Have no words to explain!! This is my second time here,I should say this I have never enjoyed a sandwich that gives me happy tears. I ordered a crispy crunchy chicken sandwich, right from the texture to the right balance of fillings , everything was just perfect. The service and staffs are doing an amazing job. Keep it up guys. Absolutely amazing food and service. We order a catering from them for a lunch and was amazed on the quality of food.

This was my first visit to the restaurant today. The young man helping me around 3pm was extremely nice. I ordered the brisket and a roast beef. The sandwiches were amazing!!! I will definitely be back.

The server named Reagan, was absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly, very helpful, very patient, and very professional!! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! And the prices are definitely reasonable, especially considering how the price of everything has gone up recently. Thank you, sourdough and company, and Thank you, Reagan!!

My first time dining in at Sourdough & Co and had an incredibly delicious sandwich! The flavors were spot-on, and the quality of their sourdough bread was exceptional. Not only was the food fantastic, but the customer service was top-notch too. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my visit even more enjoyable. It's definitely a place I'd love to visit again, and it's family-friendly, which is a huge plus. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal with great service.

I can not rave enough about this place. It was clean as a whistle, including the bathrooms. The staff was so sweet to my daughters and even gave them free cookies when we left. We will be back next time we are in town, for sure!!

Walked in at about 8pm, 30 min before they close. The two employees were not very pleased and the looks on the faces shadowed it that I came in. I asked if you want me to leave I can, since you guys are in a rush. The sandwich was poorly made, zero communication.

Recently moved to the area and found this sandwich shop. I have never ate here before . I decided to download the app and place my first order. I ordered a large turkey sandwich, fire roasted veg soup, sourdough bowl and sides of sauces and a drink. I asked for extra butter on the side and sauces on the sides. I picked my order up and the server was very sweet and nice and polite. I came home and the order was completely wrong and I couldn’t even eat. I spent over $20 and tossed the entire thing. I have pictures If needed. I received the sandwich with the spread inside of it. I asked for it on the side. I asked for extra lettuce and extra olives and there were maybe 4 olives and the sandwich was soggy and wet. I got clam chowder instead of veg soup and I’m allergic to clams. I understand mistakes happen and the server was so sweet. I just would like a refund. By the time I got back home- the store had closed. I emailed just to provide feedback since it was a waste of money and I could have had a bad reaction. I received a response that someone would get back to me in 2-3 business days. I followed up after a week of not hearing back and then was told it was escalated and to give it another 2 business days. Still never heard after another week so I responded “I guess I’ll just give up” and they must’ve just been happy to not respond because I didn’t ever hear back again. It wasn’t a cheap purchase which is why I felt I had to give feedback. Extremely poor customer service from corporate and the franchise owner

I have had a bad experience here before where they gave me clam chowder mixed with one of their red soups. Which was odd but not the worst thing. Today I was really craving clam chowder. I dreamt of clam chowder last night, so I decided to give them another chance. While the chowder was good the potatoes were still raw. Nothing like getting bites of large crunchy potatoes in your clam chowder.

Bowl of soup was actually the size of cup. Person giving the food was kind of dumping the food. He was behaving as if he was doing a favor by serving our order. Will never visit again. Totally useless.

And of the two times I have ordered here, they have gotten my order wrong twice. Both times I paid for Avocado and they forgot it. The most recent time they added tomato which I cannot eat and ruined my entire sandwich. When I called to ask about a refund, they offered no solutions and said "uh google it" when I asked if they had a corporate contact. I thought I would save time and get something I'd like with my girlfriend but twice now they have left me watching her eat. That's worth more than the $30 they have wasted. I do not recommend ordering online. They seem not to be able to read the order correctly.

The meat was unevenly distributed, and the overall taste was bland and uninspired. I asked for extra sauce, but it was barely noticeable. The service was frustratingly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. To top it off, the dining area was messy and unclean. It was a letdown in every aspect. Overall, it was a disappointing meal and not worth the price. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
