Ottimo, qualità ingredienti superiore, spaghetti con vongole e polpo con patate acqua e bicchiere di vino 50 euro, il polpo era ben pulito e tenerissimo, spaghetti Felicetti veramente ottimi. Servizio spigliato e niente salamelecchi, molto bene, prezzo in linea.

Nel cuore del paese vecchio un posto incantato si mangia benissimo pesce freschissimo pochi piatti sala piccola ma calda e avvolgente servizio buono prezzi nei limiti lo consiglio vivamente non resterete delusi.

Came here with my family and we ordered the mussels, octopus salad, seafood pasta and anchovy pasta and the panacotta and everything was incredibleeeee!! The wine was also terrific, and so were the atmosphere and service. It is a family run business and everyone was so lovely! Tiny trattoria, big flavors. Expect a lot of anchovies on the menu and a tight selection of local flavors. Went here two nights in a row, ate nearly everything on the menu, and couldn't have been happier. Try the linguine with anchovy and the seafood soup. Thank me later. (End with a locally-produced limoncello, if they have some!)

The food here is really good. We were able to have a table for two as walk-ins shortly after the restaurant opened, but it filled up shortly after, and stayed that way until closing. Monterosso is a really romantic seaside town, and Trattoria Da Oscar fits right in. My wife and I will cherish our memories here.

Recommended at our hotel and a real find. Tiny place with just four or five tables inside and the rest out on the street. Small menu but everything was superb. Real Ligurian cuisine. Pesto Genovese was superb. All the pastas are perfect. But the specialty of the house is anchovies. So many different preparations. All delicious. If you think you don’t like anchovies you will be converted.

In una delle stradine interne di Monterosso, tavoli all'esterno, personale cordiale, prezzo ottimo vedendo la media del posto: ,due primi,due secondi bottiglia di prosecco , acqua 98 euro. L' unica cosa che consiglierei oltre al pane servire anche qualche pezzettino di focaccia( pensavamo di trovarla di default) cortesia anche nel farci assaggiare due tipi di olio con il pane. Volevamo un posto fuori ma era completamente pieno l'esterno era rimasto un tavolo all'interno , così ci accontentiamo del posto all'interno ma alla fin é stata una non scelta molto fortunosa perché l'ambiente interno é fantastico, queste luci che giocano con la pietra ed il soffitto ad arco danno proprio l'aspetto di un pranzo completamente rilassante. Quantità di portate ristrette sia antipasti, primi che secondi. Unica ragazza a gestire i tavoli con leggera difficoltà per l'elevata affluenza di persone però tutto sommato lei é stata molto cordiale, gentile ed accogliente. Prezzo nella media considerando il luogo. (2 antipasti 2 primi 1 secondo 2 calici di vino 1 bott. acqua + coperto 93€) Coperto 3€ esagerato perché alla fine non é presente nemmeno la tovaglia ed in più bicchiere di metallo per l'acqua. Qualità del cibo molto buona. Per una pausa pranzo é il luogo ideale

Siamo stati qui a cena perché consigliati dal receptionist del nostro albergo. Il locale si trova nei vicoli interni del centro storico di Monterosso, dispone di pochissimi tavolini come tutti i locali del posto ma è molto carino. Ci siamo seduti all esterno dove ci sono delle coperte qualora tirasse il vento. Non ci sono tantissimi piatti, ma tutti molto tipici per una località di mare ligure. Ottimo il servizio.

Locale piccolo, adatto a gruppi di poche persone. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato bene, soprattutto i fritti. Pasta allo scoglio da rivedere (avrebbero potuto mettere un po' più di pesce). Antipasti buoni. Dolce a chiudere il pasto ottimo.. Peccato non servano il caffè. Servizio cordiale e gentile.

Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di cenare in questo piccolo ristorante specializzato in piatti di pesce. La qualità del pesce è davvero eccezionale: fresco, saporito e preparato con grande cura. Ogni portata esalta la bontà degli ingredienti. L’unica nota dolente riguarda il personale, che si è dimostrato un po’ sbrigativo. Sebbene il servizio sia stato rapido, ho percepito una certa fretta nel prendere le ordinazioni e nel servire i piatti, il che ha leggermente penalizzato l’atmosfera accogliente del locale.

