I usually order for delivery and they are always earlier than the estimated time they give me. Always nice and pizza always great!! 😊 The new girl Lily was so sweet to me on the phone when I called to place my order. Although she was still learning, she did a great job and I really appreciated her concern towards me when she felt she was taking to long, but I assured her she was doing great and take her time. This Team at Mountain Mikes Cameron Park is the BEST.. Amazing Cutomer Service. From the Start the customer service was AMAZING... They knew how to answer my questions.. The Pizza was Also EXCELLENT.. Try the BBQ Bacon Ranch.. Awesome.. Pepperoni was perfect.. We ordered for our Dealership and everybody couldn't stop Raving about it...

We've been getting pizza from Mountain Mike’s in Cameron Park almost every Tuesday for the past 5 years and there's a reason we keep coming back. They’re not just a pizza place to us anymore. The staff knows us by name, remembers our usual order, and always makes sure everything is exactly how we like it. That kind of personal touch is rare these days, and it’s what makes this spot feel like a real part of the neighborhood. On top of the great service, the pizza is consistent, hot, and ready on time. We will continue to use this location for years to come.

Ordered some pizza off of the slice app. I had a credit for doing Google reviews. My pizza was hot and fresh. I enjoyed the topping ratio on my pizza. I was a tad disappointed in the flavor of the red sauce. It wasn't has tangy as i remember. Overall a good pizza experience. I'd definitely order again.

Well, my visit here today was ok, I arrived at 11:30am, which was a few mins into the lunch buffet time. Unfortunately, there wasn't any pizza ready. The games weren't turned on for entertainment, I noticed a small girl maybe age 4 wondering around behind the counter, in the back and by the coin machines plus she had a small riding toy for entertainment which I don't think bringing your child to work is ok especially were there is hot ovens and food being preped.. The salad bar area was ok and had a good amount of options, I guess it was good, I started with that because then 2 pizza's and cheese bread sticks were brought out. The food was good and hot, dining area was clean but some of the booths needs repair to the seats. Overall it was a nice visit, the food and price was reasonable but I hope the next time all will be better So Thank you!

Good pizza, but the "offers" you get on their website dont apply correctly to your order no matter how you try to redeem them. Tried calling to ask how and the guy i talked to was no help. told me those were "online only". We did not complete our order.

I had a disgusting experience here for the first time ever two days ago, I ordered a pizza for pick up and once I got home my husband and I began to eat and we both noticed that something wasn’t right, I took a better look at the chicken and meat that was on the pizza and it was undercooked. This has never been a problem before so I decided to call mountain Mike’s and tell them about the issue, a man answered the phone and said that he would check the ovens, I asked to speak with a manager so that I can get some type of refund and he said they don’t do refunds but the manager would be back in a half hour and she will give me a call so I left my phone number for her and still haven’t received a call back. This is so wrong in my opinion. No restaurant should ever send out the food without checking the internal temp. Of the meat. My husband and I got sick we’ve been having stomach issues since we ate just a slice of the pizza🤦🏻‍♀️ terrible terrible terrible experience and I will not be returning. I would still like my refund though, $40 just to get sick. Unbelievable.

We came here on a Friday night, trying to support a local business. Place was dead. Management had moved a video game to block the entrance to the bathroom. Husband and son lost money in a malfunctioning video game, manager told them to contact the manufacturer of the video game. Spent over $100 for a new nightmare. We will never make this mistake again.

We ordered 3 pizzas from them today, which were soggy and had little to no cheese also half of them were burnt. This is the second time we ordered from them and had these same issues. When we voiced our concerns with them instead of fixing the issues at hand we were met with attitude. Extremely disappointed with the results as this was our go to pizza place and we thought we would give it one last try.

Another hour passed, and when I called again, I was told the pizza had already been delivered — which was absolutely not true. We had been waiting nearly three hours with no food. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who promised a full refund within 4 days. I checked my account today and no refund was ever issued. When I called back, the manager treated me as if I was trying to commit fraud instead of honoring the refund they promised. I simply want the refund I was guaranteed. Because they failed to follow through, I now have to file a chargeback with my bank. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend staying away unless you’re willing to risk lost time, money, and poor customer service.
