BACON CHEESEBURGER MAC&CHEESE IS AMAZING. Bought a large order, and took 3/4 of it home with me and ate it for the next day and a half !! Def. going there again.

If you heard about how good their Mac N Cheese is, you have heard correctly! It's definitely worth a visit. Many options of Mac n cheese but also plenty of other foods including pizzas, subs, sandwiches, soups, etc. You are not going to Mooney's for healthy, you are going for flavor 😉

We were served by a lovely lady named Michelle. She greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm. She attended to us with a cheerful and helpful attitude. We both got the beer batter fish fry. Portions were very generous indeed. We were able to decline the coleslaw in favor of more fries (onion rings for me). The plates were heaped HIGH! Fish came out very hot and delicious. My only comment is that the noise level is SO loud (6:30 pm) it was hard to have a conversation. Music doesn't need to be so loud that people have to shout at each other. Aside from that, we enjoyed our meal (and the take-home boxes full of leftovers).

Casual place with super delish options. Any of the Mac and cheese choices are outstanding. The sandwiches are awesome, the fries are awesome, the soups, everything! Don't hesitate to try the peanut butter and jelly burger. Think Asian food and it will make more sense as your mind says WHAT?? But it's DELICIOUS!!! My brother was served one by accident, and being a good sport, he said, let me try it, and he liked it so much that he orders it every time he goes there! So I had to try it out of curiosity, and I loved it!! The flavors all blend so it's not gross or stupid tasting but rather amazing. Well, any burger there is amazing.

The atmosphere is fantastic though kind of loud. The food is absolutely amazing. They're known for their Mac and cheese and all their different types, so go straight to the Mac and cheese menu. My favorite so far is the Pizza Mac. Pretty great Service is great, food is great. I have no complaints. I've seen some say that the Military Rd location has the best service and food, and having been to only Depew and Military, I didn't see much difference. Both were great! Highly recommend!

My very first time here and had a great time! The staff was great, very personable and wonderful service. Our waitress was very friendly and we could joke around with her. Our party had loaded tator tots, 2 types of the Mac and cheese, and French onion soup. All of it was delicious, very cheesy, and came out fresh and super hot. Tried the Southern Tier PumKing beer on draft, very cold and the best pumpkin beer I have ever had. Definitely would recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

We order takeout from here about once a month. Usually get a double finger in a whole basic mac and cheese. It's fantastic! He's our family of three with a growing preteen boy, usually with a little left over. If you haven't had their mac and cheese definitely do so. I compare just about all mac and cheese to theirs.

This is a very casual Irish sports bar with a bit of a chilled biker bar atmosphere. We had a small 20 people gathering in a catered private room that is wide open to the general bar. Service is outstanding. The food is food is absolutely amazing. The Lobster Mac and Cheese is delicious. Even people who generally don't care for Lobster were killing on it, this is a MUST try plate. Pizza is on par with some of the best pizzerias ANYWHERE. The wings are some of the best I have ever had and the house blue cheese dip IS the best I have ever had. I rate this place top notch for food, atmosphere and service. I am so happy to have had a family get together while in town. I can't rate this place highly enough, try it out for yourself.

Mooneys is the unsung hero of the capitalism apocalypse. Service staff who still understand the HUSTLE of hustling. Grateful for this small business that isnt trying to retire on the price of a single drink order and fresh cut fries.

I ordered two large mac and cheese dishes for takeout. When the worker handed me the bag, I literally did the arm drop thing because it was five pounds heavier than expected, and I nearly dropped it. The broccoli and cheddar was good, but the rodeo was the hands-down winner. The portion was so large my family ate it for days. I will absolutely be trying more!

I’ve been to a few Mooneys throughout the city- mostly for a drink or two, but this time I went for a fundraiser where they supplied a buffet of mac & cheese, pizza, and assorted wings, and I have to say all the food was incredibly good. The mac & cheese is a main stay there and you can understand why when you try it - I saw people at tables with just giant ceramic bowls of the stuff, eating it as their whole meal! - but the wings I thought were actually really good especially the ones they throw on the grill for a few moments. It’s a no frills kind of place but they do what they do really well and it’s worth a visit

Went to mooney's last night and never tried the pb&j bacon burger and i was shocked how good it was!!! My friend had the stuffed banana pepper burger and was her 1st time at mooney's and she also truely loved her burger as well !! These are both a must try if your going to mooney's granted the mac and cheese is bomb too but always good to try something different

Had the hot stuffed peppers soup which was probably the best I have had. There was alot of meat, peppers in it. Every spoonful was amazing. I also ordered the chicken fingers. For the price you can't beat it and you get a good portion. Well worth it. You will probably have enough to take home for another small meal or even split with someone.

