Every day live music, great staff, lovely atmosphere, food is good, really lovely people. And many dance when the Houseband The Maguires are on stage. Always a great show.

Loved the food here for Sunday lunch. Roast beef was amazing with tasty gravy. Service very good and some great choice of beers on draught including Cruzcampo! Big stage area out front for open mic nights too.

Party of 4 - visited here on Sunday evening after what was obviously a very busy lunchtime at Rosie's. Fantastic meal enjoyed by everyone at our table and great service. A great new addition to the "strip" - looking forward to visiting again next year.

Just visited Rosie maguires in cabo roig, we had the Sunday lunch. The lunch was perfect cooked to perfection as was the veg. One of the best we have had. Great atmosphere, music and food. Don’t be fooled with the usual mass quantity over quality. It matters and the chef knows it.

What a place! Such a great atmosphere - lively, welcoming, and full of character. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and made us feel right at home. We were there over the Celtic Legends Weekend and the entertainment was excellent. All in all a fantastic spot. Wishing Rosie Maguires every success.

This is a top top place! Lovely new Irish bar that’s really well designed and you can clearly see there has been a lot of thought that has went into designing it, the outside space is as welcoming as the inside with a dedicated stage for live music in both, tv’s perfectly positioned to watch sport and the food is top class, the service is very good from what you would expect from a good Irish bar. The Guinness is also good! Probably on the wrong side of the road but it’s well worth the saunter across to get away from the chaos of the main side of Cabo Roig!

If you like Irish bars with good Irish entertainment then this is your place. A fantastic recent refurbishment has re-focussed this great venue. From the authentic Irish cobbles and bricks to the Irish music and craic. The fabulous sound system and quality acts will have you entertained. With a great menu Rosie's has become a destination venue that you must visit....... Check it out....... (I usually have the Fish n Chips..... )

A wonderful place that I highly recommend! The restaurant impresses from the very entrance – an amazing Irish atmosphere that combines elegance with coziness and tradition, making you feel special. The staff is professional and friendly, with great attention to detail, which adds charm to every visit. Despite the tables being fully booked, they suggested waiting at the bar and made sure we got the next available table. The food is top-notch – delicious, fresh, and perfectly presented. It's an ideal spot for a great dinner or a gathering with friends. Definitely worth a visit! Live music every day? Amazing!!! The service?? The bar is set very high in Cabo Roig – keep it up 👍 It's worth crossing the road 😜

Un super pub irlandais, c'est le genre d'endroit où le temps semble ralentir, parfait pour décompresser après une longue journée. , Mais au-delà du décor, ce qui fait la différence, c'est l'âme du lieu. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et souriant, De très bon plat de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert, prêt à conseiller la pinte ou le plat parfait. C'est une véritable bulle d'Irlande, un endroit où l'on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Nous y reviendrons.

Didn't order food because watched other food being served. It seemed a tad well done. Maybe just an off night as they were serving a table of 20 plus. BTW cocktails are not good. Sorry just being honest. But will eventually try the food.

Well, what an awesome evening in this great bar / restaurant 'Rosie Maguires' we've had........ we've been totally blown away by the professional service from staff, food from the chefs and entertainment from the band, 'Maguires'. This is now our go to bar for all things pubby 🤩

Really nice spot on the other side of the strip, service is really friendly and efficient and food was really good. My partner said it was the best fish and chips he's ever had

Had Christmas dinner here. Service and welcome was extraordinary. Live music came later. Cannot fault and thoroughly recommended.

