I went here many times before and the staff was always great and remembered us from before, the bagels were the best I've ever had.

My favorite thing to order is a grilled cheese whole wheat everything bagel with bacon. Amazingly good. Bagels are soft not hard and chewy like most other bagel places.

An excellent, traditional, tasty bagel!!! Made the way a traditional water bagel from NYC should. This place is a little unknown gem in my neighborhood that I'm happy to go to from time to time. Garlic, salted or my favorite "The everything bagel", you can't go wrong, it's all good...lol! And the staff is always helpful and pleasant, no matter how busy it gets in there! I was skeptical of going to Wild Bagelss based off of their negative reviews on Yelp and Google. But I headed that way anyway to give it a try myself as I was pretty desperate for some. I ended up buying a whole lot of bagels and coffee. A grumpy customer complained that I bought almost everything. Well guess what lady?? You snooze you lose -- Facts of life. Anyhoo, great customer service by the guy with the tattoo with a great sense of humor! and believe me, these are the BEST tasting bagels in all of nyc and spreads are fresh as ever!

The food is great. They know how to make heros, wraps and pininis so they don't fall apart. Everyone works hard. And always has a smile on their face. Their bagels are big and are the cheapest in all the neighborhoods from there to bay ridge.

I've been craving a good bagel for a long time now, and today I broke down. Ordered off Seamless cuz my husband didn't want to lose his parking spot picking it up lol The bagels were still warm when they got to us, which makes me wonder if they were freshly baked. They put lots of cream cheese, which I prefer. The bagels were that perfect combination of crispy/firm exterior and perfectly gooey in the middle. Don't know how else to describe it haha Great prices and delicious bagels, can't beat that!

The best of the best! The bagels are huge & loaded with seeds, not like some other stores who give small bagels with only a little seeds. The coffee is the best & there very clean inside, A rated. I personally go here for only their awesome food, not for parking convienence. ,(Did anyone ever notice that anyplace you go out for food weather pickup or dine in that has a very very good food rating always has a LONG LINE to get in? Thats because people who recognize a better place to eat is worth waiting for.) Plus, the service is so fast that you will get a parking spot fast as people are in & out of there quickly. (Id rather wait a few minutes for parking knowing I will leave there happy, compared to going to a different place with 50 parking spots & rotten day old coffe, stale food & filthy inside. Lol.

Been broken hearted since Tasty Bagels closed back in March. We must have tried 6 or 7 different places since then & haven't found anyone who compared. Tried Wild Bagels today & had the best egg bagel with scallion cream cheese since Tasty Bagels closed their doors! Hubby & I found a new home, excellent bagels, cream cheeses & their heroes rocked!

They have fresh bagels in the morning. I usually order a 1/2 dozen and take them home to make my own stuff, store them in a Ziploc bag and they stay soft for another 2 days. They're delicious.

When I tell you these bagels are heavenly. I am addicted to these Bagels. They are so warm and soft and fresh. If they had a Betty Ford clinic for bagel addicts, I would need to go there. And I would still break out of the clinic just to have another one of these perfect Bagels. I literally have one in my toaster as we speak. These are the best bagels in all of Brooklyn hands down. No contest. I'm not sure if it is possible to marry a bagel in the state of New York but I'm looking into it lol.

I must say wild bagels has to best bagels Herod etc but the customer service went down hill. I love this bagel shop but the only problem is when every time I try to call for delivery the phone line is always down making a beeping sound like it’s busy and I can never get through also, I don’t know what’s up with their system because every time I give them my card information they mess up, saying my card declined knowing damn well there’s money on the card if I’m ordering food It’s just very annoying and an inconvenience and a hassle. Every time I try to order a bacon, egg and cheese and it’s not even like I can order on Uber eats because they don’t even have an option for a whole wheat. Everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese on it and mayo. It’s very frustrating. They need to update their system get another phone line and hire more people to answer the phone.

The store is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They sell bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, paninis, wraps, burgers, salads, cold cuts and beverages. The tuna salad is very good. The whole wheat everything bagel was a generous size.

