Not the first time. They always serve hot coffee at normal temperatures which is good for some people, but I prefer hot.

First time at this location and I felt super rushed. I got there around 7:15 or 7:20, and the place closes at 8 pm. It seemed like they were already starting to shut down. I just wanted a quick coffee but the whole experience felt off. She Didn't even asked what size coffee ☕ I wanted. She just made a small cup & I wanted a LARGE cup ☕. Honestly, I think they just wanted us gone as quickly as possible. It's so annoying when places pull stunts like that. And the fact that the bathroom was "out of order" felt like a total excuse. They probably didn't want people lingering. It's a shame when businesses aren't upfront with customers. NEVER coming back here again. Businesses already having a hard time staying afloat. They don't need nasty workers with poor attitude serving customers, it's bad for business. If they don't know how to serve people and they can't hack it they need to leave the job find something else in the back where they don't have to deal with people. ⳻᷼⳺

I stopped in this morning to grab a coffee on the go. As I usually get a coffee from Dunkin every morning or every other morning just not this location. With that being said I usually scan my Dunkin app for points as I’m a regular customer so I had some reward points which I redeem in this store and use it to get a medium hot coffee. after I placed my order and scanned my points to pay for the coffee the guy give me that racist look so he decided to messed up my order purposely all because I used my points to pay for the coffee and I know this was done intentionally. I ordered a Medium hot coffee 3 Milk 2 Sugar mind me there is no other customer waiting in front of me for their order and he was taking way longer to make my coffee which was very obvious that he was trying to waste my time. Anyways I didn’t say anything to him I patiently waited for my coffee, when he handed it to me I looked at the label and it says Medium Hot Coffee Black I said to him this is not what I ordered he then replied to me and said” It’s not black coffee inside. I had a feelings he was lying because the label clearly says something else so I opened the lid right there on the counter and it was Black Coffee Inside. I said to him again this is not what I ordered he then goes” Oh that wasn’t yours I said to him but you handed it to me in my had and said here is your coffee sir. I don’t understand why the workers should have an attitude when it’s time to redeem in store points which we earn as customers. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin on coffee I don’t earn the point for free. This guy shouldn’t be working at any Dunkin Donuts. I will be going back to get his name and file a complaint to the store manager.

I placed my mobile order 10 minutes before i got there and it still wasn’t ready. i stood there and waited another ten minutes and then the lady working there asked me what i ordered. i tried showing her my phone to show her the mobile order but she said “no don’t show me the phone just tell me” in a very rude tone. i said a pink spritz refresher and she still managed to give me the wrong order but i was fed up so i left. the staff cannot handle the how busy it is as there were multiple other people waiting. i also heard the employees mocking and laughing at a man trying to place his order at the cash register which no worker was at.

This is the worst location i've been to and that's saying a lot cause Dunkin is a horrible business known for terrible employees and service. I drive up to the window. My food is literally sitting right on the table. The window attendant cashier walks around for over 6-7 minutes without reaching for it. I simply drive off and leave with it. They constantly put the donut upside down, making the frosting stick to the bottom. I've stopped going and I'm at a point where I would never go to any of them. You're better off at a Bodega. Better food, employees that care and better prices. $10 for their crappy bagels or $4 for someone making a real one. This store, it's employees and it's brand is garbage. Skip it. Drive up further and stop at a mom and pop's place for real food and service.

This place is beginning to be like a McDonald's hang out spot. Crowds from the school is building up. Weed smoke at the front. Kids skipping class. Homeless asking for money at the drive thru. Kids hanging out at the parking spots, can't even get in without bumping into the students to park your car. Leaving trash in the parking lot for the staff to sweep up later. When class is over end of day it's even worse. Sometimes an NYPD van has to enter the parking lot to monitor the kids.

This is the worse Dunkin I have ever been to. The service is always bad, they cannot keep up with the busy area and orders. My food is cold or messy when I order here. I literally have to ask for my order multiple times when I did mobile order. Something needs to be done, new management or a new crew this is ridiculous
