I hiked from Levanto to Monterosso and was pretty wiped out when I got to Barabba because I had forgotten my water bottle and been hiking for 3 hours.. . They cooked me a light off menu dish with some shrimp and pasta and It took me a minute before I could even eat. I drank water and wine and nibbled on bread. Then once my body and electrolytes caught up I dove into that delicious dish. They must have ask 4 times if I was done and I was just slow.. lol I'll be back!

Great spot on the beach that we just randomly selected. Staff were fantastic (Alessandro was great) I had the ministries soup and Caesar salad which was delicious. Wife had spaghetti pesto which was also excellent. Recommend.

Don’t go to dinner elsewhere this place was recommended by our host and was great for lunch’s and dinner. You can order pizza to go for beach days and the dinners are great; we loved the authenticity of the place and the family atmosphere. Though we did have to wait for a table even though we made reservations but it’s a good tell all sign when the restaurant was packed every night

Reservation HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had to wait to be seated at 8:30pm. Very busy and very hot in the location of our table. Our service was FANTASTIC. The food is great. The BEST GELATO IN TOWN!!!

If you’re in Cinque Terre Monterosso, you must come treat yourself to an amazing dinner at the Barabba In White, I had their mixed calamari for appies, then seafood spaghetti for main, and Tiramisu for dessert. 10/10 for the Tiramisu, the cream was perfect, not too sweet and it does not taste like just whipped cream like a lot of other places I’ve tried in Italy, I’ve been on a long journey to find the best Tiramisu and so far I think this one takes the win, you HAVE TO have it with a cup of americano! One spoon of Tiramisu then one sip of your coffee is the best way to have Tiramisu! The view was also amazing, enjoy the sunset and amazing food, although it is on the HIGH side of $$$, if you can, definitely TREAT YOSELF ♥️

We just had the best meal of our trip! Vanessa took our reservation and remembered us when came back to celebrate my mom’s birthday and even wished her a happy birthday. She was our server and THE BEST we could’ve asked for. She made recommendations that we ordered and we were beyond impressed! If we were here longer we would be repeat customers. The rain and quiet beach really added to the aesthetic.

I had the ravioli with walnut sauce while hubby had the grilled mixed vegetables. Both dishes were excellent. Just perfect for lunch. Very friendly welcoming staff. We sat in the enclosed outdoor area on an overcast day and watched the gigantic pounding waves crashing on the shore close by - the agave in raised stone beds adding to the view. A very relaxing on a rest day in Monterosso. It was happy chatter and smiles all around me as people enjoyed whatever dishes they had ordered.

Really beautiful view. I've had a risotto with sea food for two, the portion was big enough for three in my opinion, (the waiter came with a skillet and put a portion on the plate). Really tasty, the risotto was made as it should be, with wine and butter so it was creamy and the sea food was fresh.

Un bellissimo locale che si affaccia direttamente sul mare, con una splendida veranda che regala una vista mozzafiato. Situato sul viale fronte mare, è facilmente accessibile anche per persone con disabilità e si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria — posizione davvero comoda! Il personale è gentile (in particolare una signorina di nome Vanessa), veloce ed educato: un servizio impeccabile che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Oggi abbiamo gustato dei paccheri con acciughe, uvetta e pinoli, semplicemente spaziali! Anche l’insalata di mare era ottima, con pesce fresco e sapori autentici. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco, perfetto per esaltare i piatti. Per concludere in dolcezza, delle squisite fragole con panna, davvero deliziose! 🍓 Se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli, l’unica piccola nota riguarda i bagni adiacenti al locale: l’attesa è un po’ lunga poiché vengono utilizzati anche da persone di passaggio e non solo dai clienti. Detto questo, l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva e il posto è assolutamente da consigliare!

Bel posto in riva al mare avrei voluto darvi 5 stelle però sarei stato un ipocrita. Per quanto riguarda il cibo era quasi tutto buono, l’unica pecca è che i pansotti sapevano troppo di crema e poco di salsa di noce. Burrata buona, gamberi fritti buoni, salmone in crosta buono e la sogliola alla griglia buona. Il servizio e da rivedere abbiamo chiesto a 2 camerieri diversi una birra arrivata poi tardi e 2 volte un posacenere arrivato alla fine, io per fare la persona educata.