Today we ordered here for the first time. The bagels are made well and are fresh. The bacon egg and cheese was good. I got the all of cream cheese which was OK, there were a lot of olives in it. The home fries are a little bit Christie but I mostly just large cut soggy potatoes with only yellow peppers???? I feel like home fries typically have onions in them and other types of peppers other than just yellow. The iced coffee was good. I probably would go back for the bagels the bacon egg and cheese and maybe try a different cream cheese flavor.

I ordered two bagels, one with cream cheese and the second was chicken salad. In general they are not bad but could be better🥲 The waiting time was about 10 minutes. I don’t know why everyone writes that they waited a long time, I think it’s probably because you ordered it online, in my opinion it’s better to come to the store and place an order right away. 👍🏼 Well, like half the reviews I read, they charge more money than they should. they charged me $14 when I paid by card and when I came to the second place with cash I asked for a receipt, it said only 10, that is, $3 for one bagel and $7 for the second.

I never been to the actual restaurant I order on Uber eats and the bagels are good. Can't lie even when they don't toast it the bagels are so fresh I don't even mind. My 4 year old loves the French toast. She's very picky but she'll eat all 4 if I let her.

The bagels in the places is huge, but when you order a sandwich the filling is very small. This place is quite pricey and they only take ca$h. And to ensure that they get their cash they have an ATM machine inside to make sure you pay them with Ca$h. the quality of this place eh...the price of this place very high. Not worth it...bought a bagel with lox and a drink $10. what a rip off!

Came here for the first time in need of some onion bagels. One of the workers was sweeping the floor and kept sniffing. He had an obvious runny nose and it was dripping. Absolute disgusting. Maybe it was allergies or he had a cold or something else but seeing his nose drip like a faucet was the beginning and end for me and I left. Didn't recall him washing his hands when he wiped his face barehanded. You've been warned. How unfortunate because they have a wide selection of bagels to choose from.

All sandwiches. are made with pre sliced veggies which taste rancid like refrigerator. Over and over it happens tuna salad old, egg salad old, and especially the tomatoes. Only sandwich you could get bacon egg and cheese. But it will cost you double any of the locals.

Wild bagels struggles with consistency. I've been here several times, when they're on their game they should be nominated for Brooklyn bagel awards. But just as often I've had horrible service and food. They'll serve burned bagels, completely wrong orders, take orders of people just off the street when others have been waiting on line for quite a while. I think they get my order right 60% of the time. So if you're around on a weekday out some other time that they're not remotely busy, they'll probably make you a great breakfast. But for your weekend rush, just wait in line for brunch somewhere else. Your food will at least be what you order.

Usually they give good everything bagel, but today I could see the attitude from the staffs, also one of them was talking in my back since they thought I don't understand Spanish since I'm Asian. Gave me cold bagels and did a whatever job, I'm so disappointed.

I have heard many wonderful things abiut this place. So I ordered through an food service app (grubhub). I'm still wondering what's so great!? I didn't think anyone could ever screw up bacon, egg & cheese on a bagel... until now! The app has a space for additional "notes" to which I added please lightly toast the bagel and add butter. Food arrives ice cold. At first I chalked it up to the delivery because the person arrived on a motorized scooter. But when my coffee was hot as lava I had to rethink that thought. Means my burnt eggs were sitting on a dry (no butter), untoasted bagel at the shop. For the $1.50 extra I paid for cheese, I got barely 1 thin slice of cheddar, usually when the food is hot the cheese melts a little. The cheese was absolutely NOT heated at all, further confirmation to me, the burnt eggs were sitting a while before they added cold bacon/cheese. 2⭐️ is because they got my light n sweet coffee right and the other plain bagel I ordered was a decent quality bagel. $7.75 for BEC on a bagel? This place, never again! If I could, I'd post pictures as proof. If you've had good experiences here, congrats. That's your story - not mine.

