The food was good, even though it has a couple calories the taste makes up for it. Your food is ready within 5 minutes and has a lot of customization options for low cal and vegans. Restaurant had a lot of tables and booths to sit at.

12/07/2023 5:50 PM BEST DAMN MANAGER ON DUTY!!! My wife ordered a drink and I forgot to pick it up with my order. When i drove back to get the missed drink, he already knew what item i forgot to get, and also threw in a free orange chicken. He was also very friendly and went above and beyond his duty to make sure i knew it was a mistake. The employees where also really nice and helpful 10/10 management

Food is always fresh here. The management runs this location so well and the employees are always friendly and quick. Never have old cold food and they are always ready for my quick lunch orders. Also use them for large catering orders for work.

Always have liked it. Lately their Orange Chicken, at all locations, is a bit dry and very little sauce. My sons have said the same thing about the one in Oahu were they are Stationed. All in all the food and service are good.

When I got here, nearly everything was out. I guess they had run out and were busy cooking more. But that's no reason to be rude or pushy to the employees. Be respectful and kind to our workers. They work just as hard, if not harder, than most of you. My food was great, even if they only had 2 options at the time, but I'd still go back because the service was great as always!

Love the food here, this is out go to Panda. I do wish they had the eggplant and tofu dish, maybe one day! Amazing staff, very quick and efficient during the lunch rush. They go above and beyond, they deserve a raise!!

Simply Kids favorite, and if kids are happy everybody is happy, usually the boys get the bigger plate, orange chicken a must and the chicken rolls. Good fast friendly service,what else can we ask for and the adorable panda mascot what's not to like.

Soraya was A+++. Great customer service and attentive. Really made me feel welcomed and the food was DELICIOUS! Every time I’ve been to this location it’s clean, smells great and food look SUPER FRESH! Worth a stop by every time and they do stay busy from open to close. Great spot for Panda Express. Thanks guys. Jesus Loves Us ! Psalms 91 is a great protection verse.

Everything was expected, but I'd be hard pressed to give a Panda Express a 5 star. It's still exactly what it is. I will say that when I went the workers had to suffer through something like 30+ people after me because of a school event or something similar and they didn't have any issue or rush me.

I had an issue with my delivery order not being delivered. Came in and spoke to a male manager who's name starts with a "M". I explained the issue and showed him the issue I was having. He and his staff quickly offered to remake the order fresh aswell as offered me a complimentary large drink. I lost out on the delivery fee but these guys made up for it. Thank you to the whole team.

Food good and fresh. Service great at end of selection and payments. However in the beginning I was ready to walk out. We stood there while the first person service was filling pans and wiping down the area and never looked up or acknowledged our presence. I would have her work in the kitchen and not serving customers. Overall, it was ok experience. Good thing there food was good.

Both ladies who helped us were cool and efficient. But the lady who was our cashier' love to smash and crash everything. Really loud. Everything from pots and pans, but smiled. Great food consistent with other Panda express's.

Been in the car for four or five hours needed somewhere to eat got there about an hour before they close. Everybody is already cleaning washing tables and floors. Food was not fresh. I had teriyaki chicken, which was absolutely terrible.

For the first time since I started eating at panda 20 years ago I had burned kung pao chicken. I went to give them a heads up and I was very surprised with the manager attitude. He was like this how it supposed to be as if I’m making stuff up he didn’t even bother to look at it I took the food quickly back to the table and left it there .

Disappointed with the serving portion of everything. Of all the Panda Express I’ve been to this branch has smallest serving. Ordered big plate with half half of rice and chow mein but the noodle is only quarter portion and fried rice is not fully cooked. And the 3 entree orange chicken, mushroom chicken and teriyaki didn’t give us much as well.

Ordered online to avoid having to wait in line, and when I walked up to the store and saw the line, I was glad I ordered ahead. Until I got to the pick up counter. I had to wait for them to cook the mushroom chicken that I ordered 35 minutes earlier. Finally got my order, and you guessed, after the line I was trying to avoid, had gone al the way through. WHAT'S THE POINT TO ORDER AHEAD!!!!!!!

It's Panda, what more can you say. Food and customer service is good. Great location right off the fwy. Currently as of this post(7/16/2020) they are not accepting cash(they will if you force the issue) or giving change. So they are asking that you either donate to a charity the change to the nearest whole dollar, that they owe you or loose your change.

They have good food but the employees are so lazy and they don't pay attention and most of the time distracted. Everytime I go here to enjoy some chinese cuisine, they always mess up my entries and it wastes my time. Overall they have good food but bad employees.

I went today during my lunch time, and i asked the person this girls that was helping me with my order if she can give me a cup for water, on my way out i asked her for sauce instead she started telling me by the way you needed to get water not soda infront of more people, i told her that i got water not soda and i even showed it to her. I called to speak with the manager he apologized. He stated that, that is something that always happened. She didn't have a good customer service. Not going back again.

Busy as usual but could not keep up in the kitchen. So I went with the typical shrimp walnut and orange chicken. Well to my surprise the spoons or woks mixed with spicy chicken. Not happy. Most of the beef menu was not unavailable as well. Tables not wiped and trash was so full had to leave leftovers on the tray on top.

