Ho preso solo alcuni caffè, adeguati, ma 1,30€ al banco mi pare decisamente eccessivo visto che non sono associati né ad un cioccolatino né ad un bicchierino d'acqua.

A day of shopping and two visits to the bar. The first time was for snack time, and we had some delicious smoothies. The second time was for aperitif/dinner, and the Negroni was excellent, along with the Jin Lemon, and the spritz was also excellent. Their tramezzini are incredibly fresh, and the brioches are delicious. But above all, despite it being a Saturday and the sales, we found them all to be very fast, friendly, and kind, and the bartenders were excellent! See you next time, you guys are a great team!

Un bar, un bar del paese con una focaccia appetitosa (siamo in Liguria, se ciccassero questa sarebbero da ostracismo) caffè normale. Locale che meriterebbe di essere pulito meglio, zone a posto e zone un po' carenti. Personale tendente alla confusione quando c'è affollamento, umanamente ammesso, comunque gentile.

A good breakfast. We had a coffee, a ginseng, a piece of focaccia, and a sfogliatella, which cost €5.20, an average price. A good bar, except for a hair found on the sfogliatella.

Recatisi presso Caffè Balilla si è riscontrato personale poco cordiale. Al momento dell'ordine si è rilevato un ingente prezzo della materia prima: nei caffè alla nocciola si è purtroppo notata una forte mancanza di alcuni ingredienti essenziali, tra cui appunto la nocciola, bensì si sono sentite tracce di altri elementi coprenti, probabilmente rum. Anche nel succo all'albicocca c'era un'acidità tale da togliere la pittura della macchina ed è risultato francamente imbevibile. Non per rimarcare ma non vi era neppure acqua frizzante, che ci è stata negata con la scusa della siccità. Visibilmente contrariati abbiamo lasciato il locale delusi e con il portafogli più sgonfio, visti i prezzi da Piazza San Marco: perché sinceramente 2,50€ per 400 ml di thé anche no, se solo avessimo visto prima il prezzo, peraltro non esposto. Umiltà signori. Da non ripetere. Se volete un caffè 100 metri più avanti c'è un autogrill, non perdete tempo e soprattutto soldi in questo posto. Risposta: sono onorato, veramente, di aver ricevuto una critica a praticamente ogni singola parola che ho scritto, devo aver proprio aver ferito nell'orgoglio! Mi congratulo inoltre con Lei per non aver inteso il significato del messaggio per gran parte ironico, specie per quanto riguarda l'acqua gasata, non era facile; tuttavia ciò effettivamente conferma la Vostra poco cordialità, e direi anche permalosità. In tutto ciò possiamo anche andare punto per punto ma il risultato non cambia, abbiamo mangiato male. Se poi Lei vuole guardare solo alle recensioni positive faccia pure, ci mancherebbe, ma mi pare comunque leggere di diverse persone che come noi si sono lamentate, ma che fortunatamente non hanno avuto l'onore come me di aver ricevuto risposta. Se poi Lei in Piazza San Marco ha trovato un succo a 10€ e lo ha comprato le faccio i miei complimenti per essere stato derubato dal comune di Venezia. Per quanto riguarda le materie prime io non sarò del mestiere ma ogni scusa è buona per aumentare i prezzi (tipo quello del pellet che è passato da 5, 6€ a 10€ nel giro di due, tre mesi... non pensavo ci fosse la Guerra anche in Austria, Polonia, Rep. Ceca) in tantissimi settori, tipo il Vostro. Riguardo il tempo perso a "scrivere questa inutile recensione" secondo me ne ha perso più Lei a rispondere a un famoso "leone da tastiera", io ero semplicemente seduto in macchina che non sapevo cosa fare, non mi pare di aver insultato nessuno visto che non Vi conosco, non Vi ho mai visto e manco ricordo i Vostri volti, abbiamo soltanto dato un giudizio personale a ciò che abbiamo mangiato, comunque grazie ancora dell'attenzione 👍. Sinceramente poi non capisco il rapporto tra le 18 ore di lavoro e la qualità dei prodotti, ma sono anche passato in autogrill e non ho trovato affatto da ridire, visto che probabilmente hanno saputo fare bene il loro lavoro. Non si preoccupi che non torneremo a soggiornare nel Vostro fantastico locale neanche per sbaglio. A mai più 🙏

We went there a while ago for a spritz, watered down and with four pieces of crap to eat, incredibly expensive, and they don't even offer table service. Two days ago, my husband and I had coffee and a croissant, prices you wouldn't even pay at a service station, but the most absurd thing was that there were three of them behind the counter, only serving us, and they didn't take us into consideration. They were chatting and laughing among themselves as if we were transparent. I work as an employee myself, and I would never allow myself to be treated like that. Not recommended.

We happened to be having an aperitif during a music evening at the outlet. I'm sorry, but it will be the last time. The Spritz was obscene, watered down, and tasteless, accompanied by a small tray of rice salad, a small piece of vegetable tart, a tiny jar of cheap fruit salad, and a cube of cake that completely crumbled. €20, like we were at Forte dei Marmi. Terrible.

The counter service is handled by unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It's not the first time I've been to a bar and the lady at the counter, with an air of superiority, instead of attending to the customers, has been busy with her own business, even chatting on her phone, instead of providing service.

This is the second time I've asked for a juiced drink, but both times I was told at 6:30 PM that the juicer had been dismantled because they no longer have enough fruit or vegetables to use..... This seems like a laughable excuse. It's better to say that the place closes at 7:00 PM and that the employees don't feel like cleaning the equipment. We managed to get two orange juices with great difficulty. We won't even stop by for a coffee again.
