Ristorante carino, cibo molto buono, personale disponibile, l’unico problema il servizio. Sarà stato che in cucina uno stava alla griglia e una cucinava tutto il resto e era la sera di San Valentino, quindi il locale era pieno ma per far arrivare il primo antipasto (vitello tonnato) abbiamo aspettato 1h e 20 minuti, per le mie fettine di carne 2 ore di attesa, poi bisognerebbe parlare delle proporzioni perché per una persona erano troppe per una persona però scelta del ristorante, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto annullare 3 piatti perché si erano fatte le 23. Però il personale era molto disponibile e molto carino e hanno saputo continuare il servizio in modo organizzato nonostante il disagio di tutte le persone per l’attesa dei piatti e si sono scusati per il disagio che non era assolutamente colpa loro. Secondo me, io sono capitato alla serata degli imprevisti, credo che se ci ritornerei un altro giorno sarebbero molto più organizzati. Io lo consiglio sia per le serate di coppia sia per le serate tra famiglie e amici.

I would have given 5 stars for everything, but 4 stars seems appropriate. I don't know if it's just because it's Christmas 2022 lunch or if they've changed and overhauled the usual menu. I have to say that I ate really well, and not the usual things I expected and that they made every time I ate here. I have to return, hoping to find the same chef's expertise and the same menu that satisfied me. Christmas 2023. Same expertise and same quality. Everything excellent. This time, however, the service left much to be desired. They forgot to serve us one dish from the menu. After pointing out that the entire table of 12 people hadn't been served, the waiter went to others to reassure himself, as if I were lying. I pointed out to one of the waiters that a service sometimes includes second helpings, but he told me I had to ask for them. This isn't usually the case. One of the waiters served the skewers with his bare hand, taking them from the tray and placing them on the plates. I also pointed out that serving them with tongs wouldn't hurt. If you didn't have wine or water at the table, you had to ask for it. They could have done better, but inexperience leads to mistakes.

Friends brought me... Not bad, good classic cuisine... I was hoping for something more ☺️ Variety on the à la carte menu with the addition of 2 tasting menus! Generous portions. Variety in desserts, we tried 4 different desserts and everyone loved them!! Very cute interior, table layout with adequate distance and COVID regulations followed to the letter 👍 you can also eat outside, but I can't say anything about it, it's out of season now. The staff is very kind and available for any request!! Recommended place for a quiet Sunday lunch!!

We went on Christmas Day, perhaps a bad day from all points of view. The staff, despite their attention, could not do better, minimal portions and the second course started with the potatoes first and then after 20 minutes the meat, flavors a bit lacking and for €62 per person not good but I repeat, full day. We will try again because it was a lot of stuff and I went there often and left happy. To be reviewed👍🏼

What can I say....I went to dinner with some old school friends...nice, quiet place, good food, but slow, slow, slow service. Some of us waited more than an hour before eating something! And the place wasn't even full. Ok, grilled meat has to be made at the moment and takes time, but waiting all this time for a chicken, a hamburger and a fillet...It would have been "kind", given the wait, if something had been brought to the table to "cushion" the hunger. You can't order at 9:30 pm and start eating at 10:40 pm....Too bad!

I was really disappointed because years ago the food here was truly good: the meat was spectacular. I don't know if I came on the wrong night, but the ribs, chicken, and potatoes were inedible. I highly recommend removing the pepper from the hot appetizer. And as far as I'm concerned, the only redeeming feature is the wait staff: attentive, courteous, and fast. I'm disappointed because I had such wonderful memories of this place; I used to come here every Sunday...obviously, they've changed management, and tonight's dinner was embarrassing. Well, what can I say...I'm truly sorry.

- Interminable waits - Poor organization - Lack of respect for customers (it would take very little to handle unpleasant situations, but the staff lacks the desire to accommodate) - Confusion over orders - Unpleasant evening - I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND The evening began around 8:30 PM when we sat down at the table, 11 adults and 2 children. Between one thing and another, we ordered at 9:00 PM, specifying that one plate of ribs was for one child and one plate of fusilli with meat sauce was for the other child, and asking if they could bring their food first... The wait was interminable just for the drinks, which we had to ask for several times. When we asked how long it would take for the children's orders, we were rudely told that it would take as long as we wanted because there is a limited number of ribs on the grill. However, seeing as how many tables adjacent to ours with fewer people were being served first, the same ones were served first. The dishes we ordered for the children, having also ordered after us. At 10:45 PM, the first course arrived: two plates of bruschetta from the mixed grill menu, while the children were still waiting. At 11 PM, they started bringing out the orders randomly (two plates for one person, zero for another, etc.), including one of the two plates of fusilli with meat sauce (we later discovered they missed the second one), and so one of the two children finally started eating, even though he had already stuffed himself with bread due to hunger. When bringing the dishes, the waiters were very confused and couldn't distinguish the dishes from the a la carte menu from those from the grill/tasting menu (these differ in size because they are meant to be shared by multiple people, and we found ourselves with people with the grill menu having to share a smaller plate ordered à la carte, and people eating dishes intended for the grill menu alone). A discussion arose over their poor organization because I specifically asked the waitress if a dish that seemed particularly large was meant to be served à la carte. I was told that if it was served that way, it was correct because they told me so beforehand. But when the actual à la carte dish arrived, the same waitress told us we were wrong. After I specifically asked her the question, she even pretended to be right. It didn't take much, really, anything, a simple "sorry for the mix-up." On the other hand, I'm of the opinion that only those who don't work don't make mistakes, but I can't stomach the arrogance and disrespect. Anyway, to cut it short, I asked for the missing dish to be wrapped up and I would have taken it away as it had spoiled my appetite. When the bill came in at €456, the owner showed no remorse or regret for what had happened, not even a bitter liqueur offered as an apology, not even a verbal apology... Total coldness. Lost customers, I'll never return! I'd like to point out that before this episode, I'd dined there several times, but with a smaller, more manageable group and upstairs where I was served by different staff, and such unpleasant episodes had never happened... I was very disappointed to see how this place has deteriorated, a real shame because the food is good but it's not worth the money to ruin an evening.
