I love me some popeye's chicken. This location has been terrible two out of the three times i've picked up meals. The first time It just had a nasty taste, Second time was good, Third time the chicken was undercooked , and all of the batter was undercooked falling off and soaked in grease. I tried the store but got no answer over the course of three tries in two hours.

They gave me the wrong order I order 6 regular wings and the shrimp box combo and gave wrong drink I called there and no one answered

The fact that they charged an extra $10.00 to my card. I will be up there tomorrow, tried calling several times but no answer. Please check your charges when using this establishment.

Man I bought some chicken today I'm a Dr citizen disabled my cousin went to get 6 ghost peppers we wings I told her fresh cause I have herd they cooked it fast it was half done with blood in it made my stomach upset wanna throw up asked for a apple pie they gave me strawberry in I am so disappointed it usually be ok but today whoever cooked I'm sick waste of money I need a refund or another order for another day I'm not Mobile I gotta wait till they comes back again my ride uggh

Did an uber eats delivery, the delivery driver was told everything was in the bag. We were missing over half the meal items or they were wrong. - Only one sauce was given and it wasn’t even one of the correct ones. - The two orders of mac and cheese I paid extra for not included. - The cheese bites I ordered for everyone to share not included. - One meal was suppose to come with cheese bites and they were also missing. - Food tasted old and gave an off aftertaste. - No straws for the drinks. Overall the quality and the lack of attention to ensure everything was included in an order is very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible customer service, supervisor demanded i use kiosk smfh, how do u guys achieve any good customer service doing that cause nobody wants to tap on screens when they order food I mean yall guys should just quit and let Elon Musk build a robots to service us if its that damn bad to interact with customers smfh, im a truck driver if I demanded to my boss I aint interacting with customers and they can just deal with my tablet when I deliver loads I would be fired hmmmmm 🤔 have a blessed and wonderful day yall need the lord I bet the lord doesn't use kiosk for heaven

The service here has went to hell in a hand basket. I've been coming here a year. Because I'm in a rig I have to go inside. The staff is rude and short. The refuse to help at the register. I stood there 10 minutes with 7 employees just looking at me. 2 near drive through, 3 in the kitchen and 2 that came to the counter to get condiments for thier lunch. No one greeted no one asked if I needed anything. I asked is there anyone working thr counter they said no go to kiosk and continue thier Spanish convo. I asked what about cash payments. ( never experienced this before here) 1 guy said press pay at counter. Lady finally fixed food handed me the bag with her your food and walked off. I refused to come back. Sad thing this happened to a coworker last week and I said maybe you caught them on a bad day. But naw. This is the norm. Customer service is not at this place.

We ordered a 12 pc family meal deal classic almost $50 later. We get home it was ALL spicey. My husband went back and they already knew the order was wrong “the lazies in the back made it “ was the answer we got. Now we’re home and clearly they can’t count because we paid for a 12pc and came home with an 8pc. We have a big family. I tried to call several times the phone just rang or they answered and just hung up. We won’t be back to this location

Bought the 12 piece bundle. Happened to be 15 miles from home. When we got home, found out the biscuits were not there. The large coleslaw container was only half filled. I called six times that afternoon to speak with a manager but they don't answer the phone. I will not be spending $40 for 12 pieces of chicken again from Popeye's.

Biscuits were tossed in with the chicken which made them soggy-ish. Mac & cheese was curdled??? And the coleslaw was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE it tasted like some sort of chemical or something. We eat Popeyes regularly but usually go to the one on 1463, we decided to try this one as it is closer. NEVER again. Worst $65 dollars ever wasted, and we are still hungry.

This Popeyes has nothing but young kids working at it has no idea for customer service. All they care about his plans are damn to your headset and telling you that they can’t take your order you got to order off some old machine over here to pay for it to that machine Wait 30 minutes for them to get your food and then change two or three of the items they don’t have they can get yourself now they can’t give you your money back. You’ve already paid for this machine over there and nobody knows how to put money back on your car so you take something. You really don’t want or you give them the money. This place is the biggest joke I’m still looking for Cameron if this is what the country is going to no wonder everybody sleep

If zero stars were possible I’d leave that many. I went to get a 3 piece meal and as I tried to get my drink I found out that they had no ice. No big deal, I ask the guy behind the counter and he got me the small bit they had left at the drive thru. Go back to drink machine and attempt to get Coke. It’s out. Back to the counter I go. They suggest I get another soft drink, but not Dr. P because that’s out too. I explain that I’m not a fan of the other options but would love it if they could just refund me for the meal and just give me the entree of 3 pieces of chicken instead. The young boy was flustered and went to speak to a coworker. I didn’t hear much, but they made a point to loudly call me a “Karen”. Not once did I raise my voice or speak unkindly. Never asked for a manager. Just didn’t want to pay $11 for a meal when there wasn’t a drink that I wanted. I don’t feel that I was unreasonable. Will never be back. Customer service is so awful these days 😐