What a find. We went there for a change. It was well worth the visit. We started by sharing Bruschetta (apologies fore the photo we laid into it but it’s four time bigger!). Then my wife had Chicken Wings. I had the Burger and Fries. We ordered a side which we didn’t really need. The house wine was €12.50 but we took the step up to the Rioja at €14 a good choice. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

I've been here three times already, and it’s been AMAZING every time! The service is suuuuper friendly and attentive. The fish and chips? Delicious, with moist, perfectly cooked fish. Don't skip the creamy cheesecake – it's heavenly! 🙌 The vibe is spot on with dimmed lighting and a live music (I have to say.. their sound system is outstanding and unmatched by any bar on the other side). Great music, great food, great people 🔥 Hats off to the staff and performers – this place makes you want to come back every day 🫶🏻 *EDIT* Since my last visit, the price of the fish & chips has gone significantly up, while the portion has noticeably shrunk. The quality is still very good, but unfortunately, the best sauce is no longer included, and the size of the fish is much smaller — which is very disappointing given the higher price. + no more cheesecake of the day 😔 On top of that, the waiter seated us without mentioning that we were actually on a waiting list for food. As a result, we ended up waiting around 1.5 hours to be served on a normal weekday. This lack of communication made the experience a little disappointing. This was my favourite place in Cabo Roig

A new level of excellence on the Cabo Roig strip. We had 2 great nights here last week. Food was quality and well prepared and presented, staff were very courteous and friendly and the resident band, The Maguires, with lead singer Lexi were amazing. We had a great time on both nights. The venue is very comfortable both outside and inside. We highly recommend a visit here when in Cabo Roig.

I had the most delightful dining experience where the roast dinner was perfection, but the desserts were the true highlight! The presentation was creative and playful. I especially loved the fun and nostalgic dessert combination of yellow jelly paired with ice cream topped with colorful sprinkles—simple, yet utterly satisfying. The other dessert, a rich and creamy cheesecake, had just the right balance of sweetness, and the fruit coulis added a vibrant tang that brought everything together. Highly recommend ending your meal with these sweet treats! And the staff are very nice and friendly 🥰

We came across this bar on one of our long walks and so glad we did! Wow! Amazing place, so much to see in there! You could spend ages spotting things! Collections of objects everywhere, even a table, chairs with lamp on the ceiling , very quirky place loved it!! If you want a cocktail get Steven to make it he makes the best porn star martini, yum

I really enjoyed my meal here. There was some roadside parking. Plenty of seats inside and outside in the sunshine. There are some large screens to watch sports. The staff were friendly and helpful and the menu was easy and good choices. I loved the steak pie. I highly recommend and will be back.

Pub irlandés muy guapo fui el domingo por la fiesta de san Patrick y estuve flipando ,la gente muy amable y simpática el bar guapísimo música varía y divertida ,he bebido la guinnes mejor de toda mi vida !! El servicio de 10 no obstante la cantidad de gente los camareros y los barman eran super rápidos y amable con una postración de cerveza también afuera en la terraza! Volveré pronto algún finde a tomar otra guinnes 🤘

Went to visit with my in-laws, who live in San Javier. They always say they miss a Sunday roast as there's nowhere near where they live that serve a roast dinners. We were over here to visit them so took the 20 minute drive to take them there. At the time of the visit, the restaurant was very quiet but very welcoming. We ordered our food and it came quite quickly. 2 roast beef dinners, a roast chicken dinner and the vegetarian pasta. All the food was beautiful. My father in law said he thought it was the best roast dinner he had ever had (that didn't go down well with his wife of over 65 years!) Overall, a very lovely Sunday lunch. Will definitely return, next time we come over to visit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ended up here on a busy Saturday evening. Wasn’t our 1st choice for dinner but couldn’t get a table at our 1st choice restaurant but ended up at Rosie Maguires and had a great time. We sat inside as the patio was extremely busy, was told will be a wait for food as kitchen had some large orders just come in. Waitress was excellent in here communication of the situation so was happy to wait. Guinness was lovely as was other drinks. Food was great. We had burgers, salad, pastas and all were delicious. Went back following evening as well One of our favorite places now

A pub like no other is a very fitting title The food I. This place is outstanding to a restaurant quality. This had the want to comeback feel to it

A new gastropub has opened directly across the street. Although still in its initial phase of operation, it already offers a superior beverage selection and live music. Both the ambiance and staff are exceptional. While a food tasting has yet to be conducted, the dishes exiting the kitchen appear quite promising. The outdoor seating area also provides a pleasant atmosphere.

