Recently, I started to eat here again from a long hiatus because the food quality was bad. Now I have to say they have really changed for the better and the food is great now. Service is hit or miss but way better than before. Great improvements.

Ordered the sirloin medium well and shrimp. It came out well done. I tried it and it was a bit hard, not what I expected but ended up sharing the fajita trio with my husband. Didn't say anything because the place seemed busy and waitress was with several tables. I didnt wanted to wait the time and have another cooked. I tried to eat it along with the rest of the food. I'll order something else next time.

My niece and I had an enjoyable dinner last night. Thank you to our server Monica, who was there for all of our needs. For quite some time now, I have enjoyed dinners at Chili's with loved ones. Our last visit experience was the best. Dinner was delicious, and our bar server Jerry did an awesome job. I highly recommend Chili's Grill & Bar.

This is the best Chilies I've been to in my life (50 years old). Food incredible, service awesome, and over all cleanliness of the restaurant was perfect. Highly recommend. I had a party of 8 and only had to wait 10 mins. Food was at our table before we finished the nachos. Word up son.

Quick service between 5pm and 6pm. . Not many people doing at this time. Loved the ambiance and the service was quick and great. We were a party of 7 people and spent $247.79...not including the $50 tip we left. The prices are about the same as Cheddars, a steak house or similar. Between $13-$28 a plate.

The medium well sirloin steak was perfectly cooked. The loaded mashed potatoes complimented it nicely. The side salad with ranch dressing to start off the meal was great. The wait time to get our meals a little long, but it was worth the wait. The triple decker is a family favorite. You can choose three finger foods from various choices.

Food has been consistently good for the last 3 months. Service is great, and they have gotten better about their music selection. Also, prices are very decent.

Wow this place is amazing it has a fun atmosphere not for me but I'm old I like to eat quietly. The food was delicious no complaints the service even better very fast friendly and attentive. 👍 I little pricey but it's worth it.

The food is great here. But the prices have inflated! $20+ for a plate of chicken and pasta. But if we continue to come, we’ll continue to make them rich. But the food is good but not $20+ for a single plate of pasta and chicken.

I know this sounds weird but our meal was VERY poorly timed. It literally started to come out less than 5 minutes after order was placed. The serving order was odd and apps, salads and entrees came together. In trying to provide fast service, I feel like it is disorganized and doesn't provide a good dining experience.

First of all MICHAEL WAS AN AWESOME SERVER. Very attentive and right on spot. Our chicken enchilada soup was quite tasty. My husband's burger was very good. I ordered the half club and it was not like a club at all. soggie bottom brioche bun also.. We had asked for crisp fries and they were not even warm or crisp 🤐 It was the cooks fault not Michael's.

I ordered the chicken fajitas and they came on a sizzling skillet. The Mexican street corn is seasoned with Cajun powder. The chips with queso blanco is the best appetizer. For dessert, a mini chocolate lava cake is a must! I took away a star only because the tortillas taste funky and the rice is alright. Other than that, the food is good.

Good food, ok service..not great. Our waiter sat us down on a booth, we asked for kid's chair and they offered a booster because high chairs are not allowed in that area. They brought us a booster with no security belts, they said none have them. My daughter is 1 year 7 months and she almost hit her face flat on the table when she slipped down due to the booster having no security belts...after that I just threw that thing aside and sat her on my lap. If I had not been holding her I'm sure the story would be different. If you have little ones makesure you request a highchair and not this useless booster. Would be nice if the restaurant trains their employees to sit the guest accordingly. I requested table for 2 and a baby...if they know the area does not allow high chairs then don't offer to sit me their, I would rather wait for the appropriate table and have a nice, peaceful meal.

Came here for the mother son event. The food was delicious. We got the 2 for $25. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers with fries and a corn. Everything was very good. My biggest issue, and maybe it's because it was kinda packed, is that our server took forever to do everything. I asked him for a ranch when I first got my food and I didn't get it until I was finished. My mom and I also asked for some water and it took the guy forever to get it for us. When he finally brought the water he said he misplaced it. Other than the slow service everything was delicious.

Chili's in Harlingen has very consistent quality food and service. I have not eaten at the Brownsville Chili's in years! Friday for lunch, we had the burger, crispers, and Cajun pasta. The server provided great service. The food was ok. The crispers were a bit soggy, I guess, and the fries weren't hot. My friend didn't finish her pasta. It's not that the food was bad, it's just that it wasn't great.

We had a delicious lunch enjoying the Cajun chicken pasta with a ceaser salad to share between 2 people. There was enough pasta for leftovers we also got free chips and salsa with the app. I'm disappointed they no longer offer this version of the pasta on their 3 for Me. Overall great lunch!

A few months ago before this visit, there used to be more items included in the special of "3 for $10.99". I used to get the Cajun Chicken Pasta from this special, however, it is no longer there. My point is, Chili's has definitely gone up in price within the last few years. I wouldn't necessarily consider it a budget restaurant anymore, like Cheddars persay. Sure the food is good and the service/atmosphere is great, but $20-25 per person at Chili's seems a little much. Overall though, I still enjoyed myself and had a good time.

This experience was from a month or two ago. It was a good experience it was during the weekend and was super packed. So service was a little slower than usual, but waiter was nice and attentive. Food was good my only complaint and some might think it's nit picking. I just didn't like the fake flour tortillas for my shrimp Tacos everything else was delicious . Wifey and I ordered the loaded boneless wings and babygirl had a personal size pizza with fries. The wings were delicious and perfect for any type of game day or movie night.

