Great place to eat. The lunch buffet is very reasonable and they keep the pizza coming! Good salad and pizza, always good! Feb 2022 No buffet currently, they are serving lunch and dinner. Salad was fresh and the pizza was fresh and hot! We'll definitely be back and we are looking forward to the buffet opening back up! Glad they are open!!

I take my family here twice a month. My son loves the games and pizza. I really enjoy the beer wall, pizza and the service is top notch. If you want to take your family out for pizza and a good time, bring them here! You will not be disappointed.

This is a cool place for family fun! Games for the kids inside and some out door games set up on the patio. Huge outdoor seating area. Self serve beer wall was pretty awesome. Completely updated inside and out.

Great place to have a birthday party or a meeting session with your cub scouts. Love these boys. We had a great meeting learning knot tying and yes that included tying knots for our sporting neck ties. The food and the service was AWESOME. Thank you Pizza Factory, Doug and Den 1 for Pack 550.

Had our son’s birthday party tonight… best time ever! Our food was amazing, the staff was perfect and continued to check on us, and the place looked great. A local favorite for sure. Amazing staff, great service, clean and welcoming environment... Incredible salad bar, delicious pizza, and a good variety of menu choices. Plus, the kids LOVE the arcade, and always come home with fun prizes... Keeps them busy, while we enjoy some of PF's yummy beer and wine selections. ;)

Nice renovation with new patio dining option including: gas fire pits surrounded by overstuffed wicker chairs, large shade sails, tables & chairs for eating, high slatted fencing sheltering it, and free family yard games! Their food is always great! They seem to always have new, special promotional pizzas to try, which only seem to be advertised by flyers and small signs in the restaurant. The staff is always friendly. It is a bit pricey, so catch the sales when you can. Very popular for smallish birthday parties and kids' sports teams. Always loud inside - lots of kids playing the arcade games, people talking, phones ringing and many workers busy working in their open kitchen - very party/large family gathering type vibe.

My six year old daughter and I dined here tonight for the first time. Everything felt very clean and new. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the pizza and wings were delicious! The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because (like many others mentioned) many of the games were broken. This wouldn’t be a big deal except several of them ate my money, and there was no one there to get a refund. I didn’t want to bug the busy staff making food, so I just let it go. It would be great if they had a dedicated person in the arcade area to help with the machines, but it’s so hard to hire and retain people-that I get this isn’t feasible. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back!

Food is always awesome here! If you have kids that like playing the games in the arcade be prepared to lose credits on broken or incomplete games. Half of the games had issues during our time here. The connect 4 basketball game did not even have balls. Realized that after spending 10 credits.

Everyone is nice here, and they let Teams come for parties, but they are turnaround time to get pizza and breadsticks was ridiculous tonight. We ended up, not even getting our breadsticks and had to get a refund. Some of us just didn’t eat.

Good pizza and nice attentive staff, my only complaint was the nuggets they market and sell as wings. Small and overpriced.

I’ve been there twice. recently, when I visited on a Thursday afternoon, tables were dirty when we arrived and dirty when we left. Not many people there so not sure why they weren’t cleared. Pizza was ok, but too much cheese and toppings. First time I ate there it was a mad house. It was a little league baseball event and it was a circus inside a madhouse. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

Pizza is decent on the bogo days. Pizza is NEVER ready on time. 20-30 minutes after promised time.

Order over the phone was told 50 min got to the restaurant and had to wait another hour. 2 hours for pizza to be made is ridiculous. Ask to talk to the Manger and ahe had a really bad adatude and could care less about a customer had 5 other customers complain while I was waiting. They have 8 people working you would think they could get some pizza our but they can't. The Manager should not be a Manager all she wanted to do was refund me instead of trying to make it right

