Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

I've always been a fan of Fatburger. I used to go to the one on Victoria Ave in Ventura all the time before it closed. I wasn't even aware one had opened in the Camarillo outlets until yesterday, when I happened to be walking through with my parents and saw it. I knew I had to have it immediately. The good news: my burger tasted just as I had remembered it. The mustard-heavy taste might not be for everyone but I absolutely love it. The bad news: this particular branch had the most apathetic employees I've seen in a while. The cashier was pretty short with us, not so much as a "for here or to go" (we were going to eat there but he gave us a bag, whoops). My dad also later noticed that he sagged his pants much lower than should be allowed within a mile of a kitchen... The worst offense came with my dad's order. He ordered a "Skinnyburger," which is meant to be toppings wrapped between two patties. Emphasis on "wrapped," because what he was given was totally different. They actually just tossed all of the burger components in a salad bowl and threw a fork in the bag. How they could have put in so little effort is beyond me. While my own burger was fine and good, it was pretty depressing to watch my dad try and figure out his burger salad.

As a visitor from Australia, I never try to go in again.also order did come out wrongly but didn't get good vibe to go and ask for something. 2 young man on entire restaurant. Hoping this restaurant makes it ...not same quality I known from others locations in Los Angeles . They do have good local beers on tap 🙂 that fill from bottom of glass? Management needs to coach you all how constructs a Fatburger burger. Oh brown paper bags use plastic trays for instore dining.

Not pleased, no tomatoes, who eats a burger without tomatoes, asked for no onions, tons of onion on my burger.also no sweetener for iced tea. Literally shivering while eating here, so cold, only good thing was guy that helped us was super sweet. Probably won't ever eat here again. Hope your experience is better than mine was. Good luck.

Not pleased, no tomatoes, who eats a burger without tomatoes, asked for no onions, tons of onion on my burger.also no sweetener for iced tea. Literally shivering while eating here, so cold, only good thing was guy that helped us was super sweet. Probably won't ever eat here again. Hope your experience is better than mine was. Good luck.

I would not recommend this place to anyone especially the way that a co-owner of an establishment treats people along with his partner or whoever this woman may be (Alexandra) is just terrible as someone in the fast food industry should be ashamed. Let someone talk to their family members or their employees the way that they spoke to an employee at a different establishment then they would be very upset as well. These people are super distasteful & are evil human beings to have so much anger over NOTHING is what is driving me away from their restaurant and should drive more people away also. Who wants to eat at a place where their owner, can’t even treat people with respect.

Like onions rings, so one star, no special sauce for it,🫤 just ketchup. Hamburger, no flavor or the chili on it. Got a chicken sandwich with Cajun that was not spicy, no flavor.

Ordered 3 burgers the patties were as flat as the tomato slice and burnt! Complained and they said that's how they come lol I said I eat at the Fat burger by my house in Sherman Oakes and their big and not burnt they said not theirs! They didnt offer a refund or make us other ones! We will never go back and I'm going to let it be known! The name should b be flat burger! Eat at the Chinese or philly steak place much butter and you get more food then a flat price of burnt meat!

A tad below Habit burger quality. The price does not reflect the flavor. Excessive ground pepper seasoing. Meat is on par with Smart and Final meat. Will not be eating here again. Owner/ GM is rude. Doesn't seem to understand that we the customers provide him with work.

With Beavis and Butthead running the kitchen it was a miracle I got my food. They gave me my burger warm, too much salt in the patty and my fries more than 5 minutes after getting my burger.

I got there "famous" Buffalo wings and man they were the most disgusting wings I've ever had in my life!!!!!! Didn't even taste fried. The wings felt like they were boiled and added sauce . Chicken skin was extremely rubbery didn't taste fried at all!! I feel so disgusted even eating those chicken wings! My partner got a burger and said was flavorless. Very bad quality everything! All that was almost 50 dollars thats ridiculous!! Could've spent a bit more and went to wood ranch

They were clearly understaffed. Only 2 people working so had to wait 20mins for wings and fries. Guy behind the counter (blonde with a black backwards cap) was both helpful and nice, but they seemed to be out of half the wing sauces. We got regular fries instead of the sweet potato fries we ordered, and when I went to get a side of honey mustard and ranch it took 11mins - 6mins to be spoken to and 5mins to receive sauces (maybe they had to make the blue cheese?). Boneless wings themselves had freezer burn and weren't very cohesive, more bread than meat. Would not recommend to anyone - there are several other options within 30ft.

NEVER COMING BACK!! I wanted to give this place a try given the reviews weren’t terrible and I needed a break from In n Out, but it was the biggest mistake of my life. Tasteless meat & terrible customer service. You’d think it would be better since you’re paying more than one typically would but no. I’d rather eat a cardboard sandwich. Will be letting everyone I know not to waste their time or money on this place.

Their food is whack and expensive. The burger is mostly relish and mustard. They do not give you napkins. There were no napkins to be found in the entire restaurant and we ordered chicken wings.

Not a local to the area. The location seems to have been removed and is no longer there. According to google maps it is by the corner, I drove around 3 times and didnt see it

Bad service. I ordered sweet potato fries, a burger and shake. 5 minutes after ordering, I was informed they don't have any more sweet potato fries. When my burger comes, I told him he forgot my sahek. The attendant tells me I remember you saying you'd like a maui shake but he didn't't add it to the order. .... I don't understand how this place is in business.
