I Got a spicy chicken sandwich. It was juicy, crunchy, great buns, the taste made my mouth water from the first bite🤤🤤🤤.

Great customer service my meal was ready upon arrival and hot and fresh. The quality was a 10 will by again

The Tuesday special of 8 piece chicken for $10 called to me. Hubs ordered that and other items off the app. I picked it up. The order was done on time. It was perfectly packed and the bag was sealed shut, vacuum sealed style. I showed them the order on my phone. Then I was on my merry way. Well not quite, I did stand in line to buy a A&W root beer. I tried to resist but I sure dig their root beer, only their brand though. The root beer doesn’t have HFCS, it’s made with real sugar. However, all the other sodas they carry have HFCS. The cashier was a hoot to talk to. She had a big, bold personality with a bright smile and a kind vibe. I also noticed the dining area and soda station was super clean and tidy. When I got home, I tore open the bag. My entire order was there, nothing missing. I even got plastic utensils, napkins, and condiments. The chicken pieces were substantial and not puny sized, served hot. The pieces were drumsticks and thighs. I also bought mashed potatoes, gravy, mac n cheese, coleslaw, and biscuits. Their coleslaw is my favorite out of all the fast food joints. The buttermilk biscuits are tasty too but the size seemed to have shrunk from previous years. But everything tasted as it should. Classic KFC recipe flavors.

When I asked for butter and honey they didn’t shrug and side eye she politely put it in the bag. They did a killer job and I want them making my food every time. Glad I got to experience that for my first time there

We got the royal treatment! It was very hot outside, so the manager closed off a section inside so our English Bulldogs didn’t have to be outside in the heat. She even treated them to some chicken bites! So thoughtful! We are so appreciative for the hospitality and kindness!

I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. Im glad I choose to come back here, would definitely recommend to my friends, the root beer floats are a classic.

It really makes no difference what you order. They’re going to give you what they feel like. I don’t think we’ve ever had an occasion when someone in the family didn’t get a wrong order. This is my potatoes with no gravy.

Dirty tables, Long wait, high prices, no refill during wait, poor checkout, chicken tenders very good , staff nice but need training.

We visited that one in Placerville and both of us on budgets right now due to car problems and all, weJust got the turkey pie by itself. I didn't know you could do that and didn't have to do the combo.So anyway, it was absolutely loaded with meat. It was so good !4 thumbs up.It was delicious. It's been a couple weeks since going to KFC in Folsom. My daughter doesn't keep reciepts so I didn't call about it. It was awful.She got us each a chicke pot pie. It was just few veggies, and I found one piece of chicken. Let me say it again , one piece of meat in the whole pie. Being fair, the crust was delicious.But as a diabetic , I want meat , so they've lost our business. I redid my review due to talk to text not getting half of it correct. Still haven't heard from a manager.

A different guy came out and said out of crispy chicken, would original be ok. Sure that's ok! Well it was awhile before he brought us our order. We get home and 2 breast pieces r crispy and perfect. The wings, drumsticks and thighs r small and definitely burnt. Couldn't eat them, greasy burnt dry chicken pieces. That chicken was expensive. I've never had this happen before so I am surprised that chicken was allowed to go in the bucket. The biscuits and fries were perfect.

Didn't get receipt, didn't get food. Couldn't get refund due to no receipt. Nice racket. Lost customer... over $14. I'll never eat here again.

Went through the drive thru at 1020 on Saturday night. I pulled up to the speaker and someone ask if I’m ready to order then about 5 seconds later a different person got on and said they were closed. Seemed a little strange.

Very poor service in the drive through 7/16 at 3:35pm. Was first ignored at the order and then ignored again at the window. Hope the ‘new’ management cares !

I called up the manager to notify about our dish but she thought I am calling her to get a free chicken and offended me saying I won’t give the chicken back rather will give me a free side on my next order. A word to the management not all will complain to get a free food. I was calling to notify about the worst fried chicken I have ever tasted. Mistakes happen but if you are not ready to accept the mistake and rectify it then it is really bad for the business. Loosing one customer today might not be a big deal for franchise but it can be significant over the time.
