Delivery by John was great - he is polite & friendly! Marc did a great job putting our custom-made pizzas together! Yes, custom pizzas can get expensive and there is a delivery charge & tip to consider…but in our opinion Dominos does an excellent job and it’s worth it to have dinner delivered to our door. Kudos

The staff were all so friendly. When I messed up my online order they were happy to adjust and get me what I meant to order. Additionally they seemed to all work together very efficiently. It’s a breath of fresh air to see friendly employees with each other and their customers!

I stopped in on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, during the severe snow and ice storm. With a short staff and terrible weather, the wait was understandably longer than usual. The guy with dreadlocks who was making the pizzas did an excellent job — even while they were behind, he stayed friendly, focused, and kept a great attitude, which really stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the front staff came across as pretty nonchalant and acted like it didn’t matter that my order was running about 30 minutes late. That was disappointing, especially compared to the professionalism of the person working the ovens. That said, the deep-dish pizza was outstanding. It tasted incredible and, importantly, was cooked all the way through — which isn’t always the case when places are slammed. The quality of the food definitely made the wait worth it.

Am writing this as a long time customer of the Cantrell Road location which - to me - was a nice cozy space to spend an evening and have a wonderful meal with friends. As to the new location, I won't repeat what others have said except to say that Milano's lives up to all the good reviews. Ours was a Sunday night birthday celebration with family; the food was very good - the best marinara sauce I've ever tasted. Our service was impeccable and the food near perfect. Even our picky eaters cleaned their plates. Portions are generous and served in attractive and appetizing ways. My salad bowl was slanted which much delighted me. My only criticism is the sound deadening of the "house" is obviously lacking as the restaurant can get quite loud; a nearby raucous group of young couples did nothing to help that. During their presence we had to practically yell during conversation. Not sure the principals can do anything about the noise level as it may be a structural issue. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.

Milano’s Italian Restaurant in Little Rock delivered a lovely evening from start to finish. The service was gracious and attentive without hovering, and the room’s warm, softly lit atmosphere made conversation easy. We began with the meatballs, tender and generously seasoned, nestled in a bright, comforting marinara—simple, classic, and beautifully done. The seasonal sangria was a standout: balanced, not overly sweet, with fresh fruit notes that paired effortlessly with everything we ordered. Our entrees arrived promptly and impressed across the board. Portions were generous, yet nothing felt heavy; each dish tasted freshly prepared and cooked to perfection, with well-judged textures and clean, vibrant flavors. It’s clear the kitchen respects good ingredients and traditional technique. Milano’s makes an excellent choice for a relaxed dinner with friends or an intimate date night. Warm hospitality, delicious food, and great value—Little Rock is fortunate to have it. I’m already planning my return.

Oh my goodness, the new location on Chenal is absolutely amazing! Night and day difference from their old location. It is HUGE and has a full bar with happy hour!!! The bartender was super attentive and fun and even some of the wait staff stopped by the bar and said hello and asked about what we were thinking of ordering. It felt like a family atmosphere, for sure! It may be my new goto spot for happy hour for a bit. I always went to the first tiny Milanos location because of the food, and now they still have amazing food AND now they have a top-notch, elegant atmosphere—including the nice Italian music they had playing over the speakers. They also have a super nice piano right beside the bar and the bartender said that usually from Thursday’s to Sunday’s, someone will come in from around 5 to 8 and play the piano. I didn’t get to witness that since I wasn’t there on those days, but I will be checking that out soon. So happy for Milanos and their new location!!

Wonderful atmosphere. We made a reservation and we're seated as soon as we arrived. Waiters was knowledgeable of the menu. I had Calamari for the appetizer and my entree was the Pasta Primavera. Absolutely delicious.

Great atmosphere with a live pianist and delicious food! I highly recommend the Tour of Italy! It’s a great way to try three staples (lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken parmesan). The limoncello cake is a great, refreshing dessert as well!

Milano’s new West Little Rock location is awesome! The space is modern, elegant, and inviting, with a great vibe at the bar. Service was friendly and fast. I had the baked spaghetti — super flavorful and cheesy — and the rigatoni in vodka sauce with burrata was rich and delicious. The lasagna was also some of the best I’ve had in the area. If you’re craving great Italian in a beautiful setting, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Great dining experience! Love the atmosphere. The loaded spaghetti was great as was the calamari! Soup of the day during my visit was chicken noodle soup and it’s hard to go wrong with that. Will definitely return!

