I bought a double cheeseburger and fries. The fries were not salted and the burger patties were slapped together. Quality control needs to be tightened up.

Honestly, the only reason I come here is because of the play area. The last time I took the kids, one child didn't get her nuggets and the other child didn't get her fries, my dad didn't get his burger. The lady that took our order acted all rude like we were the inconvenience to her sitting at a table talking to some gentleman while she was supposed to be behind the counter. The kids area was stuffy, and smelly. Really made me nauseous. The tables were all sticky and two of them weren't even cleaned off. I've been to quite a few McDonald's, and this one is the worst one I have been too.

Generally very poorly run, and at times you'll actually feel unsafe in here. Just occasionally I'll have a friendly encounter but otherwise, it's poorly managed.

Have absolutely zero clue how to work together as a team. Not sure what they had on their mind that day, but I will not be going to this particular McDonalds restaurant again. I waited around 15 minutes for my food. Never have I had to wait like that in a McDonald restaurant. Horrible service. Not saying they do this everyday, just that day when I was there, they didn’t have it together at all.

I have no clue of this workers name but he/she WHATEVER they go by is very rude! My order was taken TWICE and was still wrong. It (bc they don’t deserve to be referred to as wtv they go by) was very dismissive. I asked for a meal at the speaker TWICE mind you… I get to the window and they repeat the wrong order to me so I say what i ordered and It goes “Thats not what you ordered, would you like your receipt?” as if I don’t know what I want to eat and am paying for.. I laughed it off because clearly you’re mad about being something It’s not annddd no one told you to fill out a application at a place you don’t want to work at.. On top of It being rude my food wasn’t even fresh. This location has very distasteful workers and I’m over it. I will be reporting this particular building every chance I get!

This review is long over do about this particular location and the night shift crew. Do not expect anything from a certain night time shift male manager and his crew at this location. Most times the night shift crew is doing a poor job in regards to customers service and food preparation. There is no point in contacting the store directly as management has clearly proven more than twice their inability to care about their customers needs and concerns. Specifically referring to the night shift. There has never not been a time where night shift has not messed up order in some form or fashion. Most are forgivable but when you are giving burnt and poorly cooked food to customers the line must be drawn. Examples below, tried to eat food but clearly Burt and unappetizing and this was their DELUXE chicken sandwich. (Sandwich taken apart to show clearly). Clearly this particular location night shift crew has no regard for job decorum and McDonald’s values. I willingly to happily withdraw my review if respectable service is ever met.

There is a super rude drive through person that worked/works here. One early morning last week when all I wanted was a medium coffee. I pulled up, the guy says, "What do you want?", "What else?" then, "Pull around!" all is a surly voice. I just kept driving. I don't think I'll use them anymore. There are other places that serve coffee.

It was bad. Food was bad. Service was bad. No smile, no thank you. Acted like it was a problem i was even there and that was from every window person, even over the order board. Just pretty much threw my food to me through the window without even looking at me. Didnt even say anything to me.

I normally dont leave reviews especially about McDonald's of all places but these folks tried me so bad tonight smh. I was asked to pull and wait even though nobody else was in line. I ordered a Mcdouble that had the thickest piece of cheese on it that I have ever seen 😳. The bread was hard and the cheese was crunchy. I feel like they put the sandwich in the microwave or something which raises more questions and concerns. During the day the food is decent but at night games are played and it very disappointing

Don’t come here if you want any ice cream. They will tell you past anytime past 7 o’clock that their machine is always down. Which I don’t understand because how can a machine be down at a certain time every night 3 hours before close and magically be working during the day the next day . They will simply tell you that the machine is down solely because they do not feel like making any ice cream past a certain time which I don’t understand why they still tell people that when everybody knows they’re lying.

Went to this McDonald's earlier today. My total was $10.37, but $12.44 was charged to my card. They refuse to answer the phone, so I will be there bright and early in the AM to speak with a manager. It was odd to me that she asked if I wanted my receipt. Glad I said yes! BEWARE!!!!

This specific mcdonalds has gotten our order wrong EVERY TIME we have come here. Tonight is the last time we try with this location. Can't even get the simplest of orders right, we are missing items every time we order. It's not hard to get 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries and 2 large Dr. Peppers correctly. Super annoying.

W. Markham location in Little Rock, AR is incredibly incompetent. This is the second time they have left me waiting 15+ minutes at curbside only to take no responsibility and act like I was a problem when I came through the drive through. The fries were just tossed in the bag, maybe half of what usually comes in a large order.

incompetent and unprofessional. i placed a mobile order for nuggets and cookies. I tell them my name and info at the speaker, sat there for 10 minutes in line to be told that the cookies werent done and needed to park. I asked for a refund and he told me I still needed to park. The manager on duty was so rude. It is ugly the 27th at 1:30pm. We came in and sat down and ate, was told there was NO dipping sauce for the nuggets and I heard someone else ask if there "chili sauce' was in there and they replied, " yes" but the real kicker was when we left and came back to order ice cream, and the manager said, "y'all can't come back in here, y'all been in here already." That was the most embarrassing and rude thing anyone could have said.. She didn't even ask if we were ordering anything or not. Which still should not have been an issue. She started at us before we even had time to get to the counter. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MM
