Went for the first time on a Thursday a little after midnight with a friend - live about 5 mins away and have several friends who are here all the time and love it. Drinks and prices great, crowd was great - chill people that if you talked to were fun and genuinely just nice, bartenders great and all around I couldn't find one fault or close to it. Perfect neighborhood go-to bar for those who don't love dive bars nor want to be in a wine bar etc. great mix for everyone!

Killer dive bar with a beautiful interior, generous happy hour, and great drinks. Huge outdoor space out back is great for groups. A favourite of my friend group.

Cool ambience. Good drink specials ($6 beer and shot). Nice back patio. Big table in the back that can be reserved if you have a large group coming in. Consistently funny sidewalk chalkboard is the cherry on top.

Great dive bar. Narrow bar area, but fast and friendly service. It is what you’d expect of a dive bar so I don’t need to go too crazy in my description. What really stood out to me here though was the patio out back. Big and spacious.

Something i really loved about this place is that even though their food service was closed they allowed us to bring outside food in. And that was the best of both worlds Drinks and Great food from the Mexican Restaurant next door. Definitely will keep coming back. I love how they're seating arrangements can be for a big group of friends or just a cozy little date night drinks.

It's a hotbox on the dance floor but the hiphop mixes are definitely worth the sweat. If you're not up to dance then stay in front and enjoy the 90s rock. Great music and amazing mix of people

Had the best end of the night here with the girls. We sang R Kelly's I believe I can fly when they turned on the lights. It was honestly spiritual and I haven't felt that connected to a group of people since the life of pablo concert (I have no shame. I'm a Stan). Such a great place. Can't wait to go back!

I recommend coming on a Thursday or Sunday night, the crowds is much more tamed. The back yard is also great during the spring evenings, though it closes at 11:00. Their selection of drafts is decent.

This bar is one of a kind. The aesthetic is deluxe and elegant with it's nice, lipstick-red cushioned booths and smooth wood build, but the drinks are cheap and designed to get you hammered and sloshed. This is as good as it gets. The fancy cocktail vibe to bring the scene in, and the graffitied bathroom shines at the core to let all of us know who we really are. Great staff, spacious backyard for cigarettes, and a backroom for the should-to-shoulder clubbing you need if that's your speed. And NOW they have hot dogs? Stop reading and go drink at this bar!

I honestly love this place! They have DJs playing most weekends from 10-4am in the back room where the dance floor is. There is a bar in the front and back so you can easily get service. The drinks are good and fairly priced. There is tons of seating (including outdoor) so you can almost always find a spot. I always have a great time when I visit!

My secret me time in this place. It's out of the way but I enjoyed my first experience so much I had to visit again. I always go during off times bc I'm on vacation, and it's usually pretty quiet. I don't know what it's like during the busier hours. But what I do know is that the bartender is always lovely, the music is perfect, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are decent. It has a great aesthetic and it's easy to while away an afternoon sipping on drinks. Fantastic bar, definitely worth a visit.

This is a very cool bar. It has a bit of a club feel to it. The music is loud and well curated. Last time that I was there at around 2AM they were playing classic salsa music. There were even a few people dancing. The crowd is youngish and very trendy. They are very attractive. I'm not youngish and feel right at home there. They got beer. They got liquor. What else can you ask for from you local club/bar. The bartenders are professional and courteous. This place can get packed so arrive early if you want to sit. It's a cool joint. Check it out next time that you're in Bushwick.

I was in this place for about an hour and it seems like a really cool spot. I enjoyed my time and they have reasonably priced drinks here. The crowd was mixed but i did not mind.

Solid bar. It's a hip hangout, so it gets pretty crowded, but it's big enough to handle it. Backyard, dance room, plus a big bar with some decent drink specials. Shot and a beer is always nice.

Great bar. Check out the dance floor at the back. Closes at 3 am. The music is like light pop, light house. It has a very watered down version of all types of music.

I have been going to three diamond for years and have had only positive experiences from the bartender the below people have mentioned. I know other people who go there as well and are aware of said night. The patrons spilled a drink and when we’re not able to get a free drink, stopped tipping her. Eventually they were asked to leave. If they worked in the service industry they should know better and that most people in that industry depends on tips. It seems they were bitter about not getting their way and exaggerated on quite a few things. The bar has changed but the bartenders who have been there through the pandemic have always been friendly.

