Excellent pizzas.On thin-crust and one hand-tossed. Meat-lover's and Cheese & Mushrooms. Sweet tea with real cane sugar. And the service was top-notch, absolutely excellent waitress.

The Manager Bob is the absolute best; if there was 10 stars for Customer service....I'd give this Pizza Hut at 10! Customer experience and satisfaction at this location is the best!!!!

The delivery personal forgot my soda and went all the way back to store and brought back the sodas I told him that he did not need to do that and he said he wants to do it because if it was me ordering I would want it anyway. Gave home big tip just got saying that!

You expect hot, cheesy pizza and it's exactly what we got. Our food was hot, our waitress brought out the food as it was ready, they didn't have a large staff ( they were efficient and brought the food out while it was hot rather than waiting to bring it all at once). They were clean, I have no idea how the bathrooms were but food-wise (and the service)it was great.

I would like to acknowledge Monica on outstanding customer service. I went to pick up my order and she greeted me right away as soon as I got there. She valued my time and brought my order out quickly. She was very professional and assertive.

Loved how my pizza and wings wefe made to my likeing and how fast my order came out. Food was taken out to my vehicle very promptly as soon as I arrived. The app makes it very easy to order and lets them know when you arrived.

I want to be alittle more specific with saying that these 5 star reviews are for the NIGHT shift carryout and/or delivery. I have ordered from this location time and time again and never a dissapointment with the way their pizza is made. So much to even letting the manager know cause it cant always just be when something is wrong. He was very grateful for the comment and with such an energy eventhough i had ordered last minute just recently and gave so much credit to his cook which im hoping doesnt change cause all i can say is that cook deserves a raise.

Today I call to this Pizza Hut, from Florida to ask for a delivery to Brownsville Airport. I had a family member in that airport without money, without food, and he was starving. And the lady who was working there (who was latin) helped me a lot and treated us with so much care and was so kind and considerate. She made the delivery on time, and all I can say is we need more people like her in this world. I can't remember her name but I'm so grateful for her and the delivery guy.

They are very quick and have your order ready on time and get there customers out quick. Despite it being so busy they were fast. They attend there customers quick and make sure you are helped. The food was great. We were satisfied and will be going back often now that we moved nearby.

Always great service during the evening. Super friendly management and staff. Pizza is always hot and exactly as ordered. Only once was my wing order off but management quickly remedied it! The manager personally delivered a replacement curbside. Happy customer.

Honestly , ordered delivery while in town. I’ve eaten at quite a few different locations around the continental US, and this is without question the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had.

I order online and I always get my order on time always greeted when I arrive ..I have dined in and love the place not to noisy..great food anything on the menu is good..you do save a couple bucks when you order online but can't dine in ..hope they change this in the future and it would be noice..

I’ve been a customer at this location for over fifteen years. We would often meet my dad here on his lunch break when he worked at Porter High School before he passed away. Now we have our six year old son who is autistic and pizza is one of the very few things he will eat. Pizza Hut is his absolute favorite and this location is the one we continue to visit on a regular basis. The staff and managers are always very friendly and very accommodating. The food is always good and the speed of service is very reasonable. Highly recommend this specific location.

The service we had at this Pizza Hut was incredible. We got seated immediately and the waitress was incredible. She checked on us regularly throughout our visit, was friendly, and even recommended us good deals! I didn’t quite catch her name, but she honestly really does deserve a bonus or a raise, awesome girl. The food itself was really good, it didn’t even taste like Pizza Hut! The cheese melted amazingly, the breadsticks were so gooey and the wings were so flavorful. I was really happy with everything, honestly. I will be coming here often, especially since after you dine in a certain amount of times: you earn a free pizza! Perfection.

5 stars for the pizza, but 10 stars for Monica! She was super fast, professional, and had a great attitude. Best service I’ve had at this location in a long time. Ask for her section if you want to be well taken care of!