Bel ristorante in riva al mare sulla spiaggia ovest di Monterosso. Locale dagli spazi esterni ampi e ben impostati, personale gentile , simpatico e disponibile. Cibo buono, soprattutto cio che riguarda il menù di mare, in primis le acciughe di Monterosso impanate e fritte , e il fritto misto. Buona anche la pasta ripiena. Buona scelta di vini , adeguati per il menù proposto. Prezzi assolutamente nella media per i piatti proposti, calibrati.

Il Posto è grazioso si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia, il personale gentile e disponibile, il cibo è semplice ma buono porzioni nella norma, mi è piaciuto particolarmente "il carpaccio di baccalà marinato" davvero squisito. Non consiglio invece l'antipasto "quasi crudo" oltre che ad essere caro non ha nulla di speciale e soprattutto 50 € per un antipasto "magro" mi sembra davvero eccessivo. Per il resto qualità prezzo giusti, sicuramente passerete una piacevole serata, il proprietario è molto simpatico.

Ristorante perfetto . Peccato che sono capitato al ristorante"pizzeria" quando il pizzaiolo non era presente. Materie prime ottime . Costo relativamente alto ma ripaga tutto con la vista sul mare. Personale ottimo e qualificato. Ottima spiegazione del perché il pizzaiolo non era presente. ( Anche se volevo la pizza). Si sono arrangiati benissimo con le trofie al pesto! Per il resto Consiglio a tutti i turisti !!! Top!!!!

The drinks were great but the service was a bit slow especially since it wasn’t really that busy. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was ok. It’s right on the beach so there’s beautiful views and atmosphere.

It was a pretty decent place with friendly staff, and I did not find that super Italian culinary, but it was not bad. Nice view from of beach and ocean. Those little flies can get pretty annoying but it’s everywhere 🤣

Ristorante turistico in riva al mare. Pasta allo scoglio e pasta al pesto senza infamia e senza lode. Porzioni generose, servizio cordiale. Per la pasta al pesto mi sarei aspettata di trovare delle trofie e avrei gradito che il pesto avesse anche patate e fagiolini, come da menù di prima. La pasta allo scoglio era poco amalgamata ma nel complesso buona. Il conto un po’ caro ma in linea con l’offerta di Monterosso.

First day, just wanted dinner by the sea. It was a beautiful view, food just barely ok. Lasagna was dried out, had to ask for everything like bread olive oil, parm. Good spot for drinks only in our opinion.

Should have listened to the recommendation to go to Miky's. But....we walked to Barabba and thought the view was pretty so decided to try it out. I would avoid this place unless ur just going for a cocktail and the view. The view truly is fabulous!! We sat out back and loved the water ambiance. The rest of the restaurant, however, is really weird. It's like you're walking through their work area or a work in progress. The cashier up front is in a plexiglass type cage but his side window is completely open. The staff seems like they might not know they actually work here and their lack of attentiveness or presence is representative of it. Bread is brought out and the brown bread was quite nice. The rest was stale. The swordfish was edible, but not very good. It is a large piece so if ur looking for quantity, it's a lot. The Mediterranean salad has no lettuce, which I suspected, but don't b surprised. On a positive, we were able to find some fresh veggies here so appreciated that. Would we return? Definitely not. Also wouldn't recommend to others. Don't let the pretty views call you in.

BRUTTISSIMA ESPERIENZA. Premetto che mi è stato consigliato dal nostro hotel arriviamo ci fanno sedere arriva un cameriere CON LA Barba Alto e Magro e pretende il buongiorno già qui non va bene se te lo do bene diversamente non devi pretendere diventa maleducazione mai visto un arroganza cosi. Ok ARRIVA LA Pizza bruciata tutta la parte sotto mentre sopra unta che potrebbe navigare un battello coperto 2.50 a testa con tovaglie di carta tovaglioli in carta rossa. 61 euro in tre per il mare ok ma il ristorante con i suoi camerieri è il mangiare SONO UNA ESAGERAZIONE EVITARE meglio in trancio al volo. 14€per la capricciosa che non è buona peccato essere italiano e vedere comportamenti e servizio così scadenti in Un posto così bello rovinato da persone che forse abituate lavorare con gli stranieri che ridono e gli va bene tutto. Se mi viene in mente altro lo scriverò più avanti. Non entrate qui per favore

Ordered 3 lemon sorbet and all came slimy and was almost room temperature. Staff also insisted us to sit out in the sun since we didn’t order proper food but only desserts and wine, despite the fact that it was 4pm with only 2 tables of customers in the whole restaurant while it’s 32 degrees out with no clouds. We understand the restaurant has its own policy but that was a bit ridiculous. After we refused the staff was slamming things down on the table. Would avoid this restaurant
