Food is food. Its ok. No complaints. Came in for my daughter's birthday she wanted pizza. Pizza was good it was. But service was great. Everyone was friendly. They sang happy birthday for my daughter. Service was great tonight. Thanks everyone for singing.

Been coming here for 30 years. Best pizza and service i left my cell phone at lunch and Natalie found it and kept it safe. Mayte was so sweet handed me my phone with a smile! Love this place be sure and make this your favorite shakeys too!!!

My daughter earned one of the 7-inch personal pizzas through the reading programs at school. She said it was really really good. Overall this location is kind of old, but the food quality is actually pretty good. The staff are quite friendly and attentive. They were doing their best to take care of customers and to keep the place clean. Shakey's menu has more than just pizza, their bunch-of-lunch is obviously a big deal. They have pretty good prices on Buffalo wings, I might have to try those next time. The only thing that's really kind of weird is they still have a half of an arcade with a prize counter and the parking is lame.

Shakey’s Pizza is such a fun, casual spot! The pizza is cheesy, classic, and really tasty, but the mojos totally stole the show — crispy outside, soft inside, so addictive. The restaurant feels lively and family-friendly, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends, kids, or even a team dinner. The staff were super friendly, which made everything even better. It’s not fancy, but that’s what makes it great — just good food, good vibes, and a fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful experience at Shakey’s in Buena Park! The atmosphere was welcoming and very family-friendly, making it a great spot to bring kids. During our visit, we had an issue with one of the play machines, and this is where the experience really stood out. The manager, Maite, was incredibly helpful and kind. She addressed the issue right away, made sure everything was taken care of, and truly went above and beyond to turn a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. Her professionalism and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I also want to recognize Alexander, who was always attentive in the dining area. They consistently checked in, made sure everyone had everything they needed, and helped keep the area clean and organized. Their attentiveness added so much to the overall experience. The food was fresh and hot. classic Shakey’s favorites like pizza and mojo potatoes never disappoint. The restaurant itself was clean, well run, and clearly supported by a great team. Huge thanks to Maite, Alexander, and the rest of the staff for such excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

There are fewer employees working than customers. There is only one cashie on Saturday evening, and you have to wait a lot of time to place an order. The food is delicious.

This place is awesome. Family style eating, salads, beer, and good fashioned pizza. Pizza tastes great. They used to have one in Blackfoot Idaho. We miss it.

All was good EXCEPT that it was so busy and there was only one lady bussing the tables and taking the food to the tables. Just her, no one helped her. The manager was literally doing nothing, instead of helping her running the food, she was just there 🙄 very inconsiderate.

Such a place is a bit rare these days, so it might appear outdated to some. However, I found the pizza to be outstanding and the overall service & atmosphere to be at par with any other like pizza place that I know of and/or have been to. Give it a try! The arcade adds a nice touch and the retro music absolutely made a perfect family atmosphere. I don’t think it’s outdated at all.

She was thorough and made sure I was kept updated on the status of my order. She exhibited everything one would expect from great customer service. Great job Lucy!

The service was good and very friendly. I realize there's not much service needed at a buffet but the staff did a wonderful job. The food was good and not great but sufficient for my tastes. It didn't overwhelm me but satisfied my appetite and taste buds. My opinion is that there's a definite here! I could see coming here a couple of times a year to enjoy this Buffet.

The management is old. Hard of hearing. Supperbowl day, not happy about the service. Asked for help in the kids section over 3 times Sat there wating for someone to help over 20 minutes no help. Food was good but the service was terrible, messed up on the order had to wait again for help over 10 mins standing there... Not happy.

I ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza and was wondering why the pizza came out luke warm/cold/stale - then i realized they simply threw black olives over an old pizza. I took a couple of slices and turned them upside-down and all of the olives fell onto the plate, showing that they simply reheated an old pizza with the extra toppings thrown on top.

For the Owner specifically! Stop trying to save Food and just have fresh Mojos potatoes, I was waiting for fresh Mojos, and they never brought fresh ones out, I was waiting 30 minutes. Sad.
