It's the simple things about this theater that I love! The blown up pictures of classic Hollywood stars located threw out the theater, the very comfortable reclining chairs. The people behind the counters seem to be always smiling, they seem to have great movie trivia knowledge. Test them & you will see. They even laugh at your stupid jokes. And most of all, 1/2 price Tuesdays is the bomb!

Good theater. Seats are good sized and go all the way back for lounge mode. I like the movable tray for food, drinks and snacks. Comfortable and roomy to the point where it's only slightly annoying when someone you don't know sits next to you. Also, I like the extremely large variety of drinking options.

Our favorite local theater, comfortable seats and great food. The only issue is that they have a slight moth problem, it's getting better, but it is a pretty regular occurence to have things flying in front of you during movies. The overall experience still blows away the other local theaters, but I wish they could squash this problem.

I like the theater, the seating and reserving online but concessions are not very friendly or helpful so I suggest ordering online or securing your order before you get to the register. I noticed they've added menus in the taped off line. Also could be cleaner but overall it's our go to theater.

This is one of my favorite theaters around! Small, quaint and clean! Love the recliner seats and popcorn is always fresh! Today I was disappointed the slushy machines were down but that’s ok they have tons of other options! I would have given a 5 star but the leather recliner seats are pealing and flaking off and when you get up your back and ass are full of leather flakes…it’s time to update!

A REEL SURPRISE! My parents had come here before and they recommended this theater to me, I'm so happy I came! This Reading Cinema is one of the closest theaters I could find in a 15 mile radius that screens anime films lol. I saw that they were playing Blue Lock: Episode Nagi and immediately stopped by. The theater is very spacious and has large restrooms. I also saw a sizable concession stand with efficient staff. When you walk in, you'll purchase your tickets to the counter to the left, it's an info/ticket taker desk. I had pre-ordered my tickets on Fandango and got my digital ticket scanned immediately! The auditoriums are very easy to find and the place has good signage. I was in auditorium 16 which was very comfy and also spacious. The screen was a great size for a smaller room! Some of the seats are ripped and need a little touch-up but overall I was really happy. The seats recline almost all the way, yay! The sound system was perfect, I really got into the movie, the image quality was amazing! I'll definitely be returning to try their Titan Luxe Screen.

We first came to this theatre after COVID restrictions were lifted and we were really pleased. The customer service from the staff is okay, the theatre is really clean, but what makes this theatre is the recliners. It takes movies theatre to a whole other level. If you drink, they do have a bar on hand with beer and mixed drink. Honestly, the recliners and the sound quality is the main thing that sets them apart. I am only giving it a 4 star due to the staff. I feel they could be a little more friendly and smile. There are a few people that are friendly, but some of the people look like they really don’t want to be there, other than that we had a blast.

I will start off by saying the customer service was great and that's why I gave three stars. We came from Florida and decided to visit this particular movie theater and I have say I wasn't impressed with cleanessiness or quality of furniture us folks are utilizing. The management team really needs consider a remodel. I was so embarrassed when we saw the condition. I do have pictures of furniture ..I will post

I would only recommend going on Tuesdays, otherwise it seems overpriced. Chicken tenders were surprisingly really good, both sauces I got were high quality as well. They have coke freestyle machines, although were out of a lot of options. Seats were dirty, had trash and old popcorn in them. Sound quality good, the Titan screen could use a wash though. And finally, the crowds were low quality. Somebody’s phone went off in both screenings we attended, in addition to loud talking and obnoxious texting. Programming was better than the nearby chains though, a mix of big budget and mid budget movies.

This theater used to be great! The location is amazing. Staff is friendly. Mostly great things to say. But I second guess going anymore. The seats are worn and falling apart. I bring my own blanket to sit in as I won’t sit on their seats. Time for a remodel!!

Look at these ghost of christmas past, halloween town ahhh chairs! 😅 there is absolutely no excuse for this when a small popcorn and two drinks is $30 lmao yall need to re-allocate those funds to these haunted mansion ahhh seats lmao 'titan luxe' with these second hand chairs boyyyyy

This theater has changed for the worst! Our kids grew up going to the movies here. It was always a great time until Sunday. The concession area and the restroom were filthy. My feet kept sticking to the floor everywhere we walked. My husband ordered and paid for a cheeseburger only to get a hamburger. He simply asked for a piece of cheese and the employee not only asked the manager and the cook but they made him stand there while they checked the register to make sure we paid the $3 for the cheese! They then took his food back to the kitchen to put the cheese on. He stood there waiting, missing the beginning of the movie. They finally gave him back the SAME food with completely cold fries and the same burger patty put back onto the grill and overcooked. At least this time it had cheese! Absolutely ridiculous to treat us as though we were trying to rip them off over a slice of cheese after we spent $100 on tickets & food! The theater seats are worn out and torn. My seat was broken. No pride in this theater anymore. Such a shame! We’ll drive to Temecula next time.

Don't come here if you have kids. This theater is NOT kid friendly. It only takes one person who hates kids to complain before management comes to threaten to kick you out the theater even when your kids aren't being loud. Management didn't even bother to do their job and assess the situation by standing in the theater for 5 to 10min to make sure my kids were disruptive to the movie. We were even all the way up front under the screen away from people as to not disturb the people in the back watching the movie.

Terrible management, terrible customer service. I use to love this theater, it felt like a smaller theater. But on two separate occasions they have had an issue with debit/credit cards not working. Both times i was short one family member worth of cash. I asked can they please accommodate, they said no. So you want people to carry over a hundred $$ in cash just to see a movie? We live in a digital age not the 50's. No apology, no attempt to work with me, just no. Idk i believe if you as a business are having an issue it ahouldnt be on customers to figure it out.

Service is awful. Rude staff. The lobby is so dirty it’s disgusting. Service person gave us wrong tickets to a movie recently. It happens no big deal. We bought snacks and waited for movie to start. After confirming it was wrong movie we were too late to go to our attended show. Manager sent us to service person. Extremely rude as if it were our fault. No consideration for our time and money wasted. I contacted customer service over one week ago and have been ignored. I will not go back to this theater
