I went through the drive-through and had a great experience. Service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. The burrito was especially good—everything was fresh and the ingredients were spread out evenly, so every bite had great flavor. Definitely recommend!

Pollo loco is an authentic place, I like that when I arrive all the employees welcome me, and when they serve you they always do it with a smile, no matter the time they are always happy. I have ordered there several times and it is still my favorite food and my favorite place. I am grateful for the customer service they provide, and if I have any questions or concerns they all know how to solve them efficiently. Everyone really works very hard there to satisfy their customers, I am satisfied thanks to the staff 👍🏼

When you think of fast food, El Pollo Loco (EPL), may not automatically jump to mind. I forget about them at times since there are not a lot of EPLs around, at least in the Sacramento region. In Folsom, there is a EPL on the far north East Bidwell Street. I've had pretty good experiences ordering from them. I usually go through the drive thr For the past several years, I've must have been here close to 20 times. The last time was a couple of weeks ago. Only one faux pax that I can remember, the chicken was dry, overcooked. But the manager quickly and satisfactorily resolved the situation. No drama. The chicken is flame grilled and is moist with a nice grilled flavor. The pinto beans and Mexican rice are solid staples. They taste as expected. Luv that the menu offers warm flour tortillas. The pricing is affordable, even cheaper with specials.

Came in on a Thursday night, there were maybe 4 other customers in the restaurant. The young lady demonstrated difficulty taking our order with mild specifications. There were staff members without uniforms working and the back kitchen presented unorganized. [Picture] The restroom and salsa bar needed attention. One item of our order was incorrect and cold, but points for the staff resolving the error quickly. Hope to see improvements upon next visit

I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla, waited 20 mins awhile other people got there food way before me, a whole family order after me. Whole family and few other people got there food when they order after me as well. Soon as I got home they give me 2 Burrito instead of what I order was quesadilla and a burrito, I was looking forward to trying the new quesadilla, I didn't get the chance too. They give me a 5 $coupon for waiting which I didn't care about I just want my order to be right. I had stand and sit for almost 25mins

For the second time in a row the kid at the reg couldn't get the order right after taking over 5 mins and having to ring up twice cause he had to add an extra taco. Never got the taco so asked the guy who didn't even take my order said"you didn't order a taco" I said excuse me I just had to order it twice and he tells me " no you thought you ordered"... I flipped and then charged me after waiting over ten mins in an empty restaurant. Then after explaining to the manager who asked whats wrong he does nothing! I will never step foot again. I don't understand how this place is still in business. Got home to see this poor excuse for the saltiest chicken I have ever had in my life. I wouldn't feed it to my dogs.

I'd give a better score if they brought back the salsa bar. I haven't eaten there since they got rid of the salsa bar during covid. Well, covid is over and some of us would like to get our salsa without some employee making us feel like we're taking precious time out of their day.

The bathroom was horrible. It smells like crap. I do not recommend using the bathroom it is the worse bathroom in town