The Bagels are great, but I don't know what the heck the guys was doing this morning. I was the only one in the store and placed my order. He pulled the bagel and sliced it and headed to the kitchen. Then about 6 more customers came in ordered and was out.....inquired about my order with another server, all the while the guy I placed the order with is staring at me. All that time I am waiting he never did a darn thing to get my order done. And then the darn order was wrong! And I was so looking forward to enjoying my bagel....

Previously left a 5 star review but there's been a steep decline as of late. Order on the phone a blue berry muffin and French toast. Told me 10-15 minutes, i waited 20 minutes before going, still had to wait 20 more minutes before my stuff was ready. Fine they're busy right? Ask again and its ready. It was out the whole time. Pay in cash. The guy takes a 10 out, then gives me a 5 instead on the bottom of the pile and puts the 10 back. Tried taking $5 from me or a mistake? Get home the french toast was absolutely black from being burnt and cold from sitting there all that time and the muffin was stale and had like 2 blueberries in it. Figure it out people.

Update: January 2, 2026. For some reason, no matter what you tell them they think their bagels should not be cooked to be golden brown. Their Bagels are seriously undercooked. This place used to have a Bagel Maker who knew what he was doing. I did not want to post this, but they will not listen. Occasionally they will cook the Bagels right. If you see this review here that means they still have not listed to their customers. They should go to their competition and see how they cook them. There are 4 Bay Ridge Bagel stores to test or the one on Cropsey run by Chinese people. Great Bagels. They are hand rolled and cooked properly. They are very delicious. They also make good sandwiches. They are always busy so plan your time accordingly. The staff there is very friendly and always get the orders right.

Had to stop ordering from here cause the bacon they were putting in the sandwiches was consistently burnt. Essentially they precook the bacon and just let it sit on the grill and then use those for sandwiches. Got bits of burnt bacon on several of my sandwiches. Pretty nasty.

Went to buy bagels today and the two employees on duty did not know how to work a cash register. Then one of them took off their mask, started to touch his mouth and mask, and was going to then proceed to serve food, disgusting!!. I left without making a purchase.

Today when I came there, I was shocked by the rudeness of the worker. The shop is open until 6, I came at 5:30, but he closed the door and said that they are closed! although another half an hour was before closing. I asked him to open for a minute, he turned off the light and ignored. it was my favorite store where they sold delicious cupcakes, but I won't go there anymore!

Was there just now waiting to get my order taken and they all ignored me even though they saw me there, they decided to take other peoples orders and not mine. When I said something they said that line started in the side even though I was in front of the counter.

I just wanted to enjoy delicious pancakes and coffee. I ordered it all from them. The pancakes were disgusting, I threw them away immediately, the coffee arrived spilled. The prices do not match the quality.

Because delivery takes so long.I decided to come in person placed my order of tots with cheese and bacon .I waited 20 minutes before asking for status 4 min later it comes out.No one apologized for me waiting.Please learn to have good customer service it’s definitely the top most important thing when running a business.

The staff is usually rude and the owner is incredibly racist. I witnessed him say some derogatory comments about Chinese people. I used to come frequently but after that remark I’ve chosen to not support this business.

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible service! I ordered at 10:50am. At 11:15am, I was still waiting for my food. When I came in, the “top” man was on his phone… by the time he finished his phone, around 11:18am… he gave me a lecture on how they needed the time to make my food and yelled at me in front of all the customers in the store. One comment made me walked away and canceled my waiting and order…He said, “Why you foreigners order here, you Chinese got the entire 86th street!” A total racist!!!!! Other customers heard it! I had three witnesses! Will they write something?

Wild Bagels just cannot get toasting right. No matter how clearly I ask — “dark toasted,” “well toasted,” “extra crispy” — they hand me back a barely warmed bagel every single time. It’s like they’re afraid of the toaster! After multiple tries, I’ve given up. If you actually want a proper toasted bagel, this is not the place. Truly the worst!

