Good prices and phenomenal chicken sandwiches. I also really enjoy their waffle fries with the chicfila sauce. Good for if your on the road or need to grab a quick bite. Beware of long lines in the drive through during lunch rush!

The organization handling the masses in the drive through was nicely done. Both times I have been there the staff is extremely friendly. The chicken sandwiches are 2nd to none. The buns are soft/moist if you will. The condiments depending on which sandwich you get are fresh, never wilted or haggard looking. The chicken itself is the star of the show. The meat is moist and tr Der and flavorful but not overdone by some exotic sauce. So simple but so elegant I just don't understand how they do it. But boy o boy am I glad they do. These sandwiches are so much better than your run of the mill burger or burrito.

Always the best service and food here! I come here very often and it’s always consistent. My only complaint is the drive thru line that can get backed up super long. Makes it difficult if you want to pick up an order from inside. You can park in front of Home Depot but overall, the parking in this area is tight.

Food is always good, but more importantly is how these restaurants set themselves apart from others by things like wiping down tables with individual wipes, not the same one they used on other tables. And fresh blooming plants on each table. They are more concerned about a good atmosphere than the bottom line, which I'm sure works out for them.

This one employee was super smiley and friendly, actually they all pretty much were, they were super super fast getting our food to, and the food was good, like the chicken was hot, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, no soggy bun or anything!

It's a Chick-fil-a, how can you go wrong. Best chicken meals on the run. This particular one is popular and the long lines move fast. It's well organized and managed. A long line rolled through in about 3 minutes. We couldn't believe it.

We were there on the weekend and for some reason some fast food like McDonald's (2 locations) and one Burger King were closed for dining around 7 p.m. This location was open and it happen to be in one of the location that a McDonald's dining was closed. This Chick-fil-A location is a shining example of what makes the chain great. The customer service is exceptional - the staff is always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure their guests are satisfied. Servers are on top of things, making sure drinks are refilled and checking to see if anything else is needed. The food is always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, making it a great place to grab a quick bite or sit down for a meal. Overall, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location for its excellent customer service and delicious food.

Of all Chick-fil-A’s I’ve frequented around the country (and there’s been a bunch), the Folsom store on Bidwell is clearly the leader. Even when there’s a double line of drive through cars, you hardly stop your car for more than a few seconds. I joke that as you pass the drive through window, you don’t even need to come to a complete stop as they toss your food in your car with a smile. Great people and super friendly attitudes!

I love coming here always with my kids since my kids love to play in the playground in here. Today, Becca served well with a prompt response to help our missing order. Chick Fil A is a go to establishment. Always delicious always great service. I love their diet frosted lemonade, or the holiday shakes they have. Also if you like mango flavor they have the mango diet frosted drink which is also good. Chick Fil A also provides excellent catering packages for a party or business meeting. Try grilled nuggets over a side salad for fewer calories.

It's great to have such friendly staff, they are all beautiful and valuable.

Went just for coffee while my vehicle was being serviced nearby. Ended up getting breakfast, coffee was decent too. Customer service at this company is unlike many, they make you feel welcomed, and seem to strive for great customer experience. This location is clean, the staff are hospitable and kind, and the play area is awesome for my 7 year old daughter. We rarely do drive thru because it’s often very long. Chick-fil-A is a great option for my wife who’s dairy and gluten free.

Food is always delicious, I have been there to most of the chain restaurants in US, but Chick-fil-A got the best customer service compared to other chain restaurants. I was DoorDashing over the weekend and picked up a DOORDASH order from a Chick-Fil-A in Folsom on East Bidwell Street and I saw an unexpected surprise! Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg ordered a Chick-fil-A in Folsom from DoorDash. Mark Zuckerberg was in the Sacramento area and most likely staying in Folsom and here is the photo of the order. This Chick-fil-A location is incredibly well-organized and efficient. Even during peak times, the service is impressively quick. Despite long lines at the drive-thru, I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my order. I’ve visited several times and always had a positive experience. The staff here consistently provides great service, and I plan to keep coming back.

