Hey there, I am so excited to tell you about this incredible place that my nephew couldn't stop raving about! Seriously, it has become one of my all-time favorite spots in the China Town Shopping Center. Let me just say, it's not only spotlessly clean and well-maintained, but the staff there is unbelievably friendly and provides lightning-fast service. And oh my goodness, their drinks are out of this world! One drink that I absolutely love is the Number 4 Mung Bean Milk Slush - it's so refreshing, it's like a taste of heaven. Trust me, you have to try it! By the way, while you're there, I highly recommend going for 50-75% sugar. It's the perfect balance to enhance the flavors even more. Enjoy!

But if you truly care about the tea itself, Tea Top is absolutely one of your top choices, and that’s after seriously examining almost every single one in Houston. All the tea leaves are from Taiwan,they use high-mountain tea, and you can taste the difference immediately. The tea flavor is smooth yet strong — not watered down, not shy. The milk foam topping takes it to another level, adding an extra layer of silkiness that just melts in your mouth. Let’s talk about the boba. The tapioca has that perfect chewy texture that tells you they actually know what they’re doing — and the brown sugar boba? Absolutely dominates. No debate. I also love that they let you fully customize sweetness and ice level — it really feels like they tailor each drink to your personal preference, not a one-size-fits-all sugar bomb. The store design is trendy and modern, with plenty of seating and TONS of outlets (yes, outlets matter). I ordered the Sun Moon Lake Tea with the Cheese Foam. It was very well balanced and was not too sweet. The service here was very good! Will definitely be coming back to try the other drinks available here 🙂

Cute and modern place to chill, study and drink some tea! The taro tea was very delicious and fresh. They have a good extensive menu and the staff is patient with your ordering.

I ordered the brown sugar hasmin milk tea, half sweet, less ice. I think I should have more sweetness but it was still good. The boba was fresh and chewy. Loved how soft it was.

Love tea with boba. Staff is pretty nice and had great customer service. They have a cool menu where you can pretty much make your tea any way you like it. My sons mango slush with rainbow jelly was the best!

Loved the bubble tea here.. Probably my favorite bubble tea place to go to, no lie. They have tons of options to choose from. They place is very clean and the service is friendly they even helped my son decided just by asking him what flavors does he like so good with kids. Currently cannot dine inside due to the Covid-19 rules of this establishment. Not a problem for me since it's just a boba tea shop. The interior is very cute and I enjoyed the quotes on the wall. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my drink order as I have a coconut allergy. I got an early grey boba tea with regular ice at 50% sweetness. It was exactly what I was expecting and wanting. Absolutely delicious!!!

Best milk tea place in Houston. All these new places keep opening up, but they all have a bland, watered down taste. I'll just stick to Teatop where the milk tea is perfect and fluffy. Milk tea with taro ball is my favorite. Half sugar less ice.

They didn’t fill the cup all the way or even try to make it look better. There are way too many holes in it and it sucks when you get nothing coming up when drinking. They didn’t run out of tea as I was standing right there watching them pour the rest into the sink. Such a waste of food. And I know Thai tea slushy is harder to make but bruh, there are still big ice crunches in it. Never ever wanna come back to this Tea Top again if this is their attitude being the barista, not thinking for the customer. There are better Tea Top in other states. 2 stars for the taste, negative 5 stars for the barista. If you were considering buying, don’t put too much expectation so you get less disappointed. Update: I went again, thinking to give them another chance. Got “QQ lover”, “Grapefruit yogurt”, “fresh milk trifecta”. They’re much better than their slushy. Don’t like the tapioca, too chewy and sticky, would recommend not to get it. Grass jelly’s texture is more like aiyu jelly. Taro ball is ok but meet fresh’s taro ball is def better. Overall rating for these three no caffeinated drinks is a 4. Would recommend “Yogurt Grapefruit” with 50% sugar. Cuz 80% is a little bit sweet.