If ur rich then definitely come here... they will charge the bagel your putting the ingredients on....will never turn back on a Bodega. Too bad all the mom and pop shops are futher away but real sandwiches are there.... not here not worth the price for the little cream cheese they give you .... and 4 bucks for coffee.... Three times we ordered bagels and three times they gave us the wrong order. It’s terrible because they have potential. The bagels taste great when they’re made right but when you’re going out of your way to get them only to have to go back to get the right order, it’s not worth the two trips! We’re vegetarians so bacon egg and cheese sandwiches don’t work for us.. We’ll stick to our regular bagel place. At least we’ll only have to make one trip.

Grossly overpriced, understaffed and unorganized. I find it particularly odd how the 3 times I’ve been here and ordered the same things all 3 times, I got charged different amounts each time. And it’s not by a few cents or a dollar but by over $4. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier he simply said maybe the other person did me a favor by charging less or he thinks their menu prices recently changed. To me, it’s a complete rip off. Never going back.

Worst service ever. Whether it’s in person or over the phone. Delivery takes over an hour for literally 4/5 blocks, sometimes the order is wrong and the food is cold. I called to place an order for pick-up, the man told me to hold; I hear them in the background laughing, talking to each other, 5 mins past, I’m still on hold, im saying hello, no one is responding but I hear them joking, I walked over there 12mins past and I’m still on hold. I walk in the store and not a single person there ordering. The guy had the nerve to tell me they were busy. I swear terrible service. This is about the only bagel spot in the area so I hate to have to write a terrible review, but this is what they deserve. They need to do better.

These workers here have no respect for customers or local goers . They all sat there and laughed at me in there native tongue ! Bagels are amazing. But do NOT have them deliver. It always takes over an hour and they will always bring your food cold. Never fails every freaking time.

This morning went to Wild bagels, I witnessed that some of the workers do not wear gloves while making sandwiches.. I even called them out to please wear gloves. I’m sorry that is so unprofessional and disgusting! This is a food safety violation, I usually order to deliver but today I’ve seen it in person how dirty they work. I don’t know where your hands have been. There were a few people wearing one glove on the left hand and on the right hand no glove. 🤮 I’m so disgusted!!! I’m never coming here again, the staff was rude and did not care that I’ve caught them. When I asked the man who helped me “Why are you not wearing the other glove he just says “I know”… Truly nasty! 🤢 Especially so many viruses we all have gone through since COVID … If you see them not wearing gloves or 1 rather, your better choice to go somewhere else!

