This place is solid. As mediocre as it gets. Food is tasty and consistent but not amazing. The only thing I don't like about this place is their prices. Especially for shakes.

I ordered the colossal burger. It was super messy, juicy and perfect in every way. This Cal-City Primo Burger is never a disappointment. Even the staff is Awesome.

Amazing food and an astonishing deal. In this economy nothing comes cheap, at least the what I thought before today. Me and my family took a little day trip, just us guys, (and we all know how to eat) we wanted a good’ol burger. We found Primo Burgers and it had a family pack, 4 burgers, 4 fries and drinks all for about 40 dollars. Thats a huge steal now a days! We walked in wowed by a clean restaurant, very roomy plenty of space and a very friendly staff. We ordered snd I just got a glimpse at the size of the burgers , THEY WERE HUGE! Every one of us couldn’t even finish, and we were all guys how eat like theres no tomorrow. And the best thing I saw all day was the flame grill, i look over and grasped in the glory of a foot and a half flame perfectly sizzling the patties to perfection. Not only was the food huge but absolutely delicious, best burger I’ve had in a hot second, we all had left overs that we were just waiting to be hungry to devour the food. Over all a great deal, with a lot of delicious food. Much more food for less compared to every one of the large burger chains like McDonald’s.

MAKE SURE YOU WATCH WHAT THEY INPUT AS YOUR ORDER, GET A RECEIPT, AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE WALKING OUT. I watched one lady take the order of the dude in front of me and get it wrong. He ordered one order of fries and she somehow heard he wanted two orders? Luckily he checked the bag when he got it and got his refund for one of the orders. I ordered a chicken SANDWICH from a second lady. She inputs a chicken salad and tries to charge me for that which is more. It seems taking orders incorrectly is a common occurrence at this location. Atleast the cook wasnt messing up but there is nothing special about the charboriled chicken sandwich. Small and basic for the price. Not worth it, IMO.

The cheese is not melted and you ruined one of my fav burgers. I had to microwave so that the cheese is melted. They didnt even put extra sauce like I asked twice. I think your breakfasts are your best menu items. I will stick to that from now on.

Stopped here for lunch. Restaurant was hot while we sat and waited for our food. Note in the restroom says not to flush toilet paper. Ac and toilet issues need to be addressed here.

As a burger lover, I don't think its hard to make a decent cheese burger and fries. This place ain't it. The meat needs to be seasoned with seasoning salt! What the heck that it the most basic thing! If you do come here at least request that. The meat was grey and chewy. Hoping I can digest this low quality meat patty. The fries where very strange and very greasy. I don't know how to explain the weird fries. I had to assemble my own burger because it was sloppy not assembled great. The thousands was good and the soda had lots of carbonation. The prices are too expensive for what they are making. I will not be returning. I rather driver further for a good burger. Manager/ owner need to take constructive criticism and improve things. It's not that hard to make a good burger. I love mom and pops style burgers, but I rather eat Mc Donalds then this and that's saying something. Not spending my hard earned money here.

First of all, I'd like to share my horrifying and rude experience at this place. It all started with a visit to this place, when I politely walked in with my husband to order some breakfast. We clearly stated our order, but to keep the conversation short after arriving at our location, the order was short a burger, and with four extra fries, which I clearly didn't order! I called immediately to bring to their attention. A manager answered, "I told her, "I just left your establishment, and i'm short a burger, as well as I received four extra fries that I never ordered." She then started to escalate the conversation to an argument, which I tried to de-escalate to no avail. Then, the manager demanded my order receipt. After not receiving one, I told her, "Ms. I was never given a receipt, and it also happened to another lady that I also observed asking for a receipt as well." The manager then switched to defendeding their mistake and thus demaded that she didn't take my order and needed the receipt. I then could see people in the place getting up, leaving as the manager continued her argument about the food that they made the mistake with. Finally, I told her I'd go the car and get my husband as a witness for the meal. I went out and brought my husband into the place, and quickly he responded, "The correct answer to the question. In my opinion, my husbands answer didn't appear to satisfy the manager at all, as she started yelling and abusing us even more. I told her, "You're not being respectful to us at all, with your constant negotiations, im my opinion to take our money from this order!" After excepting the $15.00 back from the fries. After realizing I had left my burger, I called and informed them I was returning for the burger. After arriving back to the place, I was met by the owner, and he rushed over to me, yelling, pointing his finger directly in my face... and demading that I better not ever say I'm calling the police to their establishment and scaring his employees again! I felt completely degraded, and confused by this establishments demure, especially the MANAGER and the OWNER. To anyone going to this place to eat, please take my advice, get your receipt, and check your food before you leave every time. In my opinion, I rate this place an F for customer service.

Never again! I’ve frequented this spot occasionally since we moved to California City because my son like chili cheese fries & the wings were pretty good. HOWEVER, today was a huge mistake & big headache! They gave us a Breakfast burrito when my son & brother asked for a Veggie burrito for me. I called immediately & was told that they ordered a veggie breakfast burrito. I asked why are there eggs on it then? She lied & lied, the lie changed every time I explained how that made no sense since eggs are baby chickens therefore it’s not veggie. Plus my son & brother were standing right there saying they absolutely did not order that. I sent my son back up there and he called me while she was looking him in the face telling him what HE ordered & he’s telling her no I DID NOT. After going in several circles I get a real veggie burrito order in & paid $5 extra for avocado because at this point I’m starving, he’d driven over there twice so I said ok. He gets back with the burrito and it’s not even holdable to bite!!! They wrapped it so sloppy that it was immediately falling apart. I’ll have to eat this with a spoon and fork. I just wanted a simple veggie burrito to hold & eat like a normal LA person. On top of that they put a thousand onions on it making it an onion burrito, disgusting! See pic on reviews. Unacceptable. I’ll make my own burritos moving forward. My dog could’ve made & wrapped a burrito better than this.

We ordered a steak and egg sandwich and it was the worst food i have ever had. They gave us the sandwich, got home, opened the sandwich and no eggs in the sandwich. On top of that half of the meat was riddled with connective tissue..unchewable. We went to get another sandwich, explained to them the issue, even the manager was there and said to remake it. Again went home opened the sandwich, there was egg..I guess they can't do much about the connective tissue on the steak, maybe they don't have knives. One bite it took me to throw it in the trash, no salt on the steak, so bland. Bland meat never taste good. What a let down, especially that it is primos. Waste of money. Do not get sandwich

The health department should be called on this place ASAP. If you value your life and health avoid this place at all costs. Go to the Primo's in Lancaster instead. We never got sick there and got way bigger portions. A win/win!

Then when I got there she took the food and examined it forever called other people to look at it told me there was no hair. I told her I threw it out why would I bring back a whole salad if I was lying. Then she continued to look through it told me she could do it this time but next time she needed the hair. She was very rude the whole time never apologized for it. As we were arguing the employee behind her opened a drawer took out raw meat with his bare hands and put it in the fryer. I will never be back.

I ordered wings and fries let's start by saying when I opened the box there was a horrible smell like garbage. I could swear to my husband it' was garbage fries and the wings were hard not fresh at all. Also the person who attended us was having attitude. I wish I could have my refund back. And I don't recommend a place that can't do their job right. I would rate zero stars if I could!!!!!!!!!
