Best fried chicken, is more expensive than other fast food places, look for coupons at their site and you will save a lot of money, is better for a take out meal, since the place is small inside the building, but has nice tables outside. Make sure to enjoy the tastiest biscuits with your chicken.

Had an issue with the website after ordering with it for a while. When the mix up happened everyone was incredibly patient and the staff were incredibly helpful. The manager himself took time to help me out and we were able to get my order on track. Will come back in person.

Every time we're close by the area this is a must! Small place limited seating but this place has been around for year and years! It's a classic location with a Walk I'm window to order. Can't complain. Awesome food awesome service...that's key to success! Amazing!!

Very small location. After I ordered my meal I was told they don't have ranch sauce; that's the reason we go to church's Chicken.

Simple, traditional, excellent fried chicken, plus the best sweet corn, honey-butter biscuits, coleslaw, and with some interesting alternative sides as mac&cheese, jalapeño bombers, fried okra, etc. Just need to improve a bit in their on site service and facilities but, at least you got the best product.

Food is very delicious, prices are great as well, perfect for some fast food eating with family. However the place is very, very small, and is also ugly. The outside tables are dirty and there are many pigeons there dirtying the place up.

Maybe next time I wll drive to el centro instead

Chicken is alright, however the biscuits 😋 ❤ they really need to clean the outside dinning area it is super disgusting. A good scrub with pressure washer the floors and seating area.

Got there at 9 p m.it says dinning area close at 9 30.pm..it was already close ,waited 10 mins outside ,was ready to order ,when they say ,wait for next order ,25 mins...not a usual for me...BUT SERVICE SUKS

Cashier did not let me pay with a $50 dollar bill and made me go somewhere else to change when she was only suppose to give me $20 of change why dont they accept $50’s ? they should put a big sign outside !!!!

This place is horrible they drop the tongs in the floor pick them up and kept serving the chicken in front of all me and all the customers. Just very disgusting. Never going back again.

They close 20 min before 10pm so you have to be careful with your order

Fries tasted stale, burger wasn't that good and like always they didn't give us our barbecue sauce even though we paid for it

First i want to say place is not clean at all.. flies are flying every were...place is just filthy were there preparing food . They have piles of chiccen bacc there that probly has been sitting all day .. my chiccen was nasty and not fresh and left a bad taste in my whole families mouth ..wasnt hot at all . And u can tast the grease taste in chiccen ..jus left bad taste in are mouths..then to top it off..i paid for 2 -12 peice family meals..and board sides clearly u get 3 sides .and six biscuits.i asked for all fries ..with both meals and i got fresh fries which i was happy with.but they made me pay for 12 biscuits when it clearly says u get 6 with ur meal ..i felt like i cheated out of my money .which biscuits were fresh .but chiccen was nasty .and i had to pay for biscuits that should have been free with meal ..and cleaniness..is unsatisfactory..i will never eat there again.

Super unsanitary! I went for a pick up and the girl at the counter was handling food then would turn back and handle money! The guy called her in and I don't even think she washed her hands before coming in. On top of that, she had no hair net on, long lashes and her shirt was tied back with a hair tie! I felt like I was watching a life action of Bon Qui Qui. Super unprofessional, she was so rude too, you can tell she didn't even care about anything. I ordered the combo for 4 that come with 4 biscuits and she forgot them! I will not be returning! Very good food but very nasty and unpleasant experience.

We ordered a 18 piece family dinner yesterday. Chicken was good as well as the sides of mashed potatoes and Mac&cheese. But we were missing the bisquets. We live in the Victoria’s area and I was not going to drive all the way to their location to pick up the missing bread. Very dissatisfied.

I stopped to this place to get some chicken 🍗 for Friend's of mine from Mexicali Mex. First thing That I can say about this restaurant is their Customer service is Horrible, also very expensive place. I ordered 2 different 🍗 combo's, I paid for these combo's more than 60 dlls. also, I asked them for a cup of water and they charged me the cup of water. 😳🤦Unbelievable.

Tables were dirty, floor was sticky and dirty, staff took too long to help me and some walked past me without saying anything. While I waited for my food they served my soda and just left it on the counter didnt even bother telling me that it was mine. Overall extremely dissatisfied with the service. Thumbs down for everything to do with the location.

The waiting was really long. Only one girl was taking and filling the orders, the cook was really busy too. I asked why wasn't the manager helping her? She just smiled and apologized to the customers. When she filled my order I commended her for her very professional customer service. But this Calexico franchise is in need for a serious re-training.
