This is a good location! The lines can sometimes be awfully long, as it’s really close to Folsom High School. But the staff, even though sometimes rather overworked-looking, are really nice and attentive. Nice spot to eat once in a while with some buddies

Many people give Panda Express bad reviews for its food, but Panda Express is just that kind of place. It's like a cheap and tasty McDonald's. What more can you expect? The taste is decent for the price, and the portions are reasonable. Even though there were more than five employees, the work was still too slow. I recommend mushroom stake and orange chicken, shrimp.

There were 2 people waiting on food (several items were out and they were cooking fresh), and 2 people were waiting for door dash orders. We stood at the counter for 8 minutes before we even acknowledged, and that was just to day they'd be with us soon. Finally, 15 min after arriving we finally had our orders taken, only to have to wait another 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken to be made. We ordered a bowl with broccoli beef and when we got home, not only was it cold, but there was a ton of chicken, but only 4 pieces of beef, and they were very small pieces. This isn't the typical service or quality at this location, and we sure hope that we don't encounter this again the next time we go there. Eating out is more and more expensive and we certainly didn't feel we got what we paid for.

They mess up my orders constantly and give small portions or do not include requested items, so it is not worth the price. Food was lukewarm. Do NOT order online.

I made a mobile order and apparently that was a huge mistake. I checked in with the cashier letting them know I was there. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after the pickup time to get my food, after watching several people get their food, both people who walked in ordering there or had placed mobile orders. I waited patiently while a few others who came after complained, and then when I got my food, there was no "sorry for the wait" or any apology. I get home, and my plate only had one entree!!! The bare minimum that is required is to complete the order, and not only could they not do that, I had to wait 25 minutes after the pickup time to have missing food on a just a plate and a la carte side. Absolutely atrocious. I took the picture as soon as I got home and opened up the bag and plate to see missing food. For anyone curious, there should have been Beijing beef and orange chicken, but there was only one side of orange chicken.

Came here for lunch today and my food was not fresh it was lukewarm, some orange chicken was even cold!! the rice was still hard not cooked right and the chowmein was dry and bland like if it was from yesterday. I wont be coming back for lunch here again!! I would request a refund but I didn’t eat it til I went back to work, which is across the street this was not edible or enjoyable to eat had to throw it away!!!

Do not order mobile orders from here. I ordered a bigger plate. Once I got home and opened my order, it was a regular plate. Double chicken was missing. I usually check my orders but it was raining badly so I just put the order in my car trunk. Will not purchase food here.

So I ordered a 2 entree plate . And when i finally got home to eat … they did not give me my complete meal . Very sad and upset that I got charged for a full meal and didn’t even get my full meal

There's another Chinese food place around the corner I'll probably just order from moving forward. It's a little more expensive but better than getting McDonald's level food quality for $40

Horrible portions. I’ve stopped by this location twice and their portions are worse than any other panda I’ve ever been to. Also, the food didn’t feel like it was prepared as well as other locations. Would not recommend at all.

I am a DoorDash driver and I’ve had multiple issues picking up orders from this Panda Express location. Orders are consistently not ready on time, even when I arrive. This causes delays and sometimes forces me to cancel the order, which affects my ratings and earnings. I hope the management can improve preparation times and communication for pickup orders.

Stood in line for 30 minutes and watched as the employee pretended to give everyone 2 scoops of each ingredient but really the first scoop was empty every single time. It was like she had a tick or something. I got 7 pieces of orange chicken on my “big plate”

I'm big piano fan but this was truly the worst panda I've ever had. I'm owed a credit for my meal. Order number 381-465-531-802-25539.

Well. Extremely disappointed. Go in. First person says give me a minute. Ok. Next person walks up. Says tge same thing. Guess walking in are frond upon. Two other people step out. So 5 poeple working there. 1 cook. No one can take an order. Most of the plates have been sitting awhile. So. I left. Horrible service. Guess take out is a better money maker. Would not come back agin