Nice place, good drinks, and seating in the back too. I took off one star because of a weird experience: after we paid and left, the waitress came out after us and said “are you ok? Because you tipped me only 10%. Like I’m here risking my life in a pandemic and this is all you give me?” I asked her what the dollar difference was and she said $3. I told her she can change the tip amount and she relented. I found the exchange to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Kinda ruined my mood a bit. Other than that I liked the place, don’t know if I’d come back though.

I love this spot but it gets CROWDED. If you know Bushwick you know there's only so many spots to go. This one has cheap drinks, places to sit, an outside space AND a dance floor, so you can see why people love it. But too many people love it!

Spacious bar that allows you to transition from three different areas a front bar, a back room, and an outside area. Each area plays a different kind of music so that's great. As for price it's moderately priced.

Decent variety of beer. Hipster heavy, youngish crowd with a smattering of loyal neighborhood regulars. Wisely, security is on hand, even on Wednesdays. Rather narrow in the middle of the bar. Backyard area and rear room accommodates the overflow of patrons on busy nights. Not a bad spot for Bushwick.

It's fine, but the music is WAY too loud in the main part of the bar. Don't comw here thinking you're gonna have a conversation without screaming at the top of your lungs.

Bartender didn't care to recommend any good beers or make a decent drink. Place is a decent spot though prices fair. Too many people just there to stand around and better workers would move those just sitting drinking water out so those spending have seats n stay instead of leaving like we did

Update...apparently security has issues with 'certain' people but allows obvious 'working girls' to parade in front of the bar and go in/out as they please. Cool spot with a queer trendy younger crowd. Fair drink prices and a nice outdoor space.

I asked the bartender if he had a beer and shot special and he was extremely rude in pointing out that everything was written on the wall, I tipped him well and then asked why he spoke to me aggressively and he said it was because I didn’t read the wall, .. I was about to give my usual tip of 100% but idk I think I’m done with this spot..

I had a terrible experience when I went there. My husband and I went there at 3am to meet with friends for a drink. We ordered a drink and chatted with his co-workers. The bartender eventually called last call and I asked for one more prosecco. As soon as the prosecco sat in front of me. The bouncer named Chris, who must've been having a bad day or life, went up to my group to tell us to hurry up because they were closing. I'm not one to chug my drink but I tried to drink faster. I asked the bartender if I could stay here long enough to drink my drink and she said it was fine. But the bouncer continued to harass me and my acquaintances however he left these 2 guys at the end of the bar alone. Eventually all my friends felt forced to leave their drinks behind even though they ordered the drink less than 5 minutes ago. I thought this was unfair as it wasn't 4am yet which is when the bar was supposed to officially close. The bouncer screamed at me chug my drink and leave. I felt threatened and my husband asked him to relax. He then screamed at my husband. And then snatched my drink out of my hand dumping half the content on me and the rest on the floor. The bartender pretended to ignore the entire interaction and I left. The two gentleman at the end of bar left on their own being unbothered by the bouncer. I felt threatened and disrespected. The bouncers action were totally uncalled for. And I wasn't allowed to finish a drink I paid for. I will be disputing the charge and I will never return. Thanks for the experience three diamond door.

There's a Dj with an afro that really kills the vibe, other than him, I love the place. They really need to get rid of him, he clears the place out. I'm here now and observed how he cleared a full house into a empty house, bad move by hiring him.

I live around the corner and am a frequent patron of three diamond door. Tonight on 5/23/22 my friends and I came in (to a mostly empty bar) to celebrate a graduation and were immediately greeted by a woman bartender with brown hair and glasses who obviously didn't want to be there. Fine! Service work is hard and can be terrible no biggy. We bought our drinks and went to sit out back after a less than friendly interaction. We spilled a drink (the draft margarita) and my friend went back to the bar and ordered a new one while asking if there was any policy for giving new drinks if they were spilled (he was fully prepared to pay) and she immediately angrily told him no and then yelled at my friend that we better tip her or we'll never be allowed back. We had tabs open and there was never any intention of us leaving without tipping. After that interaction we assured her we'd be tipping but would be leaving after finishing our drinks. She then came into the backyard while we were finishing and told us to leave asap. I'd like to preface this by saying I've never in my life left somewhere without leaving a tip but after returning to close our tabs the bartender continued to yell at us for being there and asking the question about the spilled drink while we calmly explained that we were asking and never intended not to tip or pay. She also charged my friend $17 for an $11 dollar well drink. I chose not to leave her a tip after the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at one of my favorite bars. We were told our names were added to a list to never come back because we chose not to tip. She was clearly in a terrible mood and took it out on us, who there to celebrate our best friends graduation from grad school on a quiet. Monday night. I'll be telling all of my friends in bushwick to never come back to this establishment. I'm in awe that I had such a hostile experience there.

