Javier San Segundo Trigo

A restaurant with a very cozy dining room, excellent food at a good price, and excellent service. A varied daily menu (four starters, four main courses, dessert, and a drink) for €11, with a choice of entrecote (€14) or sirloin (€15.50). Highly recommended, definitely a repeat visit.

We went during the week to eat from the set menu. It costs 10.50, not a bad price, and they actually offer quite a lot of quantity. Everything was delicious, and we were served very well. We'll definitely be back.

A highly recommended place in the town of Parla (Madrid). A cozy spot for a relaxed meal, whether you prefer the à la carte menu or the set menu. The set menu, for only €10, is very good, with a variety of first courses, among which I highlight the scrambled eggs with mushrooms and the garlic mayo. For main courses, I tried all three options: the cod, the entrecote, and the San Jacobo, all very good. For dessert, the cheese flan was my favorite, although the rice pudding was also very good. A very good place!

We went without a reservation on Mother's Day, and it was incredibly busy, but they managed to get us a table for four. The waitress couldn't have been nicer and was attentive to everything. It took a while to serve us, but they let us know if we wanted to wait because it was very busy. They brought us an appetizer of olives and mini chorizos, we ordered a salad, a burger, and lobster rice, which was delicious with plenty of broth. The bread was also very good. The tiramisu I ordered was obviously homemade, and the lemon sorbet was also very good. Finally, we ordered a coffee and were offered three shots. We ordered the alcoholic herbal and non-alcoholic blackberry sorbet, which were also very good.

A very good restaurant, with high-quality food and reasonable prices (not cheap, but not expensive for what it offers). The staff is very attentive and prompt. 100% recommended. Make sure to make a reservation because it fills up quickly on weekends and holidays!

I enjoy Chipotle. I ate it twice this past week. It is tasty and fresh. I could say I do not like the green or red sauce. I just get guacamole and the pico de gallo. The service was fast and friendly. The second time I went, the guac wasa little brown and my chips bag was not even close to how they fill it. I was slightly disappointed this time.

They were out of lettuce today. Super helpful staff and I’m grateful for them. It’s the first time they run out in my personal experience. I visit 1-2 times a week.

The staff was nice and food was good, but they needed to clean up the tables a little better and quicker. Especially since they opened recently. Appearance goes a long way.

My family and i had lunch at this place today. My family enjoyed their food. They enjoyed their salad bowl. The servers were promt, friendly and pleasant. I wish i can say the same to the cashier. She wasnt as pleasant as the servers and wasnt helpful and friendly.

Ordered 3 chicken bowls and all of them were barely half full. Prices are higher, so paying more for less quantity. Rather than having them put salsa on my bowl, I asked for it on the side in a cup. She said they charge for this request. They never use to do this. Eventually she gave it to me at no charge. Also, not as friendly as prior experiences. Very disappointed and probably won't return to this Chipotle.

Aside from the friendliness of what appears to be the head waiter (an attractive blonde), the rest is very, very poor. Cold dishes, very inattentive, slow waiters, and average food... If you're passing through, it might be an option for a normal set menu, but nothing more. There's plenty of room for improvement.

The food line is disturbingly disgusting. I went in at 9:20 pm. There were rags on the the counter beans and meat and cheese all over the prepping table. I spoke to one of the workers ad to why is it so messy. And I was told that there gonna close soon. That is a sad excuse. They should clean as they go. Never had I ever seen a Chipotle this messy. Wish I took a picture.

I usually dont write bad reviews but this was truly a bad one with Chipotle. I made an online order and got home only to pick up my bowl weighing less than a tortilla. I open it up and I swear it looked like they gave me someone's leftovers. I was then looking for the chicken and I literally counted like 5 pieces. THIS is ridiculous. I didn't want to believe what social media was saying about the portions but it is very true that if they don't see you building the food, they will give you little to no portions. This is very disappointing and I know the portions can be very well served like Freebirds where they give you tons of meat choices and still have a successful business. Chipotle needs to get it together if they want to keep their customers.