We came in on 6/1 for a quick bite with our kiddos. Alison at the register was so helpful and super kind. Loved her contagious smile and welcoming demeanor. The chain usually gives me a good if not great experience. But damn this location has the best customer service experience I've been to of all locations. I mean damn it was shocking someone came and asked to refill my beverage as I just finished it. This is an experience I don't even get at a high end restaurant or local diner. The dining room staff has done an excellent job.

Went to the Chick-fil-A on E Bidwell with a group of 10 teen girls and had a great time. We were definitely loud and laughing a lot, but the employees were super chill and didn’t make us feel weird about it. They were actually really friendly and patient the whole time. It was pretty packed when we got there, so finding two tables was a bit of a mission, but we made it work. The food came out hot and fresh, tasted just as good as always. Honestly, everything was on point. If you’re going with a big group, try to go a little earlier so you’re not stuck hunting for a seat. Other than that, no complaints. Good vibes, good food, and staff that actually knows how to handle a crowd.

The food was great, the temperature was also good and the order was correct. This location used to have a lot of issues and has improved significantly. Props to Matt Crane for running a great restaurant with a great group of people that represent Chick-fil-A and their values. I highly recommend this location and I will be returning.

Chick-fil-A. Even though my first choice of fast food would be a hamburger over chicken, I do crave a chicken sando every once in a while. When that hits, I go to this CFA. Staff is awesome. The interior is kept clean. The drive thru is relatively quick. Food is served hot. My faves are the chicken sando, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and kale salad. For folks unfamiliar with the menu, the chicken sando comes basic with breaded fried chicken boneless breast and pickle slices. Toppings are extra. Cheese slice $.40, tomato $.30, and lettuce $.20. The chicken taste and looks like chicken. Simple concept but not widely practiced in the fast food world. The boneless chicken breast is juicy and is a substantial size. Plus I sure do enjoy their kale salad. I don’t usually like kale salads but sure dig theirs. It doesn’t have the earthy bitter kale taste. And get this, the chick-fil-A sauce doesn’t have HFCS. Luv that weirdly colored orange sauce. All in moderation.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and I have to say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and polite staff. The service was incredibly fast, and despite the place being busy, I didn’t have to wait long. The food was, as always, top-notch. The chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh, and the fries were perfectly crispy. I also really enjoyed the lemonade—it was exactly what I expected: refreshing with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. I was especially impressed by how well the staff maintained cleanliness in the dining area, even with the constant flow of customers. Everything was in its place, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Pleasant experience. First time at this location, ordered the grilled chicken in a deluxe version with tomato lettuce pickle pepper, jack cheese, regular bread and fries with a sweet tea, friendly service clean inside plenty of seating. Food was good but for some reason relatively warm. I could’ve asked for piping hot fries but that’s fine. Overall good experience.

Amazing food and experience. The spicy chicken deluxe was bomb. We got chick filet sauce, buffalo sauce, and honey mustard. All good. The caramel crumble was too sweet so they switched it for a Oreo shake for free. The lemonade was a tiny bit to sweet so we just added water and it was delicious. Chicken tenders for the kids and waffle fries. Everybody loved it. The service was awesome. Everyone was smiling for the most part and brought us our food to the table. They cleaned it and brought us refills. Amazing service. Everything was clean and tidy. And there was a play pen for the kids! The witch was also clean and tidy. Probably the last fast food play house in the country.

While the drive thru line was long today (a Wednesday at 2:30p), it went very fast due to their staff in parking lot taking orders & payments car-by-car, plus another exterior attendant (see pic) handing out printed receipts all before pulling up to window to receive food. That being said, the parking (both able-bodied and handicap stalls) lot is VERY overtaken (and handicap totally blocked) by the drive thru overflow backed upright down the middle! Weird you order and pay in the parking lot while in line for the drive-thru and no menu to look at so the attendant had to find one. Not everything seemed to be on it either because when I saw the regular drive-thru menu while waiting to get my order that I probably would've ordered like the frosted coffee or I just didn't see it on her little menu since the parking lot attendant was kinda making me feel hurried to order when no one was behind me. I did order the limited-time Smokey BBQ crispy chicken with cheese and bacon that was pretty good. Was glad to get hot waffle fries and had them almost all eaten by the time I got to Hwy 50 😆 I hate cold or lukewarm fries. Didn't like the chick-fil-A sauce at all but to each its own whether you'd like it or not but I won't order that sauce again.

