¿Buscas simplemente comer? ¿Una fritura de pescado? Pues entonces este no es tu sitio. Porque este equipo hace de la comida toda una experiencia, elevando el hecho ordinario de comer a algo extraordinario. Es como coger el mejor plato que cocina tu abuela y darle una vuelta de originalidad. Todo aderezado de un equipo que siente amor por su trabajo. Porque eso se nota, se siente. Y no hay nada más bonito que ver a personas que trabajan en algo que les apasiona, ya que el resultado es irremediablemente bueno. No me cabe duda de que en breve tendrán cola para comer/cenar aquí. No seas tonto, no pierdas tu oportunidad de degustar algo sin parangón.
Rodeado de los típicos restaurantes de playa con las típicas tapas y mucha fritura, encontramos este oasis donde degustar una cocina espectacular! Acaban de reabrir y han modificado su oferta, ahora tienen una carta menú fija para toda la semana. Ya no cambia cada día. Si tuviera que compararlo con algo que conozco diría que se gastan un estilo de cocina a lo Canalla Bistró de Ricard Camarena. Cocina tradicional con un mix de modernidad y atrevimiento. Para mi un 10!! El trato y la amabilidad del chef ya redondean la experiencia. Si sois de la zona o simplemente estáis de paso por vacaciones, no lo dudéis ni un segundo!
I have been making reviews for Quiet a while now and many times you wish to have less than 1 star to rate a place and very few times you wish to have more than 5. This restaurant, SEVEN, deserves more than 5 or 6 starts to be properly rated. We were lucky enough to arrive early and be the very first table of the evening at 18:30. (they open at 17:30 I believe) It was a Tuesday and unfortunately, they were short staffed due sickness. However, at the end of the dinner, we thought that we couldn’t have expected to have been better served than we had with Francesco, the Bar manager. The service provided couldn’t have been better. Promised. Every single Wine option, every single explanation to the detail of each of the 7 dishes that arrived to the table, the 3 cocktails and other drinks we had. Just perfect. Someone, Francesco, with infinite passion for food and drinks and more importantly, for his job! Amazing, amazing, amazing. Very small restaurant with no more than 7 tables. And wait, Francesco was in charge of the Front of House but, Sandra, was the Master of the Back of House. Preparing every single dish beautifully presented with so much love and attention. Please pay attention to the pictures because they are part of the description and they are as important as these lines. Highly recommended restaurant just 14 minutes away of the busy Adeje. Thank you very much, Francesco and Sandra, for this beautiful experience that we’ll never forget. Bravoooooo!
Me and my husband went here tonight and we had a fantastic experience. We love doing taster courses after trying one on our honeymoon. Every single plate was delicious and I could eat all day, everyday. It was well put together and fantastically thought out. It is a bit on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. I had personalised cocktails to my liking and again, pricey at €15 but there was thought put into everything at this place, and you could actually taste the alcohol! Amazing place, fine dining for sure but worth every penny ! Everyone was so knowledgeable and amazing at their jobs, I hope to visit again in the future.
Teeny tiny restaurant with a different concept. A set 7 courses that change each week. We had a wonderful meal here celebrating my birthday, the set courses meant we tried things we wouldn’t normally pick but some of those were our favourite courses! Beautiful presentation and some of the nicest food we have eaten (and we have had meals at Michelin stared restaurants) if you can get a table we would 100% recommend
Fantastic restaurant and concept on Costa Adeje. We came to Seven for their ‘Cosmopolitan Seattle’ menu and we had the drinks pairing. All courses were innovative and interesting and all drinks, whether wine, beer or cocktail, were beautifully paired with each of them. The standout dishes were the first two: pork with shiitake and a scallop cerviche - both wonderful. The Portland style noodles were underwhelming and the brownies were slightly over baked and a little dry but everything else was very well executed. €49 for 7 fine dining courses represents good value and it was €29 for the pairing, also very good value considering the quality of the drinks. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable and were happy to discuss the provenance of the food and the sommelier was clearly an expert. They were also very accommodating with us bringing our young baby. I spoke to the owner the day before we ate and he explained the concept and that the chef has travelled extensively and wanted to showcase all of their skill by changing the menu to different cuisines weekly. I was slightly sceptical that this would make it a ‘Jack of all trades but master of none’ but I’m happy to have been proved wrong! We’d love to go back and try out any of their menus given the experience we had!
