This jersey Mike’s is absolutely incredible. They always have great customer service. I come here on my lunch break more than once a week often. The young men who take my order are always thorough, professional, and nice. And I often see people cleaning in there so it’s a very clean location. Obviously the food is amazing. So happy to have this place here in Buda. Always makes my workday a bit better

I stop here during rush hour. Food is good. Service is good. Traffic on I-35 is… a good reason to stop for dinner.

Every time I have eaten or pick up orders for doordash to deliver the employees are amazing and kind never had a bad experience and I am happy to say that and I always recommend to people to go eat the sandwiches there. The best place honestly keep up the good work guys. I appreciate the kindness and the hustle yall have.

Great food, nice people, but nobody knows how to cut a sandwich all the way through. Annoying.

Update: 01/14/25 Another fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond tonight to make sure I was treated great. The best place to grab a sub! Absolutely the best! This is my go to for sub sandwiches. Always a delicious product and the staff is always on point. This location is immaculately clean, restrooms included. I've had interactions with the owner and they are very polite as well.

The customer service is amazing... Since I got inside the employees gave me the an amazing attention. Kali, Sadie and Seiler were awesome and so kind with me. Absolutely love the place and the folks that work here. It’s literally all I eat when I come to town (1-2x a week for work). The app makes it fast and easy to customize and the employees are super sweet and fast. Thank you for my delicious and easy to grab lunches 🫶🏼

Crystal and the night crew couldn't have been more hospitable and sweet taking my call-in order 15 minutes before the store closed. Not only did I feel the love through the phone but was told "I got you""! This crew is so Amazing that I had to leave a superstar review for such a dedicated, positive, loving service!!!!!!!!! This staff embodies the definition of "CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!" You should be so proud of them! Is it possible to give them All bonuses? They truly deserve it! My husband went in to pick up our meal and they were waiting for us with loving smiles!!! Kudos to this Jersey Mike's Night Crew!!!!

Ordered ahead during lunch, was given a pick up time of 10 min and it was ready sooner than that. Really fast service especially for lunch time. Recommend if needing to grab something good and quick. Bread was fresh and soft!

The food was good and service was friendly. I wish they had more hot sandwiches to choose from.

Great place. Quick and easy to order even at lunch time during the week. A little pricey for what you get though.

I've been really impressed with THIS Jersey Mike's in particular. I have tended to get bad service at other locations but this one has been fine so when I finally gave it a chance I was pleasantly surprised.

It was a good experience overall. While I was waiting for my food I was passed up by the cashier to pay for it twice. 🤣 It was pricey for what I wanted but nonetheless it was good.

We waited around 15 minutes before our sandwich could be finished because one of the employees had to stop mid-prep to check out another customer. It wasn’t the employees’ fault at all—they were doing their best and were extremely friendly and polite. The issue really comes down to staffing. With only two employees—one handling meats and cheese, the other managing condiments and the register—there was a noticeable bottleneck, especially with a line of customers forming. We’re giving it four stars because the food and staff were great, but the business could definitely benefit from better staffing during busy times. Would still come back again for the food!

Good Jersey mikes. Food is there usual quality. Staff are okay.

Kind of disappointed in my experience today. Stopped in for sandwich and salad. Well they accidentally forgot to put the hot hunny(which is so good) on my sub. So return to counter and the sandwich maker girl couldn’t remember if she put it on the sandwich, so they put some in a cup to add on sandwich. Fine no problem but the cashier very rudely says well regardless I didn’t charge you for the hot hunny. Charges me .75 . Not sorry about the mistake nothing! Rude girl it was about 1:15 today if you want to see whom was on cash register. I looked but no name tag otherwise I would have included it.

I usually love the cheesecake but I live far from the store and someone decided to add mushrooms to it which I hate. That is an ingredient that doesn't come with the sandwich so I am a bit confused as to why they were on there. I live too far to try and make a return trip

So today at about 12:55pm I came into this location and was greeted warmly by I think It was a manager cutting the meat but the other girl at the sandwich building station was sour and rude l. I understand You are busy, and probably hate your job. But don’t make the clientele feel like that when your building your sandwich and was just really passive. Like I didnt know she was talking to me until she raised her voice a little because I thought She was talking to the guy in front of me still. And then give me attitude because I was Not paying attention to her at first. Also, when I asked for bag it felt like I was bothering her too. Just to carry my sandwiches and chips. Because she asked the guy in front of me if it was here or to go and if he needed a bag. But with me she didn’t ask anything..But I rarely review places and this time something needs to happen because every time I come Here they are sweet and nice. But today that one worker was sour and rude. I think Her name was Joanne as it says on my receipt ticket number 01-001428-01-333932

Upon writing this review, I just completed my first visit at the Buda location. As a former employee of Jersey Mike's, I must say my experience here was severely poor. There were 2 employees on the line, and another in the back just watching. As I recall, customers come first. We were the only two in line yet it took us 10 minutes to get two cold subs during the slow period. We were helped up into the point of the register. The sprinkler only dressed 1 of our subs, wrapped it, and walked away into the back just looking around as if they were trying to keep busy. The other co worker sliced out our second sub, dressed it the wrong way, and carried out the rest of the steps by their self. As for a store that just opened up, I would expect excellent customer service. Banter all the way through the "14ft" There was little to no eye contact, and barely any communication between employees. It's sad when the customer has to remind the employee to cash us out, otherwise we could have walked out with free food. The pros: - Store looks great - Subs are the way you'd expect them to be say from Kyle and or Cedar Park. The cons: - Poor customer service - No communication Hopefully they get their staff in order. Maybe I'll come back for a second time.