I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to put this in my bag but this is just wrong. I come here at least once a week and lately they've been doing good with my orders. Good portions and my to-go orders are usually made on time. However, today I couldn't believe this was given to me when I ordered guacamole. Is this a joke? No, unfortunately not. I was charged extra for this. I have also gotten full pieces of green peppers (like with stem and all) when I ordered veggies in the past, so I stopped doing that. I'm so disappointed that they thought this was acceptable to eat.

They add ingredients you don't ask for. They added cheese in mine even though I didn't ask for it. For everyone who has a quantity problem, skip this chipotle. They pretend like they are adding a second scoop when requested but actually don't add anything. They are more focused on rushing you out yelling "anything else"

This is just unacceptable. If my husband wanted to eat his burrito with a fork, he would’ve ordered a bowl. Really disappointed in our experience and the lack of care from the Chipotle team tonight.

I found mold in my kids meal tortilla. I ate a piece and it had a foul taste, I checked it and saw MOLD! This is really unsafe

Added guac and queso, loaded up and this is the size that was provided. See photos. Drove 15 min there and 15 min back only to get this tiny meal at full price Made a friendly complaint and was told they would try to do better. No offer to make it right at all

We found a cockroach in the food. My sister was eating and she got a cockroach on her fork. So gross. 🥺The staff was laughing. They didn't even say sorry. She said I will return your money.

RIDICULOUS! I ordered this through the app and got barely under 10 pieces of steak. Barely any rice. Tik tok is right go in there and RECORD when they make it for you, if it isn’t enough WALK OUT

I walked in and order two bowls, bother the same but guacamole on one of them. I requested to please keep it light on pinto beans Despite this, the employee added a large amount of beans while staring at me. When I politely said I had asked for light beans, she responded rudely and asked, “Do you want protein?” in an unpleasant tone. I said excuse me? And again her answer was ‘’what kind of protein do you want’’ I felt uncomfortable and chose not to push the issue, especially with a line behind me so I proceeded to finish my order and walk out feeling so stupid. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service should remain respectful.

I am never one to talk about my food especially when someone else is making it but this is the SECOND time I ordered online and receive a bowl basically half empty. I asked for double meat and received less than half of the first portion they give. I ordered chicken and was getting pieces of steak in my bowl. It doesn’t even taste fresh even when I ordered it to be directed straight to my home.

I got two burritos. Double wrapped to make it easier. But they decided it would suit them better if they wrapped it into a ball with half the ingredients on the outside and as soon as I pick it up. The rest falls out. The girl had hella attitude the whole time and would separate the tortillas more than a 1/4 inch to make it even close to making it worth getting it double wrapped. I don’t get it like that because I want more tortillas. I get it was lunch rush but come on. No competence at all. Good food tho. Trash service.

Let's start by saying that if I order double chicken, rice, and beans, I would like to receive that. When I ordered online and picked up a burrito smaller than my fist, I said that this wasn't what I ordered. The lady who made it wasn't too pleased. I didn't say anything rude or disrespectful, but you can believe she had an attitude. Maybe make the order the way it was placed, and you won't have to redo it.

A very bad experience. I wouldn't go back. We ordered baby eels as a starter, which were a bit oily but okay, but then the main courses took ages to arrive. There were only five tables to serve in the dining room. We ordered Andalusian-style calamari, and you can see it in the photo… We had to send it back; it was cold, without batter, and inedible. Then came the desserts… They offered desserts they didn't know what they were, and desserts they didn't even have. In the end, I didn't order anything. Between one thing and another, they couldn't figure out if it was a chocolate fondant or a brownie. It was truly awful, and you can see the flan they served us in the photo. It's a shame because I'd heard great things about Els Fogones de Parla, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We went for lunch on Saturday with the family. When we arrived, they opened the windows because the dining room was filled with smoke and a draft—it was freezing cold, like wearing two jackets. For starters, we ordered ham croquettes that tasted like flour, a cold and dry scrambled egg dish, and Cantabrian anchovies, but they brought us whitebait in vinegar. For our main course, we ordered two ribeye steaks for the children (medium-rare, but they were burnt), and for the adults, we ordered rice with lobster. Honestly, there was way too much rice and a lot of bouillon cube and food coloring. We didn't eat it. Very expensive for what it was. The service was terrible. I don't recommend it.