The food was good, but not all service personel were attentive. Looking for our waiter and unable to find anyone to help us, except a young man named Joshua who was busing a table across the room. He stopped what he was doing and came to see what we needed, even though it was not his station. GREAT emoloyee!!! Terrific jov Joshua!. Thank you.

Very clean and very much aware of following the Covid policies. Food was good and can out quick. Waitress had to multitask but was very friendly and efficient.

Personally think they have the best wings... just noton the crispy side. I do go all over for wings! However, they are on the pricey side! Staff was great too.

I would only recommend the pan pizza. Always order online as you will save more money and won't have to wait for your order.

I am not a huge fan of chain pizza joints. I typically avoid them. But you want value? Take a spin here to the PizzA HuT on Security Dr. In Brownsville Texas!! The have a lunch special that includes: Salad, Pasta, Personal Pan, and drink for around $7.99 or $8.99 (I can't remember). The International location used to do it too, but they stopped so I stopped going there. I also go during dinner with my kids often too to give them more business. There staff is incredible just really attentive and happy to serve. This pizza hut has the formula done right! I hope they keep the same energy from their owners and staff because this is a knock out business!!! Its just tasty food, great value, and great experience...what else do you need??? Welp they must have saw my review because I stopped by today and that Lunch special is now 12.99 this drops it to 2 stars. We all know what Pizza hut tastes like and what it is. So now with there being no value or no WOW factor to bring me in at a value proposition, it's not worth my time. I understand inflation and prices going up, but from 7.99 to now 12.99 that's a huge jump. If I'm paying that, I'm going to a more premium establishment like The Pizzeria or La Scala!

I've had horrible experience with pizza delivery like @3 times in this pizza hut! * Pizza gets delivered after 1 hr had order it I had to call back to Pizza hut to see what was going on! * The delivery guy gets here with ONLY a pizza! I had order 2 pizzas &several stuff like cheese sticks and extra sides which i didn't get. I didn't even get parmesan cheese or red pepper... * I had to call Pizza hut AGAIN to talk to the manager to see what was going on & he just told me that they weren't going to charge me anything so I just had A PIZZA for my family that was visiting me and a lot of time wasted!

They never get my pizza right, I asked for the veggie pizza with jalapeños and there was bearly any veggies and so many jalapeno it was just horrible to eat. Then I ask for jalapeños but not to much, and they put not even 1.

Pizza is fine.... but service not so much. Every time I've been to this particular Pizza Hut, I'm left waiting for a while for pick up. For some reason, nobody ever is at the front, and none of the staff acknowledge customers while we wait for pick up. Yet they'll complain about pay.

I went there the service is good food is good but they charge you for the permason cheese that's sad a dollar for cheese bad deal.

Even when the app says ready they still took 30 minutes to take out on curbside. Please do better. Pizza and Breadsticks were cold.

I called to place a delivery. I asked if they could deliver to the "North Brownsfield Little League field on S. Iowa Ave. The guy said ""let me check"" then came back on the phone and said ""YES"". I gave my order, he asked for the address. I told him it didn't have one. Once again he put me on hold, came back and said they could not deliver because the computer would not take the address. I said, you just told me you could. He could not say anything but how the computer could not take the order with out a address. I guess the truth is there is not one person that could find the ball field with out a GPS. Come on Pizza Hut, there's pizza being delivered to the side of a gravel road in back water Alabama as we speak.

I have not had pizza hut in several years, decided to get some this time and it was not good, maybe its my preference, my luck or something else, but did not like it at all. Will be getting pizza from other places next time :(

Store was closed for cleaning I called prior to confirm dine in was open and was told yes it was open. When I got there they told me it was closed since 8:30 there was no sign at the door stating the restaurant dining area was closed. This was a very big inconvenience for me and my family.

Omg! Visiting from Houston and wanted my favorite pizza,but unfortunately this location had the worst tasting pizza ever. They tried to make it right but the second attempt was just as bad or worse.