Have tried them twice within the last month, both time delivery. The first time, the order stated it would be approximately 35 minutes, it took over an hour. As soon as my order was delivered, I received an email from them stating the order was not up to par on their end and provided an offer to make it right. I’m good with that. Second time was yesterday. Order stated it’d be around 40 minutes. It took 55, but no big deal. Driver was very friendly. Food was hot when received, BUT it wasn’t what we ordered. The prep table left off ingredients in the pizza, and made the incorrect bread. Called the store, and the lady I spoke with was very attentive and friendly, went and spoke to her manager, stated they would remake the portion of the order that was incorrect, and send it back out. Had the correct order within about 45 minutes. Felt sorry for the drive having to come back out due to the prep tables mistake. I’ll try them again. Stuff happens, but they’ve made it right both times.

Always do carry out and every time I have gone here customer service has always been great. I’ve never had an incorrect order or any issues. I know it's a national chain but the pizza is decent and priced well. Basically cheaper than frozen pizzas.

Great atmosphere unless they seat 10 people by you with Styrofoam sonic cups, ruined the ambiance. Wine, food, dessert great. Food under seasoned. Waiters need to step it up a bit. Empty wine glass is a sin. Would return. Piano player was a plus.

The positives: That Branzino dish is a MUST TRY. They'll even add some veggies to the pasta if you like. It was phenomenal. Good bread, attentive service. Great desserts, too. The negatives: the caprese salad was very underwhelming and for some reason, they add sliced, canned black olives to the plate. Not enough balsamic on it either. The salads were very uninspired. A house salad is just chopped lettuce, onion and tomato. No cucumber, no mushroom, no cheese. The dressing selection was nice, though. If you aren't in the piano room, it'll be a stuffy side room. And the whole restaurant smells like parmesan cheese, which is unpleasant in a small, warm room. I would go back again for the Branzino and dessert.

The server was top notch, she was so sweet. The sausage appetizer and bread were super tasty, so much flavor!! The salmon scampi needed more flavor but the salmon was cooked to perfection.

We came around 4 PM on a weekday . It was not very busy . The first thing I noticed was the table was a bit small even for two people . We were having to move a lot of things around. Just something to keep in mind . For food we had the fried ravioli , tossed salad, tortellini al pana , spaghetti , and the bread & butter . It was all tasty but nothing spectacular in my opinion . The sauce that came with the tortellini was my favorite ! Our server was amazing . She checked on us multiple times and made sure everything was hot and presentable! The vibes were great . There was even a man playing piano our entire time there , so add live music to the list ! Parking is alright because it is located in a strip with other stores so parking would not be an issue . Overall , I would go back if I wanted some Italian in the area.

This place was very nice. I came very underdressed in my opinion. The service was absolutely amazing. Our dinners were awesome tasting. The caprese was decent, but they didn't use very good tomatoes, they were not very ripe or sweet, kind of just blah. We had the italian cream cake which was really good, not super sweet or anything. The tiramisu was Okay, i was disappointed with how dry it was. Definitely lacking on the espresso and liquor. Overall we had a great time and like i said service was top notch! Thanks guys

The tracker said it was in oven and then available for pickup. I left as soon as it said it was ready and when I got there it wasn’t even in oven. It should let me know wait time before I complete order and be accurate. If they are backed up it should let me know rather than waste my time.

Made an online order for the follow: Large pizza with mushrooms, black olives, onions, green peppers, Italian sausage and pepperoni. My pizza, banana peppers and black olives, pepperoni. So here's the thing about Domino's when they make a mistake they will try to compensate you for it. True, I did not get what I paid for but it wasn't bad as far as taste. I got 20% off my next order and a free medium pizza on my next order as well. At least they tried, can't be too upset about that. Will I be back for another order? Probably. Will they make another mistake, hopefully not. But again the pizza was fresh and it didn't taste bad at all. We'll see what happens next time.

Service was not great, the workers seemed inexperienced and careless. Which I get, it’s a pizza joint. But a dominos, so I was expecting a little more. Had pizza set up for a pickup time, when I arrived at the time I set in the app, the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Once we got the pizza, 2 of the 5 were not cooked. Still doughy, so I wouldn’t recommend this location. I normally don’t have issues with dominos.

just received a delivery and the pizza that I ordered was so burned that I am surprised that they would even box this pizza up and send it to a customer. obviously there are no rules regarding serving customer a bad product. Zero aspects of quality assurance here. As you can see from my photos the two slices of Italian and pepperoni were cooked correctly, the slices of mushroom and Italian were burned to near black. Unbelievable.

