A wonderful and beautiful place with awesome food and great service. But actually it’s super cold and windy, when you sit inside beneath the automatic door. It’s got slots and it opens again and again and in February for dinner it’s really a frosty place. But as I said before: The food is awesome, the prices are absolutely moderate and the service is super friendly, helpful and kind. Make sure to wear enough knit wear and scarfs or find a place in the second or third row, than you can enjoy totally.

Been for a drink before service slow and inattentive but we thought we’d try the food as heard good reviews. Tuesday night so didn’t book but felt imposing as not reserved a table. Young staff very unprofessional and ill prepared laughing and joking amongst themselves. Moving tables around noisily and tables against sea wall were reserved but in the time we were there not used. Slow inattentive service. Starter just placed on table instead of in between as clearly sharing platter. Need to be better organised and imperfections dealt with out of view not clearly on restaurant floor. Hence food good. No tip. But won’t be returning.

I have ate at this restaurant a couple times now while visiting Mallorca. This restaurant has a great location being in downtown Palma not far from the cathedral and just outside the marina. The restaurant feels large with seating inside and on the outside patio. The service here has always been good and friendly the times I have been here. It is a grate place to relax and have some drinks and food but I am not much of a fish fan. It has other food but feel like you need to have the right appetite for it.

In summary: Hit and miss. Keep your fingers crossed for the attendant at the front to like you. Can you get a table? Depends on how they are feeling. They told us that they had a lot of reservations tonight, so they gave us one of the less desirable ones closer to the entrance. Is the atmosphere fantastic? Yes, calm, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Food wise, the paella was pretty good, but became amazing after we asked for lemon wedges and sprinkled that on top. Wines: the house rosé is pretty good, the house blanco is great.

We weren't blown away by the food nor the service. The drinks took too long to arrive (or not at all) and the food seems to be catering to tourists - pricey and not entirely authentic.

Stopped in for a bite to eat, sat ourselves. Did not get any service to the table for 11 minutes and it was not busy. The appetizers that we got were lightly breaded but really had no flavor. The anchovies were so fresh to the point that there were tiny bones in some bites. Service was not good, had to track our server down for drinks, food & refills. It does have a beautiful deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather. When in town again, probably wont stop in.

This is ok for a lunch but I would go somewhere else for dinner. Food is average but the price is to high for what you get. There is plenty of good seafood restaurants around that has amazing food.

Unfortunately not a great evening... To begin with multiple groups of people were sat before us (even though we were first in queue). Then after ordering our tapas and receiving part of the tapas a friend of mine was told they don't have any sardines left (which they could've said to begin with). Then we waited over 2 hours for our mains which were partially good. Beef tenderloin was lovely yet all of the lamb cutlets were more than well done (even though we ordered medium). It felt like we were neglected from the beginning with other families coming after and leaving before us. Great location and views at the sea but I wouldn't recommend coming if you don't look rich. Felt more like someone was trying to play a joke on us.

We waited 30 minutes for our food to come, then we asked for how long since other people had gotten theirs. Terrible service. We came here for drinks and the front waitress seemed like she did not want us there. When we asked for a table near the water she was not impressed despite many empty tables. We sat for about fifteen minutes watching other tables being served and given menus, any attempts to make eye contact or ask a question were ignored. We ended up leaving due to the appalling service. Don’t recommend.