Ordered food took them 30mins to get me it, in side the shop. Wasted my entire lunch. I asked them to just switch out the items with extra teryaki chicken, if they didn't have the other stuff. Refused.

horrible called and asked if they accepted EBT and they said "yes" so we go and order *which took a while with the cashier making faces to her friend* then the bomb shell she said its not working let me manually do it so she did then she called the manager and he said "we dont accept EBT sir" then i replied "but i called and you said you do accept EBT" so then i went and made hom dinner. i wish no one has to deal with such poor service

Food was portion was skimpy, as well as no teriyaki sauce on the TERIYAKI CHICKEN along with no consideration to even think " hey lets add the sauces on the side just in case they want them", along with overcharging me with the small portion plate, then I called them and they basically ignored my call.

Very rude and cheap on giving food only gave 4 orange chicken pieces & very little rice. All the tables were dirty. Did not change soda syrup after being told that it was empty. We were immediately dismissed by working staff.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:40pm on 7/26. There were no entrees other than 3 or 4 pieces of shrimp. I was told that they were cooking some and it would be ready shortly. After waiting for the food to be ready I ordered the only thing available, the orange chicken and last 3 shrimp. When I went to order a beverage, I was told that there was no ice. After eating some of my meal I found a hair in the chicken. I went up to the counter and told an employee (Sara) that I had found a hair in my food. She said, "What?! Show me", as if she didn't believe me. I showed her the hair in the chicken and she laughed at me and said that was my hair from my beard. I told her that it was stuck in the breading and was clearly not my hair. She called the manager over (Brenda) and she offered to replace the food. I commented that there were no other entrée options and that was the reason I ordered what I ordered. She offered to have something made for me, however I did not have any more time to waste as I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I kindly asked for a refund which was begrudgingly given to me minus the cost of the beverage with no ice. Sara then chimed in telling me that I "could have just left" and "nobody made me stay" and wait for the chicken. She then mocked me for asking for a refund. I asked what the problem was and commented on the fact that she is working in a customer service / retail environment and all I wanted was food without hair in it or my money back. (A reasonable request) Again she laughed and told me "This isn't my only job." She continued to make comments under her breath as I walked out in awe of what had just transpired. As I write this, the following morning, I am still shocked at the behavior of that employee (Sara) and I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken to prevent this type of interaction in the future.

I really cannot believe what I witnessed. The shift manager, Jacob, just yelled at a customer stating that they were going to make sure said person losses their Job with grubhub because the store didn't want to make the order they were there for. Ontop he said that he was going to make sure they were banned from ever coming back to said panda. I don't know what Jacob's problem was, the person was only there to do their job. Management needs to be looked into.

Very poor experience. I was overcharged had to explain to the person working the register twice that she overcharged me. I had to point out in the receipt what was overcharged. Manager Gladys was nice and gave me a cash refund. Had to wait for the food to be cooked. Got home no napkins, soy sauce or utensils in the bag, and they forgot my egg roll. My bowl of chicken with vegetables had about 4 pieces of chicken in it. Called Gladys and she apologized and offered a free egg roll and an entree next time I go in. I will never go back to panda express ever again. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I didn’t like how they cooked the food idk but it was cold like if they didn’t put any love into while they were cooking it. It’s like they’re trying to sell it to you in the picture but with no flavor. The green beans don’t look fresh and the rangoons look pretty dull they were pretty soggy. But overall I’ll give it a 1

They’re egg rolls aren’t even crunchy they are soft wet(with water from moister) just hands down worst experience. It’s declining in service.

I visit this Panda Express every two days because it’s the only local fast food place that consistently served fresh food, and they offered brown rice, which was a major plus. When I came in today to order my usual, I was disappointed to learn that they no longer serve brown rice. Despite the letdown, I decided to stay since I was hungry. I noticed there wasn’t much Beijing Beef on display, and what was there didn’t look appetizing. I asked the server helping me if more was being prepared, and she confirmed that it can be, though it would be a wait. Fresh food is worth waiting for, so I didn’t mind. However, just 30 seconds into my wait, an order was placed on the bar to be added to the service line. As the server turned to pick it up, she accidentally knocked the tray to the floor, along with everything around it. Both the cook and the server were visibly shocked. The server promptly grabbed a broom and mop to clean up the mess. While sweeping, she picked up the dishes and took them to the back, all except for a measuring cup, which she left near the station where ingredients to each dish is kept. Concerned, I discreetly took a picture of the measuring cup to remind her not to forget it, as a few more guests had walked in. To my dismay, the cook then picked up that same measuring cup and began using it to prepare the ingredients for the Beijing Beef. He paused, seemingly remembering that it had fallen on the floor, and looked up at me, then quickly looked away. At that point, I left the store and will not be returning. What started as a simple mistake left me questioning everything about the cleanliness and food safety at this location.

While I consistently provide five-star ratings and appreciate Panda Express, I was disappointed to receive a to-go order containing burnt teriyaki chicken. The oversight in quality control during packaging is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and the manager's handling of this situation.