Always consistent with there customer service and food! I've been going for more than a decade and it's still good quality food and Service! Highly recommended but be prepared for the wait. The drive-thru is always backed up and the lines are very long Inside as well.

Tl:Dr Really neat place, but rather hellish if your going through the drive through. Full review For indoor dining you get to make your order at the front and then find a seat in one of the booths. There are flowers on the table, and your order will be brought to you. The service people do a really good job and stop by here and there to see if you need anything. Almost like a restaurant. I got the grilled chicken wrap and a lemonade freeze. The grilled chicken was a good wrap, and the lemonade freeze made the entire meal. It's like a vanilla lemon milkshake almost. For 4.49 or so it is well worth it, not sure I'd be able to make an order at Chick-fil-A without it at this point. I recommend the Chick-fil-A sauce if you've never been here before

Quality of the food was great👍 we ordered the spicy deliux sandwich. Their chicken nuggets and grilled chicken nuggets. We loved the sandwiches and the chicken nuggets but didn't like the grilled chicken nuggets a lot. Also took brownie and ice-cream for dessert. Liked the brownie but the ice-cream was ok. Not the creamy ice-cream I expected. Overall loved the place and will visit again

I tried this location for the first time and while I can say that it is definitely good, it just reminds me of a slightly higher end version of a Jack in the Box. It definitely isn't amazing by any stretch but it isn't terrible and I wouldn't mind going here. I find myself jumping back and forth between 3 stars and 4 stars. The media attention they get and their problem with seemingly not being able to stay out of it, is neither here nor there for me when I try a location's food. The employees are always very friendly, and they take your orders while you are waiting in line to make sure everything gets in and so you don't have to yell into a speaker. Each employee also has a small menu that they can hand you to read over while you wait or if you need to decide. They have very many dipping sauces and containers are made so that their cross-cut fries fit better. The milkshakes are also pretty good and fall just a tad short of being something you would expect from a sitdown restaurant. The chicken burgers are the main appeal of this fast food restaurant and are some of the juiciest chicken patties I have had in my life, and are very tasty to boot. They have quite a few options for how the chicken is done and I haven't been disappointed with the ones I have tried so far. If you are in the area, go ahead and try this out if you already haven't so you can decide on whether you like them or not, they are definitely worth at least one order.

They have a playplace indoors for kids and it is in its own area separate from dining. Staff was excellent. I only gave 4 stars due to the cuisine... It is a fast food restaurant with a slower pace. Overall great job at the Folsom location.

Surprisingly I find folks serving customer here are much more happier that those at Bay area outlets. Never seen such a happy serving staff. The place is clean and crowd is fun but quick moving. I enjoyed a quick bite here on my way back from Tahoe to SF.

I like chicken original sandwich in Folsom branch , not in Roseville but I don’t like the hiring system which they don’t hire immigrants. Several people in my family and friends they applied for job and they need workers as they have sign for hiring, still they didn’t get hired. Hopefully one day they understand we are citizens of the United States and we are working hard mostly two jobs to provide for our families. Thank you chick fill A for your service.

The issue with their drive through causes people to park a long distance away because they use the entire parking lot just for the drive through line. The employees are nice young kids but they don’t ask if you’re finished with your food they just throw your tray away in an attempt to clear up the dining room.

Great customer service. The restaurant is clean and busy with people. When I came in, there was a line at the cashier, but it went by quick because their team took the orders really quickly. For $0.54 you can upgrade your meal to a large fry and large drink. My only complaint is that the sandwich is kind of small and would benefit from a bigger chicken piece and more vegetables. I do like how they have a wide selection of different sauces.

So we have been here before and probably will be back. I really like that you can just order from your table and don't have to stand in line. The day we went it was a bit hard to find a table and we had to wait for someone to leave before we could sit down. It took about 10 min before we got a table. The play area is nice for younger kids and kept fairly clean. It is a bit loud which is expected but also a bummer. The reason we went was because they have brought back their peppermint shakes. These are awesome!!! My favorite item at Chick-fil-A. Hope to get another over before the season is over. The dirty lemonade was also very good. It was the first time I ordered it and it had so much pulp. So good. Most of the time we go through the drive thru. While it can be long they definitely manage the line week and it moves quickly. The workers are all friendly and always have a great attitude. Definitely will be back... Again.