It insists upon itself. What do I mean by that you ask...when you go to Fazoli's, you know you are getting a fast food experience and nothing wrong with that. When you go to Milano's, it presents itself as a fine dining experience with prices to match. However, you are presented with Italian food and drinks that taste and looks like someone just ChatGPTed it that day. It leaves you wanting Fazoli's. - 1 star for leaving a raw egg on top of a carbonara - 1 star for watered down bacon and potato soup with very little bits of actual bacon and potato - 1 star for a really bad old fashion

Overall just a very disappointing experience food was very bland with the fettuccine tasting like it had never even seen the concept of salt and I wouldn't be surprised if oregano was the only seasoning in the kitchen. The calamari was also bland and overcooked making it like chewing on rubber. Service was overall nice though with staff being attentive and pleasant and food coming out quickly (maybe too quickly). Atmosphere was just very tacky and boring.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening around 8:40 PM. I am extremely disappointed that the closing sign says 9 PM and the waitress immediately informed me the kitchen close at 8:45. Top quality restaurants always be welcoming up to the last minute, however I didn't experience any welcoming or caring ambiance that I was there. I ordered my dish that was extremely bland and when I asked for grated cheese, the waitress says they have all been put up. She did however go find some and put in a small little cup,by the way she was pleasant, she can't help the crazy policies installed by the owners. This was my second visit since they opened, the ambiance was good an attentive on my first visit, I guess because they just opened. My advice or 2 cents to this establishment is that you have a great opportunity with your location to have a great business, however you need to pay attention to the little things: 1) treat the customer special, get rid of closing before your hours stated, you are already closing early for a weekend night. You are putting more focus on your employees, not the customer. 2) focus on making it a dynamic experience with great seasoned foof that Italian restaurant are known for. 3) you have spent a lot of money to create a special ambiance for the community and we appreciate it, however strive to be great not just good. Just constructive real feedback because I want you all to do well. It's the little things!!! Customer focus all the time.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Domino's location. The hygiene standards here are alarming. The staff making the pizzas looked visibly unclean, and I was shocked to see a woman with burnt fingers handling the food. Despite repeatedly requesting that they wash their hands, they simply ignored the request. Cleanliness seems to be completely disregarded, posing a serious health risk, especially for online orders where customers cannot see the food being prepared. To make matters worse, the pizza was rushed and poorly made it lacked proper pizza sauce application, making the flavor uneven. The store itself had a severe fly problem, with flies landing on the pizzas while they were being made. Installing a blue light burner or taking preventive measures to keep flies away should be a priority. Until the management addresses these hygiene concerns and replaces the pizza prep staff with more careful and sanitary employees, I will be avoiding this location entirely. Staff with poor hygiene should be assigned to roles where they do not directly handle food, such as packaging or cutting. Domino’s must take immediate action to ensure food safety for its customers.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Domino’s outlet. The cleanliness standards were absolutely shocking. One of the workers preparing pizzas particularly a woman with visible burns on her fingers was handling food without any proper hygiene measures. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel sick to my stomach. The condition of the kitchen and the appearance of the staff made it clear that hygiene is not a priority here. I had to walk out immediately without placing an order. It’s unacceptable for a food establishment to allow such unsanitary practices, especially considering the potential risk of infection. The management seriously needs to reconsider how they assign roles those with visible injuries or poor hygiene should not be handling food. At the very least, they should be moved to non-food-facing tasks like packaging or cutting. To anyone planning to order from this location please be cautious. Cleanliness is practically nonexistent, and it raises serious concerns about food safety. Management must take urgent action to ensure safe and sanitary food preparation.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pizza shop. Cleanliness and hygiene seem to be the last thing on the employees' minds. On Fridays, they turn off online ordering, yet when you walk in, the store isn't even busy enough to justify it. The final straw was when I placed an order and witnessed an employee scratching their head before handling ingredients without washing their hands. Instead of following proper hygiene protocols, they directly touched the dough, which was unacceptable. I had no choice but to cancel my order and walk out. Weekends especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are the worst here. The management needs to enforce better hygiene practices and hire workers who prioritize cleanliness, especially when preparing food. Until then, I won’t be returning.