Here's why i didn't like the service. Waiters are supposed to know the food ingredients. First i asked for queso dip. I got some gross tasting chilly for my chips. I got charged like $5 or $7 for something i told the waiter i did not like. Also the quesadillas had bacon bits in them. The waiters should ask if that's alright. I didn't eat but maybe 2 slices because i dislike bacon. Anyway i am not sure you're making things right by at least offering a complimentary dish. After all i do spend at least $90 every time i eat there with the family. I don't dislike the restaurant or all of the food. Thanks

5•11•25 decided to come on mother's day was quite overwhelming packed. But id like to give a huge shout out to our waiter Diego he went above and beyond, kept his kool we saw that he had big parties and yet was on top of his game. It was alot on his plate but very impressed with his patients always did refills or anything we requested he came thru. So thank you Diego and chillies these are the people you should take care of and maybe train others with his skills. Very kind and courteous with his tables. Now abt food I ordered the trio entree the egg rolls, cheese, and boneless wings now what's the deal chillies did the rolles become smaller and less filling inside. That's sad. They were good but they looked miniature size. Not your usual serving and size. So people who order these will be aware size is changing but prices are higher. Just FYI. My mom got the salmon plate they brought it with asparagus and broccoli but that asparagus man what in the world super thin didn't even look like asparagus as it should. They made her a fresh batch and was better than the original one they brought. I guess food was alright but yeah either serve more to get your moneys worth. Came in from the last time i was here the experience was alot better. A bit more organized for being a friday night. My waiter was very nice and very hospitable and my dishes were very nice and well served. This chilis needs to step it up. Your prices are outrageous, and your food always served cold. That's why I always hesitate to come to these chillies. I always go to the one in Weslaco, which has hot foot, friendly staff and nice and clean. Vs. Here, restroom filthy, staff don't check on you for refills your waving like an idiot to get some service, etc. I was just disappointed in this location. And I only came because I got invited still it's not worth the price. Only 2 people had the same thing to eat the trio sampler and that was just a sad mess. And yet I didn't notice they charged me 2 sodas when in reality it was only One and one top shelf Margarita. So paid 54.00 for just that. Just dissapointing and not recommending this location.

Didn’t take a pictures of the chips and salsa - which I give a 5/10 the salsa isn’t rlly good - and the triple dipper. For the dipper I got the southwest egg rolls, the hot Nashville crispers, and the burger bites. They were all pretty good. The regular tenders and brisket quesadillas and corn and fries were spectacular, but the fajita trio was a bit lack luster, could’ve had more flavor, the cookie was good and Henny-Rita was SUPER GOOD.

Food was just ok. The wait was ridiculous and it wasn't completely packed. We waited ~40 minutes for our starter. They were out of Caesar salad. After we finished our entrees we asked for the cheesecake. We waited 30 minutes for the cheesecake and at first the server brought out the cookie skillet. When we told him there was a mistake we waited another 10 minutes for the cheesecake. When we got it, it was still frozen. Very disappointed and wish they had just told us so we could settle for the other option.

Was sat down as soon as I walked in at 245pm. Not alot of folks eating at location. After 15mins still no one came to even take my drink order. Really wanted the lunch specials. Plenty of staff standing around though.

Order for pick up. Food was not ready and had to wait. Food was cold by the time I got home. Waitress that brought out order charge me but gave no receipt for order. I will have to go back and check my credit card for about total charge. I will not eat or order here again.

Didn’t think about taking pictures of the food, nonetheless me and my fiancé ordered the 3 for me deal, she got the sirloin which came out a little too dry and the crust tasted burnt maybe the temperature was a little too high. I got the cilantro lime carne asada, and the meat was too gray the pico on top flavorless, the flour tortillas extremely hard and flaking off. Not to mentioned it should’ve been $36 and some cents yet I checked my bank statement and i was charged $43 something i would sure like to know what the $6-$7 extra charge was for because no tip was added.

There was six of is us in our party and half of us were not pleased with the food. Two of us returned it and my nephew decided not to complain about his. The chicken I ordered was predominantly batter and when I did get a bite of the chicken it was chewy. Same for the chicken tacos my friend ordered. I noticed at a table next to ours the gentleman sent his dessert back so we decided not to order any. Although they replaced the food they only replaced the main dish and not the sides. The sides were cold. The service was mediocre at best as we had 3 different servers, the manager being one. I asked him if he could get his workers to sing Happy Birthday to my cousin. He said that he would and never did. We also had to wait 20 plus minutes for our check.

Ribs were dry, hard and reheated. The bartender was too busy to provide ketchup or napkins during my meal. The atmosphere was great though with people singing and laughing. I'll chalk this visit up as a fluke. I'll try again soon.

Gotta come back and update yall. Seems as if Chili's kitchen is slowly losing variety. Last time I tried the chipotle waffle chicken. Terrible. Today I tried the shrimp tacos..TERRIBLE. Presentation is awesome but the taste is not what I expected at all. I hate going to a place where I have to order the same thing every single time.

Consistently poor curbside experience. I’ve had multiple issues with curbside pickup at this location, and this last visit confirmed nothing has improved. Curbside customers are often not acknowledged, and this time I was given the wrong order. I ordered the Surf & Turf Sirloin 10oz but received a Classic Ribeye, and I was charged for an item I didn’t order. To make matters worse, all designated curbside parking spots were taken by customers dining inside, making pickup unnecessarily frustrating. This location clearly needs better curbside management and order accuracy.