My fiancee and I opened up the bar. We were the first one's to enjoy lunch together. I had the turkey club and it was so... so...so... delicious and huge! My fiance had the Asian wings. Their food is phenominal! Kudos to the chef's that work there!

Their mac and cheese is amazing and they have lots of different options available. The rest of the food is good as well and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere to sit down with the family or have a seat at the bar and enjoy some drinks.

I was in this town on a business trip I gotta say this place is awesome! I was here fo a week and ate here every day! Explains all the pics.Mac & Cheese is homemade and just like moms. The sirloin steak sandwich and the Chopped steak was seasoned perferfectly and flavorful.I also had a stuffed pepper burger with bacon that was delicious! Baked onion soup was like it came out of a food magazine! Chicken soup was like moms I even drank from the bowl LOL! Bartender's are personable and attentive to your needs. Highly Recommended!!! Absolutely great homemade style mac and cheese with a twist! I had the 3 pigs which is the ham, bacon, and sausage mac and cheese. Wife had the stinger (Buffalo chicken, and steak) mac and cheese. Both in the "side" size and we couldn't finish either so I'm glad we didn't order the whole! They were delicious!!!! Words of advice is 1st off, the loaded fry appetizer seems to be 3 pounds of fries, a pound of cheese, and a half pound of bacon. We were astonished at the size of that plate. It would feed 6 people itself. 2nd word of advice is to call ahead! Make a reservation if applicable. We didn't and had to wait 20 minutes just to be seated on the Military side patio in full sun on a 84° day. There's no music out there and that's where everyone comes in and out so I was extremely uncomfortable. Which is the reason for only 4 stars. It was my own fault admittedly. I don't typically eat at places that may require a reservation. All in all we had a great meal and got more tanned haha.

First time eating here. Went to Kenmore location. Ill start with the bad…the ladies room is absolutely disgusting! The soda was flat and the loganberry was watered down. The food was really good tho. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger (seasoned well with good crispy bacon and fresh lett/tom) burger was big and filling. The wings were really good. The blue cheese is delicious! Lobster mac was nice and cheesy and the philly mac was really really good! Overall was very pleased with our food.

We were here for a Bills game. Was a lot of fun! Loud, obviously pretty decent food, prices are decent too. Though they include gratuity in the bill so you're stuck paying whatever they charge. We ordered almost everything on the menu at our table of 6. Hannah gave us great service. She was very attentive and kind. We never ran out of drinks, never had to ask for napkins or really anything. Hannah took such good care, we didn't even have to ask. The food was served hot and all at the right time. Our experience was wonderful. I would definitely go back and recommend that others go as well. The Reuben Mac was a favorite by all who sat at our table. We all had to try it, it was awesome! Thank you Mooneys for the great time! There is limited parking so try to come during non rush hours. The restaurant was clean. The music was very loud. It was a fun bar atmosphere. We ordered stuffed pepper soup. The waitress came out and said it was going to take a while to dethaw. She proactively brought another type of soup for my husband to try to make sure we had the best experience and didn't have to wait longer. Which was pretty awesome if you ask me. Then she still brought out the stuffed pepper soup too. No extra charge. The soup was hearty, spicy, and 5 outta 5. We got medium wings and hot from the pit wings. The wings were average. Lastly we got the mooneys original mac and cheese. I was disappointed as I'd heard great things about it. In my experience it was very dry and I prefer a creamy mac n chz. The amount you get for the side portion is enough for two people. The best part about our experience at this restaurant was the service. The waitress (Sarah) was informative, attentive, friendly, and she went above and beyond. Give her a raise :)

First off, it was very loud. I tried the spinach and artichoke dip. It was VERY thick and had yellow cheese on top of it. I that, that's different. I also wasn't a fan of the store bought chips that went with it. For dinner I had the Greek grilled fish. I wouldn't buy it again. It was very bland. No seasoning at all except maybe some salt. The only thing Greek about it was that they added feta cheese, and not much of that. It could have used at least a splash of Greek dressing. But my family did enjoy the mac and cheese.

Came here for sisters sons 1st birthday. Girls said 5 minutes for a table, 15 minutes go by she said 10 more minutes, then she says we have to high tops for your baby, someone had a reservation 15 min ago. Now 20inutes into the meal, there is a high top baby seat sitting unused and tons of tables unused. Now the hostess are making fun of our family just wanting a chair for our child. Terrible service, sickening, don't bring kids. Food was solid bar food, but don't bring kids.

