I was invited to a lunch party, and here are my impressions: the place is in a beautiful location, surrounded by greenery! We started with mixed cold cuts and delicious fried gnocco! For the first course, a risotto with strolghino ragù and leeks was truly top-notch! Buttered herb tortelli were delicious. For the second course, a Fassona beef roll stuffed with Parma ham and parmesan, served with baked potatoes, also very good. The wines always match the food! Highly recommended!

We had the opportunity to savor the food at this family-run agriturismo. A few kilometers from the Cisa highway exit, nestled in the Parma hills, lies this splendid place (the last stretch of road is a bit more challenging, but no big deal). Greeted by the typical sounds of a farm, you enter the rustic, time-honored rooms, meticulously maintained and very clean. The dishes are all excellent, using locally sourced ingredients. Highly recommended.

We went twice on two Saturday evenings in a row to admire the pool again, enjoy the view until sunset, and then enjoy dinner in a truly stunning location. If you want to enjoy a cool drink, this is the place. Their strong point, however, is the quality of the food: excellent first courses like lasagna, saffron gnocchi, and their locally sourced sliced ​​steak. The appetizers, including torta fritta, fried polenta, and delicious cured meats, are also delicious. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection. The price is also good. I recommend booking. The only downside is that service is a bit slow; if there are many tables, you may have to wait a bit, but it's worth it.

Rilassante, tradizionale e curato Il locale è un po' sperduto tra i colli parmensi, nonostante ciò è comunque conveniente fare qualche tornante in più per godersi un bel panorama e la classica arietta da prima collina. Le portate sono gustose, rispettando la tipicità dei piatti locali più conosciuti, caratterizzandoli ulteriormente con piccole varianti sempre gradite. Consigliati i ravioli e il cinghiale. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, lasciando spazio quanto basta all'informalità, senza però mai cadere nell'eccesso. Tutti i piatti (o comunque gli ingredienti per cucinarli) sono preparati dallo chef la mattina stessa, per questo motivo il proprietario pretende unicamente la presenza solo su prenotazione. Consigliato per un piacevole weekend estivo immersi nella tranquillità dei colli parmensi.

Lo valuto come ristorante per cui il voto alle camere non è attribuito. Cucina del territorio sempre buona e con materie prime a km zero di qualità . Una menzione per gli gnocchi col ragù di coniglio e zafferano. Ottimi davvero. Dolci azzeccati e Conto sempre oculato.

On summer days, lunch or dinner at Fagiano has become a constant, followed by a day by the pool overlooking the hills. A truly magnificent location in an oasis of peace and nature, with the added bonus of a pool that adds complete relaxation to the day. A very good restaurant with excellent, top-quality products and a selection of locally sourced produce. The portions aren't as large as you'd find in Parma's osterias, but they're still adequate. Good service, but with unfriendly attitudes.

We only stopped for lunch, so my rating is for the restaurant. We had two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts: everything was excellent! The torta fritta and the accompanying cured meats were delicious, and the potato cake is a must-try. The herb tortelli were excellent (our daughter loved them!), but the gnocchi were on a whole other level, truly delicious, melting in your mouth, and the porcini mushroom sauce was spectacular! The desserts were delicious and a perfect end to an excellent lunch. We'll definitely be back, especially for the friendliness and hospitality of the staff! A huge plus is the animals: chickens, cows, calves, and an adorable kitten!

C'E', purtroppo, UN MA! Il posto offre una vista spettacolare sul paesaggio che lo circonda. Il locale è abbastanza accogliente. Il cibo saporito come te lo aspetti, di solito, da quelle parti. Abbondante quanto basta. Ma ... non è giusto attendere 1 ora, da quando ti siedi, per avere la semplicità di un antipasto. Ed eravamo un piccolo tavolo di due persone! Un'ora è davvero troppo.