I hate this place with a passion. This incident that pushed me over the edge happened almost three weeks ago, and it still bothers me to the point that I am writing this review at 2 am. I have been coming to this store for 15+ years. I have seen a lot of staff come and go, besides that princess manager who's been the only consistent thing. I always get a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and for the most part they make it alright. A couple guys from the staff are nice guys, but the rest have attitude and don't know how to make anything right, as you can see from previous reviews. The incident happened before the statement date seen on the picture provided. I typically order the bacon, egg, and cheese plus a sesame bagel with cream cheese. I order the same two items that I usually get. I typically pay either $11 or sometimes $13 for both of them (which makes no sense why the pricing is never consistent and these gremlins make them up as they go). But this time around I go to pay with this guy (probably been there for less than a year), and he tells me it's $15 and change. I asked him how that was possible when I was just here and I paid $12. His sidekick came, and they both were telling me that pricing changed just two weeks prior. I was being friendly and just accepted it as it is what it is. So here comes October 16th (two weeks later from the previous incident). I am about to go on a trip and decided to stop by with my friend who is driving me to the airport. I get us two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels plus a sesame bagel with cream cheese. This is the same guy as in the previous incident, and he is now charging me $24. I was about to lose it, and this time I wasn't being overtly friendly. I questioned him, and his sidekick came back to back him up. These two doctors and engineers told me the price increased again two weeks ago. I said how when I just came two weeks ago, you two said the same thing—that the price had just increased two weeks prior. I ended up paying for it but vowed to never come back here. The disingenuity of these people is unfathomable. It is so wrong to be making up prices and charging different people different prices for food items. How is this even legal? One person should not have to be paying more than me for the same food item. They are lying to you straight to your face. My cousin goes here all the time as well and gets a bagel, plus he gets iced coffee (I personally hate their iced coffee). He just told me an hour before I wrote this while we were working out that he can't believe the lies they tell about their pricing. He told me he paid $23 for two bagels with an iced coffee... I work in the city, and the bagels are nowhere near this price. He then showed me something interesting, which inspired me and fueled my hatred to leave a review. In person they are charging $5 for a plain bagel with cream cheese. On Uber Eats, they are charging $2.95. This is insane. Please do not support a business that employs these tactics. This place is highly unethical, and it's a shame that a once great business in this neighborhood would resort to these methods in order to make some change. I truly hope this business gets investigated for these predatory practices. Please go to another bagel store. Cropsey Bagels is not even that far, and they don't have these immoral business practices there. Ive been coming here for 15 years. I live down the block and honestly its not worth it anymore. The food is just "okay", some of the bagel options are flat as hell with a HUGE hole in the middle, and theyre charging things like we're in Manhattan. Manager has an attitude problem. I get things can get busy and theirs a bunch of stuff going on but there's no reason to lash out about it. Actual man-child behavior. When asked about the prices ($22.65 for two BE&C and a medium coffee mind you) he made a snarky comment saying theyre still the cheapest option around the area. 😂 Okay so now we're lying to people. Oddly defensive over a place as if it came out of their paycheck. Over the years sometimes my order would be wrong or get a badly burnt BE&C but I'd let it slide. Its a nostalgic place for me, I'd go nearly every day in elementary school. But now?? Manager was a real piece of work. I've actually had really good service by other staff, very nice and not part of my reason of never coming back. Overestimate the food quality doesn't match up with the price. Don't go.

I specifically asked them to make the Bacon XTRA Crispy… They Did NOT Honor my request… Instead they gave me a measly three pieces of fatty disgusting bacon that was horrible… I also ordered a Cheese Croissant which was absolutely DRY And HARD probably a few days old definitely not fresh… Needless to say I will never go back to this place and you shouldn’t either don’t waste your money!!!

It's showing how much time has changed NO RESPECT OR PRIDE ANYMORE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. order and it takes over 1 hour to get here and food is cold also bagels were like eating rubber oatmeal was so plain and lumpy that's my fault cause I gave this place another chance..Listen cropsey bagels is way much more busy then this place and when food arrives from CROPSEY BAGELS it's always on point..also leave the attitudes at home before you come to work or get someone who understands English better we are in America 🇺🇸 I don't need to learn Spanish..PEOPLE SPEND YOUR MONEY AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND IN REASONABLE TIME..NO WORRIES LAST TIME I SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY WITH THIS PLACE AND HOPEFULLY PEOPLE THAT READ THESE REVIEWS DO THE SAME....

They have some of the best tasting bagels, but they always get my order wrong. How did you guys give me regular toasted bread when I asked for an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese? Seriously? Regular bread? The person ringing me up also loves to try to pull a fast one by charging more than what the actual cost of the order is. I let this slide twice now, but now I won’t come back. The third time is too much to the point where I think you guys are deliberately giving me bad service.

GOT ROBBED! I live just 2 streets away and come here often. My regular order is bagel with lox spread with avocado. I asked specifically one with avocado and one without. They made my order right but got charged wrongly and way more than it should. And they guy still put a innocent face to me after I confirmed him what I'm being charged.

Be very careful using your cards here! They have a sheet with customer card numbers! I came in and made a purchase for $5.57 on Feb 2nd. I noticed another charge of $16.45 later that day. I went back to confront them, and they informed me that it was a charge they missed 45 days prior. Why do they have my card number saved ? Very sketchy if you ask me, and I paid an extra $16.45 for something I never bought. The owner never refunded my money even after I showed him the proof. My bank statement never shows a previous charge. 😡WILD!
