Don't be fooled by the bar-like appearance of the entrance; the restaurant is located at the back. The atmosphere is a bit spartan and very quiet, so much so that chatting at the table feels a bit out of place. In reality, the staff is courteous and very helpful. The menu is entirely made up of local dishes, based on the products available daily. The appetizers are plentiful and varied, and the choice of dishes is truly extensive. We tried three different first courses, all very good, especially the agnolotti with meat sauce. The wild boar stew, served with sweet and sour spring onions, was also delicious. There's also a wide selection of desserts (the almond tart is excellent) and locally produced digestifs. Great attention is paid to food intolerances and dietary requirements, and there are options available. The price is absolutely average, with a small discount for us.

After a long ride, we arrived at this delightful trattoria. We were greeted by the owner, who was very kind and professional. We sat on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Susa Valley. We ordered the "pasta and rice" menu of the day, and the first course was a delightful surprise: fried spelt pasta with sesame and honey, accompanied by speck. Delicious! Followed by a red and white rice salad with pickled chili peppers, Taggiasca olives, and celery—very fresh! Calamarata with yellow cherry tomatoes, I think confit with mozzarella, rice omelette with leek compote (delicious), cavatelli with lamb and artichoke ragù, agnolotti with roast beef and mushroom sauce, rice cake with gorgonzola fondue and bacon (delicious), I hope I haven't forgotten anything... finally cake and coffee. Needless to say, everything was good and fresh, the presentation of the dishes was meticulous. We will definitely be back not only for the good food and the beautiful location but also for the price, a €25 menu!!!!

We arrived for a business dinner around 9:00, and despite being the only customers, we were served excellently. The menu features a wide selection of appetizers; we chose six, all delicious. We followed this with ravioli del plin and apple and cinnamon for a simple yet delicious dinner. It's worth turning off the highway to enjoy La Stellina's delicacies!

Trattoria rustica alla piemontese, quindi chi conosce la cucina piemontese sa', che si mangia bene... Alla stellina ho trovato un ambiente familiare con cucina tipica, il servizio è buono, sala da pranzo pulita ordinata, la ragazza che segue i tavoli gentile e professionale... Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo... Grazie

Negativo .... Il menù al costo di 46 euro se va bene si materiale prima ne valeva 12 o 13 al massimo....in più prenotato per 12 con la caparra consegnata in anticipo abbiamo dovuto pagare il menù com…

Puoi pensare che in un posto così fuori dal mondo si mangi bene, genuino, casereccio e senza spendere una fortuna, beh sbagli di grosso. Un locale tra il kitsch e lo squallido che ti accoglie con un dehor riparato da teloni di plastica e quando entri ti presenta un baretto di periferia. La sala dipinta è decorata con il gusto più tipicamente kebabbaro. Il cibo servito é imbarazzante, porzioni ridicole, materie prime da hard discount, piatti presentati con termini altisonanti che quando ti arrivano nel piatto dici “embeh?”. A questo punto hai capito di aver fatto un buco nell’acqua, ti resta il gustaccio di un caffè imbevibile di una marca sconosciuta e pensi, spenderemo 20 euro a testa, abbiamo ordinato quattro fesserie, invece no, quasi 60 euro. A Bruzolo ci devi proprio voler andare e se ami mangiare bene e spendere il giusto non farti venire questa idea malsana.