Nice bar, but beware. I opened a tab and ordered two drinks. When I went back for another round, they had lost my card. They spent 5+ minutes searching, asking me if I had closed my tab and forgotten, trying to blame it on me, they eventually found it. I have worked in the service industry and understand mistakes happen. At the end of the night, I get my bill and have been overcharged. I query the staff on it, asking for a receipt, they can't provide one, 'it got thrown out' (again, worked in the service industry, I know you have access to every receipt). They laughed at and made fun of me. Terrible staff, who seem tired and sad. I recommend people in the area go to Carmelo's, The Rookery or Father Knows Best, much better on every level!

I went here on Monday night (5/23/22) to celebrate my graduation and had an incredibly rude and inappropriate experience with the bartender (a woman with brown hair and glasses). I live nearby and come here all the time and have never had a negative experience before. After Monday I will not be returning. It is crazy that there have been bad reviews about this woman for years AND she still continues to abuse customers (seems like particularly black customers based on previous reviews) In terms of my experience, the bartender immediately was rude to my friends and I. We all have or currently work in the service industry and always tip and are incredibly respectful to others who are in the industry. After she proceeded to yell at us, she demanded that we tip her (while we still had tabs open) and then kicked us out almost immediately. She made me cry on a night that was meant to be celebratory after we treated her from the beginning with respect. This is an unacceptable experience and we will be telling everyone that we know that this place allows its staff to be hostile and honestly emotionally abusive to its customers

I have been here a couple times before and usually had a great time with my friends. Unfortunately, the day I go for my BIRTHDAY it ended up being a horrible experience. We ordered drinks 1 of them (a $11 margarita) was so horrible it was pretty much undrinkable. The bartender was nice enough (or so we thought) to allow us to switch it for another drink while he took the margarita off the check. Okay, great! To be safe we opted for a simple rum/pineapple/cranberry drink ($7). Fast forward to getting the bill and we see the $7 drink on there twice? ... PLUS the original $11 margarita... I ask him what's going on.. He tried coming up with some excuse saying him switching the margita would equal to the rum Bay breeze. I said how if one is $5 less? And if that's the case.. What the heck is that additional $7 drink?! In the end he fixed it by giving me the difference... Okay, cool... Yet, here is where it gets worse.... He sneakily kept the receipt... Didn't even let me sign (and unfortunately I was already upset over the situation where I was being scammed and my ride was leaving so I had to rush out) come to find out he added a $25 tip to my credit card without my authorization. Aka HE STOLE MONEY FROM ME. This place never answers their phone or answers messages so I'm screwed. Absolutely horrible! Don't go there! And if you for some reason do. Bring cash and immediately close out after each drink so they 1.dont scam you and 2.dont STEAL FROM YOU!

One of the most uncomfortable and horrible experiences I have ever had at a bar. Came in last night on 5/23/22 and had an incredibly rude bartender. A women with brown hair, glasses, and tattoos. This bartender verbally attacked us and then tried to pressure us into tipping her after the fact. As a local Bushwick bartender myself I always tip bartenders over 20%, but after she kept yelling at us for no reason It did not feel right tipping her. I am truly disappointed that this is accepted by the management. I live on Troutman St right around the corner from the bar and have come to this spot many times over the years with no issues. After last night I will not be coming back and will be informing not only my friends, but also the music community to not support this establishment.

My friend and I visited today and was completed ignored while the bartender (a woman with glasses) actively ignored us and went to talk to her friend for 15 minutes. After attempting to get her attention with the help of another person at the bar, she finally decided to ask for our order. I called her out on it, she cursed at me, and kicked me out of the bar. I feel as if this was racially motivated and homophobic. I don't recommend this place at all. This place has no business being in a neighborhood predominantly filled with people of color.