My favorite place to eat, but Monday's are apparently not a good day to eat here. The waitress we had was less than adequate and not friendly. Our food order was incomplete and missing items. Why bring an order of fries at the end of our meal and expect us to pay for it? We found out our waitress went to cover the bar. We go out to be served not ignored. Our beverages were empty and no one came to check in....Regardless tipping is not an expectation, but a complement on service.

We always have great food when we go to this location. Tonight was very different, our waitress, Christina, was not very good at her job. We had to ask another waitress to stop her from talking so we could order, then she said ok and continued talking for a min before she came to our table! We waited for our food within the appropriate amount of time but my daughter had to wait for her fries and tenders for 30 min!! The waitress didnt apologize, we were just waiting!! Myself and my party noticed how attentive she was to surrounding tables but not to ours! She finally came over after we flagged her down again! They make a decent drink here. They don't have gluten free options here despite the owner son being Celiac. The staff is generally ok but can be nasty too. Over priced, paid for two mac and cheese wholes which were listed under $20 on the menu and bill came out to $80 for 3 drinks with it. How can 3 well drinks be worth 40 additional dollars? I start this review off saying the food is normally delicious. Myself and my coworkers order from here usually once a week for lunch and have never had any issues in past. However this past order we placed for a couple of souvlaki salad’s had some feta cheese on it that we felt smelled off (confirmed by other office personal we work with the make sure we weren’t nuts) .. when we called to ask if we could return the salad for another item because of this. The waitress who handled my call/serviced me when I brought the salads back did not handle the situation well. She came back after looking at the salads and told me it smelled fine and that the chef’s have been eating it all day. One server being rude turned me off from ever wanting to order from them again, which is a shame because in all honesty had she kept her mouth shut and not tried to argue with me about it I would have been fine with the situation.. because I understand the kitchen staff is human and mistakes can happen.

Never returned to refill drinks or take our bills/payments. Had to go to the bar to do both. Didn't give the military discount even after requesting and seeing the military ID. Was a very disappointing experience. Will never return.

Under cooked, tomatoes when asked for no tomatoes it's like they don't care what you ordertheregoingto male it how they want to. Well, we will no longer order from them. The few hundred a week we spend there will now be going to another business to a business that can follow very simple directions or requests.

Sat for almost 30 minutes waiting to be served and then watched the table next to us get seated and served and still ignored so left. First time I have not been happy with the service

I came in with my family and as a group of 9, we sat there and waited and waited while our waitress decided to talk to other customers and ignore us. When she decided to take out order, it took forever to get it as other people who came in after us were being served. After receiving our meals, the service continued to be non existent but what was appalling was the included tip that she thought she was entitled to for the awful service that was given. That was my first and last time coming to this place.

I made a reservation online Feb 15th for a party of 10 on Feb 22nd for my nephew's birthday and when we arrived I was told they had no reservations for that time and it would be a 30 minute wait. I said that I absolutely made a reservation and that I had the email confirmation. He went and got someone else to assist us. She came up, looked at my phone and then walked away. They they proceeded to hide in the back and leave my family and me all standing there for about 10 minutes without any indication as to what is going on. I could understand if they made a mistake, but to just ignore us and say nothing is crazy. If you have a big party, probably call because their website doesn't seem to work as intended.

This place went down hill so bad. It just stinks when your hungry and something sounds good. I ordered the Panko fish and it came like raw looked like they slapped panko crumbs on top of wet fish and served it and it smelled so fishy. Such a disappointment. I had tried a few wings and those were sitting in grease which made me sick later. Definitely need to restructure this restaurant and serve better food on a Friday night. Waitress was so understanding and it wasn't her fault but definitely never coming back.

Atmosphere is a zero it was freezing in there every single person in the dining room had there winter coats on and hats. We waited over and hour for our food the service was slow. Also it was so cold our food was cold.

Stopped after the Holiday Market to warm up. Husband had the Stuffed Hot Pepper soup and my friend and I got mac n cheese. Food was ok, but exactly 4 hours later, my husband got food poisoning from the soup. It was definitely that as its the only thing we didn't share that day and neither myself or my friend got sick. I get this happens but I messaged the business to let them know just incase and they never even bothered to acknowledge my message or ask if he was OK. We didn't want anything in return, just wanted to let them know. We will never go back to this location and don't recommend at all. Do better.