Have been here three times this week I’ve spent over three hundred euros on family dinners and drinks. Returning because it’s not bad food and it’s a good atmosphere tonight however I checked the bill, to be charged a euro for a tiny small bowl of mayonnaise is a bit disappointing. It’s hardly a side order it’s just a basic condiment. That should be complimentary .When I’ve left a good tip on the 2 previous visits.It sort of leaves a sour taste in your mouth,we have a holiday home up the road for years and have visited most new restaurants around as and when they open and have seen plenty close. when you visit others in the area you don’t get this petty charge even McDonald’s wouldn’t charge. Maybe this evening we would have spent another 60 70 euros on drinks after the meal but we didn’t and went somewhere else. Stupid little charges can alienate customers and they won’t come back.

Lovely food, mostly friendly staff. Was told quite dismissively & abruptly by the waitress with short blonde hair that they don’t do garlic bread with cheese, only to be told they do by the friendlier younger guy. Food came out very quickly considering it was a busy match day. All our meals were lovely and can’t be faulted. Great for drinks too. Have been a few times and have enjoyed all our visits.

Nicely appointed bar , very cosy for a large room . Great friendly service from all the staff . Food was ok , had the fish and chips but the batter was a little soggy . Wife had the ribs and loved hers .

A nice enough place. Food (Sunday roast) was pleasant, good enough I would return. However there is something about the place that does not feel right, I sense that a top notch manager with a financial interest would add a more personal and welcoming dynamic.

This new irish pub has a lot to learn. Went there for sunday lunch and to be truthful was blown away by the internal deco. It's like a museum I side and you could spend hours looking at the bits snd pieces on the walls and shelves. By local standards sunday lunch was expensive but the disappointment at what we were served was hard to ignore. Turkey and ham had run out so we all opted for the roast beef. I didn't mind it being under cooked and blood red in the centre but it was stringy and tuff. I was about to complain that there was no mashed potato when I discovered it under the 2 poor slices of beef. Certainly would not eat here again but the venue was very nice.

I ordered a veggie burger, which clearly says with cheese and onion ring but when it arrived no cheese or onion ring very disappointing as the place is lovely and a great atmosphere.

Had Sunday lunch here last weekend for the first time and was very disappointed!! I chose the Turkey and Ham as I love Turkey but one slice was a joke ! A good choice of veg however extremely small portions .....one wedge each of carrot and parsnip,one very small floret of brocoli and cauliflower and one undercooked and very pale,very dry roast potato ! There were four of us at the table and all disappointed so politely asked for more veg ! Along came a small bowl with 2 more potatoes, 1 piece of carrot and parsnip and that was to feed 4 of us (unbelievable) We've had the fish and chips before and they were beautiful bit certainly won't be coming for Sunday lunch again. The picture on their TV screen promoting their Sunday lunch is NOT a true example of what they actually serve. We love coming to this bar and restaurant and cannot fault it other than ' Poor Sunday lunch '

Great pub, great band pity the food wasn't the same. I had lasagne tiny portion and dried out big lumps of meat in it. Garlic bread so hard it would cut your gums. Great pub, but would not recommend the food.

Visited as a family for dinner around 8.30pm. We were warned that our dinner orders wouldn't be taken for 30 - 40 minutes so not to overwhelm the kitchen. Not ideal but at least we were warned beforehand. The issue was the wait for drinks. I get cocktails take longer but over 15 minutes for a pint, cocktail and fanta is a bit excessive. My main gripe was my meal. Everyone said theirs was 'Ok' but I was really disappointed in my steak 'sandwich'. It arrived on one piece of small garlic bread. That's not a sandwich. That's steak on toast. The steak was quite fatty too. Chips were nice though. Really overpriced at €18. Overall, disappointed in the wait and the food. But the staff and live music was nice.

