Excited to find a dim sum Resturant in Arkansas. The reviews seem to be hit or miss, but with little to no other options, it was worth a shot. Staff was very friendly, I arrived around 12:30 on Sunday and was seated promptly. To be expected, not your typical traditional Dim Sum operation, they have 2 metal steam carts that are on the floor and your server will roll one up at a time and show you the offerings. I was surprised that they had beef tripe, sticky rice,chicken feet, steamed pork ribs, and then your safe bets of pork dumplings and shrimp dumplings. The third cart had your deserts, tarot root cake, fried dumplings, and fried tofu.Overall I was impressed and the staff was constantly restocking the cart, so I don’t feel as if the food is sitting any longer than your typical dim sum Resturant. I didn’t order anything off the menu, but the Resturant seems busy enough to prove they do a good job as just as many tables were ordering off the menu to dim sum. It’s obviously not Houston or California level dim sum but for Arkansas it was quite a surprise, manage your expectations and you won’t have an issue. So for all the dim sum food experts with negative reviews, show me the other options you have in Little Rock.

5 stars for amazing food, an outdoor patio, fast service, and a takeout option! From their tofu options to their Mongolian shrimp, I am hooked to eating Chi's. I love their capacity to do takeout or table service. Trust me when I say that on Sundays you better either get there early or just walk to the takeout option because it is packed. This is THE hotspot for Chinese in West Little Rock and once you have had it, you'll want it the next day too. Their portions are great, the food is cooked perfectly and is not saturated with sauce, the staff is friendly and efficient.

It was my first time trying and my grandma and grandpa usually come most time . She felt like the pork fried rice was not like the way they used make it might be chef changed . My grandpa had lemon chicken was good and he loved egg roll . My veg noodles was okay ,but no favour . Service was very nice the lady treat us very nicely . We will still give a try again .

Good service and hot food! Although I wish they had their dim sum back! I’ve mainly ordered take out here, but decided to eat in. The food while Americanized, tasted pretty fresh but don’t expect it to be authentic. The hunan chicken extra spicy 🌶 is my go to. The hot and sour soup is always pretty good too. I’d say the main con is price. For two complete dinners and a drink it was around 40$. Which is on the higher side but the food was good. I’d really recommend going when they serve lunch and save some 💸💸. If in the area, I would take this over aw lins for sure. I do wish we had more Chinese options in LR 😔 though.

I placed a large order online at 2 pm for pick up at 7:45 pm. I paid for it. I knew they’d be slammed on Christmas Eve. Still waiting for the order at 8:40. Great food, TERRIBLE service.

The old lady behind the register was rude. While we waited to be seated she sat in the chair and played on her phone. Then she stood behind the register without saying a word. I had to ask her were we suppose to go to seat ourselves or were we supposed to order like takeout. She told us we had to order like we were doing takeout. The next couple (that was of a different race)she treated them like they were in a real restaurant. She led to their chair and continued to take their order. We thought we were in a real restaurant. The next problem I had with her I asked for a bag to put my food in she took some keys out of a bag and handed the bag to me. I left the bag there. She treated us like we were not paying customers. The food is good but it is not worth returning for this type of treatment. We came around 1 on June 10, 2025. She needs to do better!!

I probably won't go back. I ordered the egg foo young and told them I wanted to eat in the restaurant. They made my food to go, didn't give me any utensils and there was something off about the sauce. The egg roll didn't seem like they freshly fried it, even though I waited for 20 minutes. The positive is that the egg food young was prepared to order and was plentiful. The restaurant was clean. I can understand why someone that lived close by would use them, but it's not worth going out of your way.

The food has too much soy sauce, and I don't agree with them forcing you to pay an 18% tip. They add it to your bill.

I had a good experience while there. The servers were nice and the food was fast. I got the shrimp lo mein noodles and also had some spring rolls (shared with the table). I ended up with food poisoning and had to go to the ER because I’m 35wks pregnant and got really dehydrated. Definitely won’t be back.

I ordered orange chicken and fried rice. The chicken was dry as was the rice. I ate the egg roll and took the rest to go. For lunch you walk to the back of the place, order and sit down. You get your own silverware and drink. Looks like sushi for lunch today.I won’t be back. At least the cats that roam around at night will have food tonight.

I ordered a Mongolian Beef and a Sesame Chicken through door dash. Received the order and the two soups had been attached together with a rubber band. 28.00 for a lunch special that I couldn't eat. Both entrees had been soaked in the soup.
