My company used Crenshaw's Chicken and Waffles for a quick turnaround, 150-person takeout order. They were very accommodating, responsive and helpful to make it happen. The food was delivered piping hot and on time, and everyone loved the spread. I highly recommend them for corporate or office catering needs.

Whatever your expectations are, prepare to have them blown out of the water. There aren't any words to truly describe the perfectly crispy breading on the fried chicken, the creamy grits with cheese, or the overall smash hit that each dish delivered. Worth any amount of wait time, you will be rewarded with a meal that you wish you could never come to an end. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming, and have every reason to be proud of the craft they have perfected.

One of my son's favorite meals is chicken and waffles. There have always been limited options for this in WNY so we were excited to hear about this place. Now there's somewhere great to get them! We've been here a couple times now and the waffles and chicken seasoning are on point! They gave us a free sample of their smoked Gouda Mac and cheese and and it was fantastic. I'm definitely ordering that next time. They do have a pretty decent menu if you're in the mood for something else though. I can't wait to go back to try the fish. The only downside is there's very limited seating. Just a couple small tables inside and if it's nice out, a couple picnic tables outside. I hope someday they have a place with more seating. They definitely deserve it.

I wasn’t expecting much but I was super impressed. That chicken was so crunchy and tasty. Waffle was sweet and fluffy. Just fabulous. The owner came out and introduced himself and gave us some free food samples. He was so nice and I’m so happy for him. It was worth the drive from Lancaster. We will be back soon. Happy happy

I truly & honestly have NOTHING bad to say about this establishment the food is always fresh & delicious. My favorite is the 2 chicken breasts with a red velvet waffle .. CHEFS KISS 💋. I’ll eat it 2-3x a week sometimes it’s truly filling & will leave you wanting more.

Found this place on Google while in Buffalo for work before Christmas. Late posting review. Greedy Greg sandwich was very tasty, incredible sandwich , huge !! Greg passionate owner came out to meet us at the counter. Tiny space to eat inside Crenshaw but very clean & friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for chicken sandwich. Good luck Greg !!

Food absolutely slaps. I don’t typically go for breaded wings but they were so crunchy and the batter was so good. Waffles were on point as well… hint of sweetness. Don’t get me started on the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese!! Super friendly owners as well! Couldn’t take a picture of the before because we ate it so fast lol

Owner was super nice helped with all our questions. Hands down best home made chicken fingers I’ve ever had. The flavor was so good I didn’t need the sauce but they did have a great variety of sauce flavors. Will go back again and recommend to anyone in the area

Crenshaw chicken and waffles graciously donated a pan of Mac N Cheese for a thanksgiving luncheon for adults with disabilities. Greg was happy to participate this is the 2nd year of him donating to my day programs luncheon. He made sure everything was fresh, hot and walked out the pan to the car. He welcomed meeting some of the people he was feeding, took pictures and accepted thank you cards made from my program. His Mac n cheese was this years fan favorite, all of my staff complimented the food. The first dish to have no leftovers. Great food and experience!

I have no clue about the service or atmosphere because I’ve always ordered delivery but I will indeed say this. When I say consistent deliciousness with their haddock fish. Omg. The best on the east coast, no lie. 😩😩😩😩 and 2 fish!!! For the 20 piece?? AND FRIES!!! And the fries are “muah” like. 5 star ⭐️all the way just with the haddock fish alone. 🙏🏾😭🥹

O M G I was referred to this place by a coworker who said It was so good. So I had to check it out for myself. Not much seating if you want to sit down but definitely worth the visit. The customer service from all the staff was superb they ask you how you are, is there anything else they can get you, they ask you how the food is while you are eating as well. So now let's get to the food I got Haddock and waffle with grits, you know how when you eat and food is so good you start reading the ingredients to it? Lol this food was so good the waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the fish was fried hard but tender on the inside and also it was SO flavorful. It was so good I was looking for more thinking that I could not have eaten it all so fast. But definitely worth it.

When you want chicken and waffles done right, Crenshaw's has your back. This place is amazing. The service is excellent, the food is mind blowing. Honestly, after my first visit I told every person I ran into about the place. I couldn't stop thinking about the food and when my next stop at Crenshaw's would be. Beyond the chicken and waffles world, Crenshaw's offers a large variety of sides and meals. One of them is a Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. It left me speechless. I could go on and on about how great everything is but I rather suggest you stop in and try for yourself. Come hungry, leave happy and full! You won't regret it 👍🏻

This most definitely is my new spot their food is delicious. I tried 3 different meals the fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, chicken & red velvet waffles and they all were superb. The chicken tenders are also seasoned to perfection!!

I would like to start with saying the girl at the front was super friendly and helpful. We decided to try the town fries and the waffles with chicken! It’s all made fresh so you do have to wait a bit but it’s worth it. I would recommend getting town fries and red velvet waffle on the side. These two create a perfect combination. Also their portions are big. We got the large town fries to share and there was still some left. Each order comes with bottled water. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in Buffalo. I even got one takeout to bring back when crossing the border.

The waffles and the chicken had so much flavor. We got a couple different flavors and found that each one was more delicious than the next. So good!!! Service was friendly, welcoming, and patient as there are so many delicious options. We have a new favorite place for chicken and waffles. I want more just thinking about it!

I've been here a few times and the chicken is always on point. However, one time I was overcharged for sauce. My daughter placed the order and told them to put any sauce on the side. The young lady taking our order charged for extra sauce and when my daughter went back in and asked about it she was told that she was not charged for the extra sauce. I had to go inside with the receipt and explain to the person that took our order that the receipt clearly says that I was charged for a sauce. That conversation took way too long.. The young lady had to go in the back and get someone who I believe was the owner but I'm not sure. That situation was finally resolved I guess. I got busy and did not look at my bank statement to see if I was credited the correct amount. There was another time that I told them I did not want blue cheese or ranch and asked if they have honey mustard. She said yes but neglected to let me know that the honey mustard was almost $4. I'm not sure why I would not be told that they charge for that sauce.

I ordered the chicken breast with a red velvet waffle. The chicken was absolutely delicious, incredibly flavorful. The waffle was average, a bit chewy and not very flavorful. There are only two tables available for dining in, so it is more of a to-go atmosphere. The staff was friendly. I was handed a buzzer to take with me that would alert when the food was ready. I left and wandered around the building, as suggested by the staff member. When I came back, my food was ready, but the buzzer hadn’t gone off, so there was some disconnect there. I’d come back for the tasty chicken.