I've always loved Chick-fil-A, but lately the quality has really gone down at this one. Last three times I have had to park to take my order back in to have something or another replaced. Or they forget the sauce, straw, ect. The drive through like is always super long. And not to mention they are way over priced for fast food.

I’ve eaten here numerous times, 5/5, but the most recent visit didn’t meet any standards. My food was cold, chicken in my sandwich not even warmed at all. Fries were not hot either. I’m not sure if it had anything to do with visiting in the later hours or poorly trained staff, just beware.

Always ordered on the app and drive through to pickup. Today, ordered 4 large fries among other things, after a long drive home only to realize received 3. Last drive through two weeks ago, ordered food for the family, realized no sauce ordered was given. I ordered breakfast through the app then drove to pick up my order. I waited In the drive-through- line and when the person finally helped me it was five minutes after breakfast. They canceled my order and I waited in line another 15 minutes and left with nothing. They should have taken care of me. I am very disappointing with management and not taken care of the situation. I ordered a nugget meal about 10 minutes before they closed and they asked if I would like any sauce and I asked them for chick fil a sauce. Regardless if I came closer to closing I paid hard earned money for my food and I shouldn’t get mistreated for coming in a little later than everyone else as my work schedule I don’t have a choice and it’s close to my house and I have kids so it’s easier for me to grab real fast. Just really disappointing that management allows there employees to treat customers like this who come close to closing because they don’t want to take anymore orders. It’s a waste of money as the food is basically worthless without sauce might as well reach into my pockets and take my money at that point such a shame.

Manager is incredibly rude, staff rush you and then mess up your order. After dealing with the manager for 15 minutes about our sandwiches being made wrong we got 2 cold sandwiches and just gave up and left.

I went here often, because I love the market salad. Unfortunately there was a bug in it the last time I went. Probably won't be going again for a looong time.

Not good. Dry bland tasteless. I wouldn't give this food to my dog. I'm sorry. I don't like anything they have, but If you enjoy plain chicken on a bun this place is for you. I don't want to say no one likes this type of food. I just don't. Enjoy those who enjoy it. Have a great lunch.

IDK what's happening with rude employees but Folsom has lost their touch. Not by the younger employees but by the Manager or Supervisor working was a complete jerk. 5/09/2025 @5:40 pm. First Responders/Military get discounts at this location. It's noted Today, the Manager decided today was not the day. Ok? Then continued to give attitude about the method of payment (debit). I expect this at Popeyes...which is a better sandwich btw but too far from me. If a Mgr can't handle being fake nice at an established known to be nice, then work at the DMV where being a jerk is expected.

This place just got a remodel and now you can’t even walk to and from your car. You have a chain rope and now you have to walk all the way around how is this convenient for the customer let alone the handicap or the elderly!!! Pretty stupid!!!! How is the city not involved with a violation!!!

They need to hire the old staff. New staff does not know how to do order pick up or to check in customers for order pick up. People order got food and I waited 45 min after then and finally got food. They need to relearn how to train and stream line proccess again. Customer service is poor, and just excuses.

Decided to buy sandwiches from two locations since i have not had it in years and the outcome was Overpriced and salty. Employees were nice though.

Ate there at 8/22/25, and got food poisoning. I ordered just a regular sandwich and after eating I felt very nauseous and felt generally unwell. I started throwing up about 2 hours later uncontrollably. Was unable to keep even water down after that. Ended up going to the emergency room and continued throwing up a day after. Still recovering. Please advise eating here, I’ll be reporting this as result of this incident.

I am extremely surprised the poor quality at this location. Not sure if it is a factor was the time, after 8pm, but there is no excuse. I am from Atlanta and have work with ChickfilA and I have not had an issue ever and know what we received would never be ChickfilA stand. Both ChickfilA sandwich my children ate made them physically ill and want to vomit. I'm not sure if the food was spoiled or not cooked correctly. In addition my milkshake had a hair right on top in the middle. The cherry left a gross orange color and there looked like a grass on the milkshake also. Needless to say we are taking a break from CFA for awhile.
