The manager was so helpful in helping me decide a few things for a family get together with her suggestions. It went smoothly on the pickup and everything was delicious! The wings and Antipasto salad were yummy.

Best sub shop around! I have tried the rest and ALWAYS come back to the best. Chicken finger subs are the closest thing to perfection there is. I also love their chicken finger pizza sub (just what you would imagine) when I can't make up my mind. It covers it all. Its like eating pizza and wings all at the same time. Seriously. The best.

Wow, I am proud to say I worked at MIKE’S. I ordered 3 ham submarines today. We each had are our picky way we wanted the submarines. We placed the order on the phone. We got home and the submarines were all marked. We unwrapped them and got what we ordered. The sandwiches were delicious. Thank you for a great memory.

Got a mini Steak and Cheese sub combo with French Fries & a bottled water then a full Taco Sub then tried some Potato Munchers with ranch sauce for an appetizer then got a combo with 2 Pizza slices with a drink one cheese slice & one pepperoni slice & the girl at the counter forgot my Potato Munchers with ranch sauce & I had to tell her that and she apologized she left them on the counter when getting my order she was very professional and the food was delicious it was our first time here in a long time so I wanted to try enough things on the menu with staying in a price range it was very reasonable for a lot of food & my Mom got a full Sub on a separate order we will be back thank you

I was in town for a few days and stop by this place recommended by my friends. Everything was delicious! I got the stinger sub which was really good and a local favorite. I grabbed a slice which was super cheesy and hit the spot. And I had to try the classic buffalo wings which was very fresh and tasty. The fries were crunchy and soft in the center, just how I like it! A must try pizza and sub place if you’re in the area! I am still thinking about that stinger sub to this day! Its that good!

A few days ago I ordered subs from Mike’s Subs on line. The subs were disappointing and we couldn’t eat them because they were soggy. I wrote a negative review on Google. The owner responded to my review, wondered if there was an error in my delivery, offered me store credit, and hoped I would give them another chance. With my friend we went to Mike’s Subs for lunch. She had a slice of pepperoni pizza and I had cheese pizza; both were large pieces and delicious. I also had garden salad which included field greens, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, chickpeas, and banana peppers. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the portions were large. The restaurant is clean the manger Elizabeth is friendly and helpful. The service and food exceeded my expectations. For sure I will be back. I appreciate the effort to understand my original review which I have now changed.

Man, I love Mike’s Subs. The best elements are the chicken, finger sub, and the lettuce. There’s something about how the lettuce is cut into fine ribbons that enhances the sandwich so much. I have been coming here since I was a kid and it has always been great.

I'm a CA transplant now, but I've been coming to Mike's since the 90s when I used to live here. I crave their steak & cheese sub just as much as beef on weck, Buffalo chicken wings, and Ted's hot dogs. Their steak & cheese sub (I prefer provolone) is made with perfectly flavored and tender shaved steak and oozes with all the good juices! I have to have it AT LEAST once when I'm in town visiting relatives. They have good daily specials and promotions on most of their food to help you save money.

First time ever ordering from Mikes subs. Delicious pepperoni good cup n char. Ordered mikes sweet sauce. Wish it had a little more to taste the “sweet” sauce. The seasoning and pepperoni overpowered any sauce. Good cheese. Had a flop. Needed just a little longer cook for me personally. Similar to a NYC slice. Still good pizza thank you

First time reviewing this place, even though I was a frequent patron years ago. I always loved their subs, and that fact hasn't changed. My two favorite subs here is, the Royal and steak and cheese. Both subs are made with fresh ingredients and the roll is the best. They do serve pizza, but I never tried it. I am to busy enjoying their subs.

I have fond memories of Mike's subs, from when I lived in Kenmore. And they shall remain memories. Faded in the past. Nothing wrong with the subs, nothing great about the subs either. Pizza looks like gas station pizza.

Dined in on Saturday night...Sat at a high top facing out the window. As we enjoyed our meal we watched the city come alive. It was a relaxing and entertaining experience. We ordered a pizza sub and a turkey sub...enjoyed them both.

Really needs to work on order accuracy – food's great on a good day, but for some reason trying to order PLAIN Chicken Fingers with a SIDE of sauce through UberEats gets lost in communication at least half the time I order. There's a box to check for "shaken in sauce" and no way to leave order notes, so I'm just at the mercy of whatever teenager is preparing my order, and usually I end up with exactly what I DIDN'T want, sometimes with something else missing as well. I see different people working in there all the time, so this is more towards management: please work on the consistency!

I went ordering from Mike’s subs for a while and they were pretty good recently. I ordered a BLT I got two little slices of bacon. I’m basically eating lettuce and tomato sub not even any mayonnaise.

3 years ago when I used to order from here, there was always a reason why your food wasn't ready on time back on vacation. 3 years later waited an extra 20 minutes for my food. I get sick of hearing. We're short-staffed come on owners, get some people in there. The ones you have are working themselves to the Bone and they're great. Stop taking Uber eats orders. If you can't service the customers a call and live locally

We ordered delivery.. it was our first time ordering — my husband & I thought we would give it a try because we heard good things. We both ordered steak & cheese subs w/extra cheese. Although the subs themselves tasted good, there wasn’t much steak on them and I don’t think either of us had extra cheese.. there seemed to just be one slice cut in half. It seems like we got extra lettuce instead. The cheese also was not melted and I’m not sure if that’s the normal or not because we have never ordered here before. I also wish the subs were warm.. they were cold and we live close to the restaurant so I thought they’d be warm. We did order kind of late (9pm) so I guess that could have been part of it too. Maybe we’ll give it another try, because I’d be curious to see if it’s any better during the day time hours. Delivery was quick though.. it only took 30 mins from when we placed our order to receive our food.