Lovely place to sit outside and have a drink, live music was great, sports on TV... Unfortunately absolutely no vegetarian options on the menu at all. Not one. We're regular visitors to the area, and most places have veggie/vegan options on the menu. Edit: I stand corrected regarding the options on the menu, however, you may wish to update your website as that's what we looked at when we were looking to return for dinner. The only veggie option is a nacho starter, according to your website, if it had shown more options we would have come back.

CHECK YOUR BILL VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYING. Edit to respond to the reply from the venue: We did not get a "dip" - we got a small amount of mayonnaise (a spoon full from a jar or bottle) in a small paper cup. We were only shown the lunch menu and I'm sure that I would have noticed if mayonnaise €1.50 was listed. In addition, we did not order this with our meals, when the staff member brought our meals she asked if we wanted any sauces or vinegar. I asked for vinegar (fish & chips) and my husband asked for mayo. This is pretty standard in most restaurants and sauces/condiments are not then charged for. The reply said "we hope that you are happy with the €1.50 being refunded from your final bill" - I have no idea what this means as if we had received a refund then I wouldn't have complained about it! Maybe the venue is going to refund direct to my card but they haven't yet. As a goodwill gesture they could make a donation to charity. Food very good (fish & chips, burger). Staff lovely, efficient and friendly. The decor is nice & a lot of thought has gone into making the place look really nice. BUT, after looking at the receipt I found that they charged us €1.50 for a tiny portion of mayonnaise in a little paper cup. Not advised there would be a charge when they asked if we wanted sauces and not listed on the menu. Completely unacceptable and we would not eat there again due to this.

En general, nos quedamos con una experiencia donde el ambiente es agradable y espacioso y los artistas son de primer nivel, pero la comida y el sitio web necesitan una actualización porque no están en la misma página que los anuncios y la información. No necesito volver a este lugar. PD. Las patatas fritas triples del restaurante estaban realmente sabrosas.

VALENTINES NIGHT A little disappointed after hearing so many good things. Service was just OK, got charged extra for small pot of sauce, wasn't offered and other condiments. Sirloin steak was very grislely . One thing I would say the music and atmosphere was really good.

En general, nos quedamos con una experiencia donde el ambiente es agradable y espacioso y los artistas son de primer nivel, pero la comida y el sitio web necesitan una actualización porque no están en la misma página que los anuncios y la información. No necesito volver a este lugar. PD. Las patatas fritas triples del restaurante estaban realmente sabrosas.

We booked for 8 we couldn’t get served. It was at least 9:30 before we received our food. The hake was a complete disappointment the portion size was tiny. The service was very slow too and we felt very unwelcome

Went there friday night our friends waited an hour and a half for food got up just about to leave and pay for drinks when it arrived staff inexperienced half the time they looked lost going around in and out.the ballad group not great Micheal shoud have came and taken them away did not try a Guinness must do next time can imagine what it will be like otherwise nice place and bar.

A potential to be a great pub on the other side of the strip. We was a big group of 10 with 2 children and were made to wait nearly 2 hours for our food including the kids food. They brought out 2 nachos when we only ordered one. They also gave us two spag bols when we ordered one. One of us ordered lasagne and it came out black and cremated. The food that actually was right was very nice, including the sea bass and linguini. I ordered a steak sandwich which was meant to be medium rare but was definitely not. We had to go up and order several drinks ourselves from the bar as they just seem to forget about us. It was busy but we seemed to be wearing invisible cloaks. They did give us a voucher off the meal and a free round of drinks. It has so much potential as being the place on the other side of the strip to go to… but for now we won’t be going back for food. Plenty of other options on the strip with better service.