My family and I go here every other week to enjoy the pizza and the arcade. This past Monday, around 7:30 p.m., we came in as usual while ordering the girl at the register wasn't sure how to put the order in and had another girl come and help her. After helping the girl had taken her phone out of her pocket, she did something and put it back, then proceeded to make our food without gloves or washing her hands. First thing, she just touched the dirty register, then her phone, which is proven to be one of the dirtiest things someone can have. I'm sorry but with all the sicknesses going around these days I was very surprised by this. It is a basic thing to wash your hands, and I'm pretty sure it is the first thing you learn when you're a person who handles food. For me to have to ask for a food handler to wash their hands at a restaurant before making food for my family is crazy. Also, it is very unprofessional to have your phone out around customers, whether it is a pizza place or not. These kids need to be taught some work ethic, at the least. Also, after all that, they messed up our order. We will return because my daughters love the arcade, but I don't think we will be going on Monday nights again, and I just hope that this review gives the manager a little insight on how they should be training their employees. I figure with the signs everywhere that say "employees must wash their hands" would be pretty self-explanatory, but I guess not.

It was loud. It took an hour and 20 minutes from the time our order was placed before they served us our food. $61 for two pizzas. One was hot and the other barely warm. We will NOT be back.

Haven’t even tasted the pizza and whether it is good or not it sure isn’t worth waiting an extra 45 minutes past your original pick up time for…. Terrible business model to have an online ordering platform that allows people to place so many orders that you can’t even fulfill them for this long after it was scheduled…. We ordered THIS MORNING. And there are people wandering the kitchen area and looking busy while they have a line of 6-8 people. Just silly.

***This is the message I sent to the management and owner before posting here. The only response given was "we will talk to our people about it". I have since filed a formal health and safety complaint with the county. I am so incredibly disappointed in what should be a gem of our county.*** There are three things about what I experienced between 7pm through 730pm at your location. 1. Cashier/Pizza Maker going back and forth between the computer and who knows what else, and then immediately to making pizzas with both wet and dry ingredients. I specifically watched him make our order after having served several people at the register. Never once did he wash his hands. Never once did he make an effort to be sanitary. I was first drawn to this when he checked us at the line, he couldn’t find the order so he proceeded to lift all the pizzas down the line looking for our name. We arrived around 7pm and were told it would be 15 extra minutes. 2. Your pay-by-pour beer garden is very nice, however I watched a man pour his beer and then offer to pay for someone else and just had him pour too. I couldn’t verify whether the other person had given ID or not. My guess is that it’s probably not ideal to let anyone just start accessing the beer machine for anyone else. That’s an easy underage drink on a busy night. 3. Finally, our order was completed around 730p and we were standing VERY clearly near the register in sight of everyone. They often saw us and could easily verify we were still there. So, after our order was complete, they put it on top of the oven and proceeded to take a break. As though we didn’t exist.

Ever since they started using DoorDash we have had nothing but issues. Either cold pizza and most recent just not receiving it. I had ordered 2 personal pizzas and an order of breadsticks. After 2 hours and 2 calls to the restaurant, it was found out that the door dasher just took the food. They say that the number has been blocked and reported to DoorDash. They remade the pizzas but nothing else was offered. No more delivery for me. I guess I’ll either pick up or use a pizza place that employs drivers.

I brought my family for some pizza and a salad on a Friday night, the salad bad was bare, wilted lettuce, so I asked a staff member if they could add some fresh lettuce at least, the lady gave me a look and told us, its going to be a while and that am I sure it's not fresh? What a joke. Then we wanted to sit outside on the newly renovated patio, but the back door was locked, so I asked a staff member to unlock it, she told me oh sorry I don't have a key and it can't be unlocked, well who does then???? But I will say the pizza was delicious. Placerville pizza factory I never have any bad experiences at, but Cameron Park seems to be a challenge.

Many times now I have ordered an hrs or more in advance and find myself waiting 30-40 min. after! Today she told me ten minutes and waited 40+ min to find out it had bin sitting behind her on the oven. I sat right in front of the register heard them call plenty of names that were not mine. So upset 5 months pregnant and hypoglycemia to sit and wait fir a pizza that was never gonna be called Now eating luke warm pizza

There are a few other pizza spots in town, and hopefully you’ll have a better experience at one of those, because this definitely wasn’t it. On the flip side, it does seem like a popular family spot with plenty of kids running around. If you don’t mind long wait times and enjoy a lively, kid-friendly atmosphere, this might be more your kind of place.