While we love Mike's subs, recently the quality of the buffalo chicken subs have gone downhill. We order them requesting BBQ Shaken, but there is often barely any BBQ sauce on the fingers. Also, the last time the sub roll was missing an entire piece.

A lunch visit to Mike's Subs. Menu includes pizza, salads, appetizers and Mikes' famous Chicken finger sub. I had the special of the day the Tuna sub, we also ordered the Royal sub, cheeseburgers and fries. Half of sub will suffice, bread is toasted and they are delicious. Friendly staff. I recommend it.

Ordered the Steak taco. It's advertised as having a 12" shell, and that was it, mostly shell, very little meat. I couldn't imagine what it would be like without all the lettuce and tomatoes. The cost: $9.49!!! And extra for sour cream which is expected. I felt so ripped off after I saw the amount of steak! Never again.

Ordered a chicken finger sub with medium fingers. What I got was a wrap filled with medium sauce. It was soggy and gross. I ended up just picking the fingers out and tossing the rest in the garbage.

Sloppy, soggy and made wrong. Ordered 2 chicken finger subs 1 was made correct while the other was made completely wrong. Requested no veggies with provolone and got one stacked with veggies and pepper jack cheese. Hoping this is a 1 time occurrence as I live close by. I understand as well that mistakes happen when it’s busy however it did not seem particularly busy at the time I picked up my order

Mike's had a wonderful double chicken finger dinner on special. We ordered it for dinner. The chicken fingers, as always, were delicious but we were very disappointed in the amount of fries in the order. It was very small amount, like a handful. Definitely not enough for two. I've order a single fries before and it was more than we received. We couldn't help wonder if maybe it was less because of the special? It was very disappointing.

Unfortunately we got subs yesterday and told it would be 30 minutes ended up waiting almost an hour and then all the subs were soggy because they said they needed to wait for the meatballs to be ready? Not impressed and we spent almost $90 for sub par subs. They used to be good but not anymore. Bummer!

I have been ordering from Mike's Subs over a year and today, I ordered a fish dinner. The quality of the dinner was poor. The fish was over cooked and hard also, the fries were soggy, and the side maccaroni was like mush. If someone going to pay $18.00 for a fish dinner, the quality of the food should be fresh not of poor quality.

Usually not one to complain but this was too frustrating. Chicken finger sub was made completely wrong. Asked for it with just BBQ sauce and cheese. It came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, which ruined it for the picky eater. They also just didn’t give me my French fries that I ordered. When I called to complain, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Will never be ordering from here again

I am really upset. I figured that I would give Mike's one more chance. I ordered a half/mini turkey (regular) sub and an order of fries. NEVER AGAIN! Cost me. $19. For a really small half sub and a really small COLD order of fries. Ridiculous! They use smaller rolls and It cost me $11. For a really small hall sub. $6 for a small order of cold fries. Which were all left over the ground in front of my apt building door where anyone walking out wouldn't see the bag and would walk on it! I NEVER have them leave my food on the ground never. They are supposed to ring my bell and wait as it SAYS TO IN ORDER. I am NOT HAPPY. They also never put a side of oil with the order as requested. They used to be the best around, sadly, not anymore. I'm really, really disappointed and upset.

I ordered a hot roast beef sub. It was cold. I called and wanted to let them know and the manager was very nice and apologized and gave me a credit. I thought he went above and beyond!! I will order from there again.

Sorry to say that my favorite sub shop has gone down the tubes. I ordered a buffalo chicken sub and from the pic you can already see whats bad. Couldn't est the roll. My son ordered a meatball sub but i would say it was missing meatballs. So sad. The thing that creeped me out the most was a worker eating his lunch and the stood up and put his hands down his pants to readjust. Then he went in the back put gloves on and went back to work. I dont know uf he washed his hands or not but you dont do that in the dining room.

If I could give it negative reviews I would!!!! There were roaches under the table in the dinning room!!! The lettuce was rotten….. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Ive heard great things about this place, so I went in for a pick up recently, I got to my car and realized my order was incorrect. Went back into the store, just to ask for it to be remade. I waited for a few minutes, and a young girl with wavy black hair was rudely bossing around and even berating another employee, the other young lady looked like she wanted to cry. It seemed like she was training the girl but i cannot be sure. The same girl came up to me and I explained my order was incorrect and she rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional. My order was remade properly, and the food was good. But the environment was extremely negative. I won't be returning.

My husband drove to mikes subs on Delaware and ordered 2 subs. He paid with his credit card and signed the receipt and marked no tip. The person at the cash register sneered and went to place the order and whispered to the people assembling the subs no tip. Everyone after my husband ordered received their orders in a timely manner but my husband had to wait. When they finally had his order ready the person threw it on top of the counter and said Sam and that was it. Everyone else had their order handed to them and told to have a nice day. Not my husband though because he gave no tip. This is so ignorant. He didn’t have a difficult order just a ham sub and a roast beef sub. Nothing difficult. He drove there he ordered his own food and paid himself. Take out doesn’t deserve a tip. If the owner can’t afford to pay his workers then close the business. Very ignorant and unprofessional and the last order from this household and extended family. Too many good take out places to patronize that actually want business

I only treat myself afew times a year now because I don't live in the area anymore and I always get a mikes original hero sub.. its DOUBLE ham, salami and cheese.. look at these pictures.. i was shocked.. is this what a sub with DOUBLE ham, salami and cheese looks like now ? I would HATE TO SEE what an Ordinary Looks Like.... my last trip here now