Si eres turista está bastante bien, que te cobren 9€ por literalmente 5 gambas "al pilpil" que en realidad es una base de tomate con 4 tomates cherris, una ración de "calamari" calamares a la romana de toda la vida 7€ y te sacan una mini tapa de 6 calamares, ni nos han puesto platos, en fin, para tomar algo está bastante bien, el ambiente y demás, eso sí, solo hay una camarera que habla español y la carta está también en inglés, entiendo que es un bar irlandés pero no sé si os habéis dado cuenta que estáis en Alicante.

This pub has significantly dropped in standards , before the new staff the waiterss would seem to actually care about your experience here... We've spent well over a few grand coming here from past year lack of experience in general the staff just seem slow lazy and unprofessional compared to last years staff. Many locals saying the same.. all miss the original staff who worked hard to make sure everything was top notch. Just stick to the other pubs back across the road GM needs a reality check ..maybe a new GM would just be better all staff say the same about this GM True Shame because this is a one of a kind place hopefully it gets the new management not sure why they didn't just make the guys from last year manage this place they were good...

Cant fault the food it was lovely but unfortunately service was poor we had to.look for our mains 30 mins after our starters were lifted and still waited over 5 mins after that. Then halfway through meal we were told basically it was our own fault for ordering steak it was a horrible attitude from the waitresses in question 😒

My sister found 2 screws in her food which is unacceptable. Regular checks on machinery and equipment needs to be prioritised. Service was lovely otherwise.

I was visiting my friend who lives in Cabo Roig,we both were born In Northern Ireland,we decided to visit this bar,the food was nothing to write home about though staff were pleasant,we both found the music very offensive as a crowd from Londonderry came In shouting play these songs which were republican party tunes, this was highly offensive to myself and my friend,safe to say I would never be in your establishment again,and will go to the Irish bar on the strip where all religions are welcome, and there is no hatred or bitterness.

Had roast dinner yesterday. I had turkey & ham which was just ok. Hubby had the beef which was inedible. Yorkshire pudding was cremated. Vegetables were over done & a tiny dribble of stock thrown over it, it definitely was not gravy. Very disappointing. Won't be back.

For a pub on the “wrong” side of the Cabo Roig strip you’d expect they’d do their all to win new customers, however when we walked in on a rainy New Years Eve afternoon with our small dog to ask if he was allowed in it was a flat NO. That’s fair enough, but perhaps put a No Dogs sign on your door, or at least find a vaguely customer friendly way of saying no! We were told we could only sit outside but there was no offer of any means of drying off a couple of chairs. Sorry Rosie, your customer service is about as polished as a rusty knob - very poor, no way to build your business. I’ll never set foot in your pub again and will be sure to let all my friends know too!

We came to a table of 9. Very but served. They rushed to serve us crap. Caesar salad. Huge croutons. Three small pieces of chicken. No bean.No beak, no seasoning. We asked the waitress for vinaigrette. She spoke to us very badly and was not happy. Then, as it had no taste, we asked for vinegar.Never received. She spoke to us very badly and the boss in turn came to shout at us. We didn't eat anything. Disgusting. I think with their lack of politeness and their food which left something to be desired.They Will close quickly. To flee

The food was microwaved , rubbish burger was terrible, the curry was cold, had to send it back to the microwave, the chef was arseing about behind the bar, no other customers, never again

Had prebooked for camogie match to have drinks n roast and black haired amateur at front of house basically ignored our needs. Our three groups last night left €300 plus and no return planned. Waste to spend good money on bar and ye left down by front of house. A pity!!!!!

Carta con pocos platos verdaderamente irlandeses pero aceptables los auténticos. 1h25m dsd q pedimos hasta q llegó la comida, a pesar d q no había much@s clientes y la mayoría no cenaban. Personal con preparación escasa. Inadmisible el retraso, x lo menos podían avisar. No andaban escasos d personal y en la cocina eran 4. Para q repitieras bebida si q son rapidos. La carta es distinta d la web y + cara.
