was ready in minutes. And very delicious. It was nice to be out again especially here. Pleasant outdoor seating. Nice place and I will go back again.
I love this place they have the most fresh canollis!!! They literally fill them when you order one. The bruschetta platter is the best I get all 4 of them they are so cute for lunch or an app to share. The only thing is the chicken breast is always cut so thick so if your not a fan just stick to the vegtables and cheese 😃
Absolutely love this place! We order here from work all the time. Sometimes grilled chicken can be too thick and kind of weird though. Higher prices, although I’d say 8/10 always a good pannino so usually worth it.
I had a great 4-star experience at Panino Rustico of Bensonhurst! The atmosphere was a total standout, earning a perfect 5-star rating for its excellent vibe. Both the food and service were also solid, earning 3 stars each. It is a wonderful local spot for a nice visit in a perfect environment!
The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian/American cuisine and have multiple locations. Soups, appetizers, bruschetta, large variety of paninis, wraps, crepes, desserts and beverages are available. They offer breakfast all day. Servers are available for dining in. I ordered a grilled chicken panini and side order of spinach. It was very good and well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent service, environment and comfort. If you haven't been to Italy before this place does Italy justice, for it's representation in food, family and quality. Stop in for food, espresso or dessert. Only reason it's not 5 for me is that you have to pay in cash, no credit card option.
Never had a bad experience coming here until tonight. I ordered a few things from the menu. Everything was right except one thing. I ordered a panini with grilled chicken, avocado, and mozzarella. When I got home and checked, the panini had only avocado and mozzarella.... How do you forget the chicken???? Confused. I wasn't going to waste my time going back there, it's already 8:30. Disappointed. I would have understood forgetting the avocado or cheese.... But the chicken??? How.
The sandwiches are delicious. HOWEVER, I really resent when places take advantage of people with food allergies. Charging the same cost of an entire loaf of gluten free bread for one gf panini or wrap is really disgusting. They also have higher prices if you order online. One sandwich (which is smaller than a sandwich on regular bread) ends up costing north of $20. It’s just not worth it. On top of this, they tell you 10-25 minutes for delivery and an hour later I still don’t have two sandwiches delivered 3 blocks away.
They changed prosciutto cotto with regular ham without say anything to the clients. I'm sorry but it's not the same thing. They use to have it but in the last year they change probably because the cost hoping the clients don't understand the difference. Sorry I DO
Overall, the place is good. Been going here for years, and a lot of stuff has changed. The service is a bit hit or miss. Came here few times, and those times, I’ve always had to ask for water, forks, napkins, etc. Friendly service. When the owner is not there, the food quality drops. You will know if the owner is there or not. Overall, the place is a solid 4.5 when its not busy and the owner is helping in the kitchen. Without him, the food (and service) drop.
Small establishment to get a quick bite to eat. The food was excellent. My guests and I could all taste the rich, hearty flavors within each mouthful. Why the 3 stars then? The service was totally disorganized. In the short period of time that we were there, three people attended to us (one took my order and another took my friend's order after she had inquired about a dish) and none of them remembered to bring the coffee and water that I had requested until I reminded them. This happened well after the meals were served. The waitress that I had placed my order with apparently moved onto other guests and "forgot" about my order. Within 10 minutes of arrival our party of 3 was asked to move to a 2 seater table. Why? Though not proven, we imagine that the waitresses were most likely trying to squeeze a larger party into our original seats. We thought it rude. We were there first. We were of a respectable sized party for the seats originally provided. We did not feel comfortable moving to a table where there would hardly be any room to move, let alone eat. In all, very disorganized and not at all considerate service. Better training could benefit this place.
This review is not about the food is about service. I really liked this place and usually came during summer time because my niece loved it. But lately the few times i've come in, I've noticed they have preference over certain customers and have them seated first and the attention given is very different. Really gives a bad feeling to those customers who enjoyed coming in and have a nice panini or a nice crepe. During busy times, there's been times where there's seats available and not only myself with guest but other people i know that USED to come here have waited over 20 mnts and there's people taking extra chairs and the girls there do not ask them to make space and on top of that have attitude when you ask a question. This is where my comment about preference comes in. Sad to know something like this happens when you really enjoy going to a place.
Kate here with my wife and mother-in- law sat 7-24 for lunch and ordered steak mozzarella w- peppers& onion (14.99) panini was all to the front and nothing to the back of sandwich a restaurant trick as old as time ; even what was on the front was more peppers and cheese and comes with no side like French Fries just a 79 cent (additional) bag of potato chips worth 25 cents; We live in SI so we know not to bother with Richmond Rd. location. Could have gone to Vinnie’s lunch box for less and got better food!!! Overpriced and not near worth it!!!
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I just couldn’t stay silent. I ordered coffee and food for brunch around 12:50 PM since I was too busy with clients to go out. The delivery arrived only at 2:25 PM. almost an hour and forty minutes later. All the coffee I ordered for the office was, of course, cold. I also ordered sets of forks and knives because we don’t have any in the office. But they weren’t included. I had to eat a large ham crepe with my hands, and it was cold too. We don’t have a microwave at work, so there was no way to reheat it. In the end, instead of having brunch, I ended up with cold not tasty food that I had to throw away. I’m not sure whether this was Grubhub’s or the restaurant’s fault, but the experience was just terrible. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
This is the worst place ever! Not because of the employees but because of the owner. The owner is such a horrible person... I witnessed how he mistreats his employees, especially the ones that don't speak English. I had been there once before, as I was walking out how I saw how he yelled at an employee. At that time I didn't know he was the owner I simply thought it was a customer. Today I was there and once again, this man is yelling to his employees making all kinds of demands. It was very humiliating to say the least. I honestly feel that there is no need to mistreat anyone or make anyone feel inferior. I will not support a place like this, that has no respect whatsoever for his employees. Without them he wouldn't be able to run a business, he should treat them with respect. I will never set foot in this place ever again. If I could give this place no stars I would, based on the mistreatment of the employees by the owner.