This place has great ambitions and backs it up with good skill. Great creativity and excellent service. Some truly excellent matches of beverages and dishes. A small note: we got the option of having truffles sliced as an extra and found that was not a great relationship between quality and price. That said, this experience is the best dining of the year an absolutely worth the visit.
A little gem you must visit Alex front of house made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The whole experience was amazing. Each one of chef Ricardo's 7 dishes explained by Alex added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I had 7 pairing drinks to compliment each dish also recommended and explained by Emmanuella superb. I would like to thank the whole team for a very special evening and appreciation for there knowledge and attention to detail. What a great tasting menu experience
Callao Salvaje and adjacent Playa Paraiso are quiet towns just north of La Caleta, only a few miles or 10 minutes by bus or taxi from Adeje. A strong collection of varied eateries grows regularly and the choice is enhanced yet again by the opening this week of 7plates7days, by the S1 group that already has a selection of venues in our two towns. This plays on the increasingly popular (and economic) tasting menu passion engulfing fine dining – and why not, we all love a selection of courses, and here the menu changes each week, with six months already posted on the website to aid planning one’s diary. With sittings at 17:30, 19:30 and 21:30 there are choices for to suit all. The dining space is bijou ensuring everyone gets a view of both the bar and kitchen, where from both magic is prepared for each course. This week the dinner is entitled London Bridge, and each week, Christmas week excepted, changes. Does our dinner reflect British tastes, indeed even celebrate the recent death of our dear Queen as the name might imply, who knows but there’s no doubt it’s an excellent and well thought out collection of plates. Well balanced with paired drinks, not just wine - we enjoy beer, cocktails and spirits to suit each course. The trouble with a single star rating is if all the parts are wildly different – what if the food is fabulous but the service isn't amazing, or if both are wonderful but it’s a bit overpriced? Happily the new place scores equally on all three aspects, so there’s no problem giving out a much-coveted 5-star review this evening.
This is one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had! The 7 course Christmas themed menu was perfectly balanced, cleaver and most importantly delicious! The maitre d was welcoming, professional, friendly and guided us through the food and wine perfectly. And the barman/mixologist was a master of his profession and produced some of the best cocktails we had ever had!!
We went here for my birthday dinner and had the pairing. The meal was so special but it was the experience overall that really wowed. The staff was attentive and made the evening so special. The cocktails are to die for ♡
Everything was incredible ! The bar manager who also did the service explained everything so well, with passion and patience when we didn't understand in English. The food was spectacular, first time with molecular gastronomy for me. They didn't just go with wine with every plate like you see in others gastronomy restaurants which was a nice surprise. We drank saké, cocktails, beer and of course wine that went so well with the food. Thanks for the experience, I'll be sure to come back if I go to Ténérife again.

We were lucky to pass here tonight and see that it was open for its first night! The chef, Henry was so welcoming and friendly. We had the most amazing croquettes and wine, we didn’t eat more as we were booked in somewhere else but this place is special give it a go! Xx
Absolutely loved this restaurant. Booked online. Was shown to a Nice little table. Staff very friendly and passionate about the food and drink they serve. Would definitely come back on our next visit. Would highly recommend 👌
om man gillar människor som brinner för sitt intresse, om man gillar människor som gör allt för sitt jobb,,,besök denna restaurang. Du kommer inte att bli besviken. Välj dryckes paketet till maten. Har aldrig ätit o druckit än bättre kombination.
Great spot. 7 dishes matched with 7 drinks. Food was well balanced with great flavour and texture combinations. The drinks were great fun, 3 wines (sparkling, white and fortified), 1 beer (lambic) and 3 cocktails.
Comida original, con sabores originales, nuevos, poca comida en el plato pero ya se sabe de un restaurante Degustación, solo he probado el Menu Sevilla de esta semana, pero repite para ver el resto..... Vale la pena, recomendable, solo falla el estar pegados a la calle....

I expected more from the dinner. Some ingredients don't go well together, and you have nothing on your plate. For the lobster plate, I'm still searching the lobster (it was a little piece not bigger than a coin, see foto) and for the desert, there were a handful of lemon zest with the sorbet. Adapted cocktails weren't adapted, acid,acid,acid ... They want to be great, but they aren't. Service was perfect, Alex was very nice!
