My experience was with the lady making my coffee. She greeted me with a very sweet greeting something like what can I get for you Love and at the end have a good day love I would hope any management that sees this can let her know I wrote this she should remember I was the guy who only got coffee right after she made someone else a croissant with cream cheese and a coffee it was today Monday November 17th she should recall My hope is that I can get in touch with her and speak with her again personally Your the best and you make that place a better place to go to Thank you God bless you I hope somehow to hear from you

I had gotten a sandwich and asked for mayo and mustard and the guy just stared at me. It showed mayo and mustard as condiments on the menu and he then said “I’ve never been asked that before and I don’t know how to charge you” “I’m processing” I decided to just say never mind and walk away but I shouldn’t have to pay for condiments or feel guilty for asking for it. Horrible experience.

도서관의 모던하고 쾌적한 분위기와 달리 카페는 매우 우울함. 불친절하고 위생관리 안하는지 베이커리류에 벌레 돌아다님. 7층에 루프탑 보러 가지 카페는 안감.

Honestly, this is my first time ever writing a Google review, bc the customer service was so disappointing that I felt I needed to. The staff was extremely rude and had an attitude with nearly everyone in line.

The set up of this cafe needs to change so that napkins, sugar, etc are more accessible. Croissant was great, but my latte was bland and watery. Also, the one guy working here seems like he needs a coffee himself.