Piatti buoni, prezzi non alti. Le acciughe impanate con salsa tartara buonissime. Si trova in una via del centro storico abbastanza trafficata di Monterosso. Abbiamo mangiato all’esterno, tavoli e sedie scomodissimi, essendo in lieve discesa ho rischiato di cadere più di una volta.

Perplessità.. 2 primi (trofie e gnocchi -buoni entrambi- al pesto), un calice di vino, acqua, 2 dolci (scelti fra proprio 2 dolci, tiramisù e panna cotta, fine, ndr): siamo in bassa stagione, c'è tutto chiuso, una manciata di locali aperti se non appunto qualche ristorante fra cui questo, locale piccolissimo (6/7 tavolini) ed al silenzio, senza radio o musica di sottofondo ed arriva il conto di 51 euro.. insomma..

Piccola trattoria, personale molto molto gentile e accogliente. Polpo con patate squisito.

Purtroppo non ci ha soddisfatti. Gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare erano molto speziati ed il sapore del pesce veniva completamente coperto. Sconsigliati gli gnocchi al pesto. Sufficienza per le acciughe al vino.

Monterosso non è Cesenatico in quanto a cordialità e questo lo si sa. Però... arriviamo in due su quattro alle 21,20, con 20 minuti di ritardo sull'orario prenotato, e già questo indispone lo staff. Ci viene detto quello che non è possibile ordinare (...); dopo gli antipasti (buoni, nulla da eccepire, soprattutto le acciughe a modo nostro) è il momento dei primi piatti e dobbiamo scegliere in coppia perché ciò per cui optiamo è "minimo due persone" anche se non indicato nel menù. Ci adeguiamo, e presi un pò alla sprovvista ordiniamo due spaghetti alle acciughe e due ai frutti di mare... praticamente quello che ci prepariamo anche a casa da soli senza necessità di venire al mare. Birra commerciale solo una marca in bottiglia da 33 cl, acqua solo bottiglie di plastica da 50 cl (almeno ci è stata proposta solo così). Alle 22,30 mentre ci tolgono i piatti del primo che ancora abbiamo davanti la solerte cameriera, probabilmente impaziente di aggregarsi agli amici per la festa del paese, ci comunica che hanno finito tutti i dolci e non fanno il caffè. Praticamente un invito ad alzarsi e ad andare.... Peccato, perchè la location e le potenzialità del locale sono invidiabili. Ed anche il menù faceva presagire una cena qualitativamente di altro livello.

Siamo andati qui perché consigliatissimo dalla gente del posto. Ma questo locale è una trappola per turisti! Ho ordinato gli spaghetti alle vongole che sapevano solo e ribadisco SOLO di aglio. Prezzi esagerati.Lo SCONSIGLIO, meglio una focaccia farcita!

Esperienza da non ripetere: Appena accomodati al tavolo la titolare (penso) ci ha comunicato che tutti i piatti contenenti acciughe non erano disponibili, siccome essendo fresche la sera prima non erano state pescate. Questo nonostante ci dispiacesse, per noi non avrebbe rappresentato un problema, se non fosse che circa metà dei piatti erano acciughe e una buona parte dei restanti piatti oltre ad esser a base di pesce surgelato, erano per almeno due persone. Quindi abbiamo preso: un piatto muscoli, gnocchi al pesto, due coche zero e una bottiglia di acqua (al prezzo di 45€). N.B. Per concludere avremmo preso due caffè, ma purtroppo ci è stato detto che non li facevano.

The woman was SO rude. We sat, looked at the menu and decided it wasn't for us (a lot of anchovies on the menu, which is not our thing), so we got up and on our way out she started screaming at us! Should have realized there's a reason a restaurant was wide open with only 2 other patrons at 12:45pm.