Second time I order for pickup went inside to pay and wait for my order which they said 8 more minutes so I thought this time my order would be fresh out of the oven but no once again my pizza and cheese bread were dry and no cheese I think either trying to save cheese or something because literally you could barely see cheese on my pizza and cheese breads my drive home is 10 minutes or less that we took to get home and my pizza dry and cheese breads same I’m done going there I’ll just try other pizza huts even if I have to travel more distance …

Very disappointed with their service. I called for delivery and never got my order delivered. Called them on the phone after an hour of waiting for my food. After talking to them on the phone they made me come into the store to “resolve” my issue and it took another 30 minutes to tell me that they were unable to give me my oder or my money until the following day. Can’t even believe that after all that they didn’t bother to say anything aside from sorry for the misunderstanding. Totally wasted two and a half hours of my day and made me go into the store for nothing. Had never had issues with Pizza Hut like I did today and it’s unbelievable.

Once again a terrible experience at this particular site. This time It wasn't completely their fault but they made absolutely no effort to correct it. I accidentally ordered cheese instead of pepperoni. Honest mistake. We asked if we could change it but the person in front said no. We even offered to pay extra for pepperoni but no. We asked for a manager but they didn't want to call him at first. They said he was busy and would be a while. We still waited. When the manager finally arrived he didn't want to help us either even though he said "this happens quite often". We asked for a corporate number and they couldn't give to us because they didn't have it. My wife had to look it up on the internet. She offered to give them the number since "this happens quite often" but they refused. This time for real I am done going to this restaurant. Very poor customer service and poor management. You should always take care of the customer or least meet them halfway. If there was less than 1 star I would give that.

Pizza was burnt and Mini Cinnabons were raw, meaning uncooked. Giving the benefit of new driver, possibly picked up the wrong box, thinking they were baked. Usually, the pizza is perfectly done.☹️

I used the mobile app for the buy 1 large pizza and get 1 large pizza with 1 topping for free. I got a super supreme with stuffed crust and selected my free pizza to be 1 large pepperoni and at checkout it showed the pepperoni there but when I purchased and everything it just showed the super supreme and I thought that was weird but ok and when I arrived I only got the supreme pizza. I asked what happened and they said it’s a known problem and they won’t honor it and there’s no refunds so never use the mobile app for anything and just get domino’s for better customer service because when they mess up they give you some free appetizers and whatever the deal missed.

The security drive location has horrible service. I ordered in the app, confirmed my order, said it was ready for pick up....and nobody came out to attend curbside, called multiple times and no answered. Another 4 cars were waiting for curbside, and still no one came outside. We all ended up going inside for our orders,they said my order wasn't ready and made me wait another 10 minutes. Why offer a curbside pick up if the staff is under qualified to do it???..I ended up waiting 25 minutes for a curbside order (the app said my pizza was ready the whole time)

To be honest the food was good. The waiter was good as well. But what ruined everything was that a cockroach got on my brother when he was eating. Then moments later another one got on me.Then right after that another one was crawling the wall next to me. I tell the person on the cash register. And point at the roach. He comes running to kill the roach with a napkin. I tell him that is the 3rd roach that we have in countered while we were eating. When paying for the meal. He proudly said I'll be giving you guys a 25% discount for the inconvenience. My response was is that going to be a 25% for each roach. I think the news should take a visit to this place. So that this can go public. Health department take a visit to this place as well. Let's see what you guys can find as well. RED FLAGS

This is the second time this place gets it wrong. I ordered a super supreme with jalapeños and I believe they forgot to add the jalapeños to bake with the pizza so when they noticed they just threw in a bunch of pickled jalapeños on top of everything ruining the dough because of the vinegar. Customer service at the place is the worst. Called them and they seemed to not care..

Worst service, waited 1 hour for dine in order, no refill for that time , had to go to counter to get refill, when pizza got here cheese sticks or cinna sticks were not even cut just a big piece of cheese stick. Whoever does hiring at this location lacks common sense and horrible at hiring talent. Never gain dining here, bad experience.
