our local McDonald's when we order lunch for the shop, they always leave things out, this time a missing big mac and ranch sauce, paid for and listed on the receipt, our orders are too big to pull everything out to verify, end up going elsewhere for a while and try again in a couple months

Food and service is fine but they do turn the app off and not allow you to order for pickup and then ask you in the drive through if your using the app. Seems kinda wierd that they can pick and choose when you can use the app

Please secure lids on teas. It always looks like someone tempers with them, they always seem to be almost opened

Most days it’s fine. Others they don’t warm the hamburgers because the cheese isn’t even melted. They also run out of ice cream , no shakes, sundaes etc.. it’s been better lately, but once your car is in line and they dont have what you want to order your stuck until line moves through. Wish they could put out a sign saying when they can’t serve any ice cream items. That would be really helpful. Servers have always been curtious in drive thru. I can’t say what inside is like because I only use drive-through.

I would not go here if you have a major food allergy. I honestly doubt they would take it seriously. The building is run by under age high-school students who will not talk to you unless they have to. You are strongly encouraged to use the automated board to order which the elderly people I care about struggle with very much. The board says if you have trouble come up to the counter, however the employees get noticeably upset when you do so. Once food is ordered it on average takes about 15-30 minutes to get the food (if its the correct food the first time) so do not go on a lunch break. I would not bring children here (evenings especially) as it is NOT clean. The tables and drink machine are sickening. I usually try to say something good about a place as well but I cant think if anything.

They are always forgetting items. If you ordered from them, make sure you look at your order before you leave. No joke. 5 orders and at least one to two missing items per order.

Okay so Im vegetarian but I love McDonald’s. Whats so special about them? I think its the bun and the onions smothered in ketchup. So ive been ordering that with no meat ofc. I ordered 5 of them (Not all for me!). And I always check them. There were no onions and one pickle each😢 I called them to complain and they did offer to exchange them but I was already home. I suggest not attending this McDonalds if you want everything thats advertised on the burgers.

Did my first mobile order. Order took 10 minutes to get. The order was for 2 sausage McMuffin sandwiches. I got this huge bag with a small bag inside which had 1 sausage McMuffin. Had to go back and get the other one. Why the big bag for such a small order?

I got ripped off. I bought 2 Happy Meals with water at 3pm 9/25. I was given 2 small cups and had to fill it at the fountain. At another McD my friend got a 16 oz bottle of Diasani water. Did they resell my bottle of water or take it home as a freebie? Never again.

I would give 0 stars if possible… My lunch is 1:00-1:30, I ordered around 12:55pm yesterday and sat at the curb side pickup until 1:25pm and never got my order, I called them they said they cant do anything about it Same issue today, I placed the order at 12:45pm sat at the curbside pickup until 1:20pm…. Absolutely ridiculous I will never come to this location again and I will make it my personal mission to make sure my friends, family and co workers dont waste their time and money here.

The girl taking orders was nice but we waited forever with no one in the restaurant to make our order. We were the only order and no one to be seen. No other customers and no employees working. It was only 9pm. All we got was a medium fry and a drink and it took longer than when there’s a huge line. The girl said they were “doing things in the back” not sure what that means but sounded very shady…