Ordered food, expected delivery ~30 minutes. After 45 minutes called the place, the person on the phone said the delivery person already left and will arrive soon. 15 minutes later, no one showed up, I called again, the same lady on the phone told me that I shouldn't order from that far away! Really? I asked to speak to the manager, but she claimed she's the manager. I cancelled the order, the delivery person showed up 15 minutes later. That's 1 hour and 15 minutes, when I was 10 minute drive from the salon. Will not order from this place again.
Ordered on UberEats and the delivery service is horrible. This restaurant uses their own delivery people and I specifically asked them to leave the order at the door. I was on a work call when the man kept slamming on my door, not knocking, but slamming. I had to excuse myself on my work call, rush to the door and the delivery person basically berated me for not answering the door quicker. Really awesome customer service you all have there. Never ordering again as they decided to hire these rude delivery people.
I usually order on Uber Eats, unfortunately, the staff is not very great at communicating. Panino uses their own delivery people and I have written multiple times on my order to leave it at the door when delivered. I have even left my phone number in the instructions if needed. However, they never give this information to the delivery person and they come knocking on my door when they arrive. Only one time has a delivery person called, however, he blamed it on me when I didn't answer him knocking for "6 minutes". I live on the second floor and I just had surgery on my knee. I have to use crutches in order to go downstairs to the front door. This surgery coupled with COVID is why I ask the order to be left at the front door. I ordered on 6/30/21 and once again the delivery person was knocking when he arrived. I had to hobble quickly down the stairs in order to meet him. To add to it, the delivery person did not have his mask on fully (lowered and exposing his nose). I have called multiple times since UberEats has told me to speak with the merchant for a resolution. The group at the restaurant always tell me every time I call "the manager is not in". They give you the loop around and avoid you. It would be nice if this restaurant cared about their customers. Great food, but horrible delivery people and customer service.
I went there because of the great reviews. Maybe i came on an off night but honestly my bf literally walked out of the place after a screwed up espresso. Paper cup, paper plates and plastic utensils at a sit down cafe that was not that cheap. I went there as sit down. Espresso with lemon skin turned into chunks of lemon. Request knife and they provided dull plastic knife that we couldn't use to cut the skin because god forbid they give you what you requested. Anyways food was ok at best and everything else was below standard. It seems like standards were lowered to what is good food and drinks etc considering the good reviews.
Maybe I wouldn’t have noticed how terrible their service is, if I hadn’t been taking food to go. Three tables, pretty empty, and about 5 untrained girls working. One seemed like she got some training/was doing most of the work. As I stood at the front waiting for my food, the girls were busy eating, gossiping and singing. one table asked for extra dressing, took them about 4minutes and the lady was halfway done with her salad. And when the lady asked the same girl again, she blamed it on another girl and went to ask her for it. I watched the other tables food sit in the window as the girls ate their food behind the register and chatted. Then I finally saw a bunch of wrapped up sandwiches show up in the kitchen and waited a minute, maybe not mine. Then figured I’d ask the girls if my food was up, they looked at me with disgust as I had interrupted their conversation and told me 5 more minutes. Two minutes later the girl went to check and guess what? I was right it was my sandwich in the window minutes ago. No apology, nothing. Just handed me my food, and bye. This place is run so poorly. Go to any of the other sandwich shops in the area. Better food, better service.
Been going to this place at least 5 years. Amazing paninis, but recently there is absolutely no customer service. I’m not expecting Michelin restaurant type of service, but some basics. Went last week, waitress brings food no utensils, goes back just to hand over us a couple forks, no napkins… ok, another try Today was even better, decided to order a panini and a cappuccino , came to register, was asked to take a seat, waited for 5 mins, went at ordered at the register, had limited time, panini arrived fast, no cappuccino, asked the waitress about it to which she replied “ you still have to pay for it…” Ate half of the sandwich already annoyed, my warm 5 $ coffee with milk finally arrived 20 mins after. No sorry for the wait or that I had to come and check 2 times. I rarely write bad reviews, but today had to dedicate time to this
Placed an order. Ordered a salad with shrimp and bacon and tomatoes with cucumbers and walnuts. The estimated delivery said 25-35 min. After 45 minutes, I called the restaurant and the woman who picked up said that my order is on its way. Another 15 min goes by, still no food, I call back and the extremely rude and unprofessional woman proceeds to berate me by telling me that mine isn’t the only order that’s being delivered and that next time I shouldn’t order from so far away. It’s clear that she doesn’t understand how ordering works. Either you accept my order based on distance or you do not. When I asked to speak to someone else, she exclaimed how there’s no one else, as she is the manager. And both my husband and I order from this restaurant at least twice a week. Miss manager doesn’t want our steady business anymore. Don’t waste your money on rude and ungrateful businesses.
I’ve been going here for 5 years, food and service was great. Last 2 times I’ve ordered for pickup of a P20, there is half the amount of chicken and the price is $13 including tax. If it happened once and was a genuine mistake, then I can look past that. But when the price increases and there is half of a piece of chicken that doesn’t even cover the panini bread, that’s just insane. I call up and they say “sorry”. You lost a customer and will continue to lose more with inconsistent portions and overpriced sandwiches.
The breaded fish Panini is really bad . They use fish stick quality fish like the kind that you find in the freezer at the supermarket for 5.99. You can see in the picture of the fish it was also mushy and gray. I expected crispy fresh fish but got this instead. Definitely a huge disappointment, I tried to eat more but the fish stick patties were too nasty.