Ordered online for delivery, I live 9 minutes from the store. It took 3 phone calls and two full hours to receive my order. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

The young man who was cutting the pizzas and apparently the team lead (he was probably 20 but looked about 14) is a TOTAL RACIST. He had a line of people waiting for orders and directed the cashier to get all of the black customers first (even though they happened to have arrived last), then let him get the white customers. He also spoke to all of them greeting them and what not but refused to speak to white customers and instead had a hateful glare for you. If this was the other way around dominos wouldn’t allow it for 5 minutes so why is this behavior ok?

This location is less than 3 miles from several apartments and neighborhoods, including mine. Without fail, delivery takes over 1 ½ hours after it says it's on its way. It's a 10 minute drive, max. We are always given the excuse that the driver "is the only one" that night. One said she needed knee surgery and asked us to meet at her vehicle. There are zero stairs here. The most recent one said he wasn't from Little Rock after realizing he was at the wrong address (after arguing for 5+ minutes that the gate's call box must be broken). Then complained he had two other deliveries to make. He hung up and then kept calling back (8 times so far) but then immediately hangs up. This has got to be a joke - these folks are lost and confused. Hire people with basic knowledge of using a GPS and not being lazy. Needless to say, food is cold. We are annoyed. The Domino's on Colonel Glenn is further but so much faster and better. This one just needs to close up shop and let a good business use the space.

This is from a few months ago - I just found the note on my phone and forgot to post it back then. A week or so ago I ordered 2 medium pizzas and parm bites to be delivered. About an hour in, the online tracker feature showed that everything was still being prepped. I called to check in and was put on hold for 11 minutes. When the employee answered they said mine was about to go into the oven and said sorry. Another hour goes by and it still shows that it is at the store. Eventually the delivery driver leaves and it takes them nearly 45 minutes to get to my house which is only 5 minutes away from the store. My order was almost 3 HOURS LATE. I reached out to customer service because I was very disappointed. They emailed and said the local store would reach out to me - it came as no surprise that they never did. I reached back out to customer support and let them know I hadn't been contacted; they apologized, gave me a refund, and sent me a gift card to try them again. Well, here we are. I placed an order at 5:25pm and they started working on it at 5:27PM. It is now 6PM and it is still in the prep stage. I'm about to call to check in on things. Just got off the phone and they let me know that they are slammed with orders and down 2 drivers. I understand that frustration and know it's hard when you're short staffed, but this was just unacceptable. I highly do not recommend this store. I honestly tried to change the store for delivery several times before submitting it, but it wouldn't let me. I feel like this location doesn't have it's stuff together. Their employees aren't trained well, they are multiple hours late on deliveries, and they are (for the most part) unhelpful. Please go to a different location. I will say the delivery driver was very kind and he recognized the issues and apologized without me even saying anything. I don't like giving negative reviews (you can tell by my history haha), but these 2 experiences were just awful.

I visited this location and noticed that the staff were handling food and pizza boxes without wearing gloves. This raised hygiene concerns for me. I hope the management improves their food safety standards.

My experience at this restaurant was unbelievably disappointing. Two of us ordered the carbonara, and after the first bite we knew something was wrong. The dish tasted off—not just poorly made, but genuinely bad like spoiled milk. We both refused to take a second bite. When we politely brought it to the waitress, she showed zero concern and offered no solution. We then spoke to the manager, hoping for at least an apology or some acknowledgment. Instead, we were met with an annoyed smirk and dismissive attitude with absolutely no attempt to make things right. No apology, no replacement, no adjustment to the bill—nothing. Mistakes happen in restaurants, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. A restaurant’s food may occasionally miss the mark, but customer service should never be this careless or indifferent. We have been customers since Milano’s first opened and have always raved about the food. We also loved the food our friends with us had for dinner. But we were never offered a replacement option. We sat and watched our friends eat. And then were served our full bill. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and unheard. We will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend choosing anywhere else if you expect decent food or basic hospitality.

My husband and I came here for a date night, excited to try a new restaurant in Little Rock—but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown from beginning to end. The wait was extremely long, and the restaurant was packed and uncomfortable. When we were finally seated, the food took a while and ended up being underwhelming in both taste and presentation. I ordered the Italian Trio and was shocked to find a piece of plastic in my food. Even more frustrating, the manager never came over or acknowledged the situation. No apology, no explanation—just silence. The only thing they did was remove the item from our bill, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Also, just an FYI: the “secondary bar area” is not actually a bar. It’s just a high-top table with no service, which was misleading and added to the frustration. Overall, what was meant to be a special night out turned into a disappointing and stressful experience. We won’t be returning—and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.
